@EE is there a way I can get in touch with customer services if I don’t know the account phone number. I havnt pod my bill because I’d like to cancel the contract that is no longer use shut impossible to speak to someone

Oh my 1st the internet goes on a nightly same time every day go extremely slow thanks @virginmedia and now @EE is only 3G can’t complain too much cod internet is not in my name and I’m with EE as a virtual customer 🥺

@EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🤨

@EE order of new sim still not arrived after 3 weeks, can’t contact your call centre as you insist on a mobile number (stupid) or ask me to call 150 (even stupider) which I obviously can’t. Was a PAC order too so it’s a bit of a disaster. Can you advise how to resolve.

@EE both of my parents have Samsung Galaxy A50’s and are having notifications constantly (sometimes every minute) today saying ‘your mobile network has been temporarily switched off by your provider’. I have an iPhone and there’s no actual issues with the service, any ideas why?

@EE Monday I was told it was a widespread server issue that would be fixed in 2 hours. Tuesday I was told EE don't know what the problem is (but is affecting other users too) and so it may be weeks before it's fixed!
