@EE Hi yeah it's ne290rt, North shields, honestly it's been going on for nearly a year, signal is shocking around our area, I have rang up a few times. Was told I was not in a contract so I could get another provider, found that comment so wrong, have been a customer for years

@PhilMitchell83 @EE Just had this conversation with my 14yo son, as the ad was on YouTube. He thought #NotHisProblem and #NotTheirProblem were also #'s. i.e. the person perpetrating the hate is the one with the problem. If only that was the subliminal message of this ad 😔 I guess it got

@EE - when are you going to fix the signal issue in London? I got a text two days ago saying engineer has to come - will update on 26th! Really?? I've been without a signal for nearly 4 days. It's non existent. Please sort it out.
