Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Gedney Hill and nearby locations:

  • KatieConyard Katie Conyard (@KatieConyard) reported from March, England

@EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🤨

  • Mo_G786 MHG (@Mo_G786) reported from Peterborough, England

    @EE shocking customer service

  • Amyibalien Amy Sims (@Amyibalien) reported from Spalding, England

@EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

  • Stephen_Holt Stephen Holt (@Stephen_Holt) reported from Wisbech Saint Mary, England

    Is @EE down in #WISBECH PE13 1DP

  • chrisdxb chris scudder (@chrisdxb) reported from Peterborough, England

@EE not happy with the service in the PE6 area of Peterborough. Paying for a service that’s hardly working.

@EE your home@bran and Costa was ridiculous to start. It went up by 16% last year and now it’s going up by 14%. That’s not right, fair or in line with the market so get stuffed. The performance is applying with a 100mbps line only being able to support 1 streaming device.

  • LittlechefSally Sally Abe (@LittlechefSally) reported

@EE literally unbelievable- been a customer almost 20 years. Phone gets stolen in the post and I'm expected to pay the contract for the next 2 years! Disgusting!

  • AttitudeOpinion Attitude_Opinion (@AttitudeOpinion) reported

@EE what's worse is that it's to increase network for new customers/inflation which is it? #EEInflationScam

  • AttitudeOpinion Attitude_Opinion (@AttitudeOpinion) reported

@EE upgraded less than 1 month ago, and now your increasing my price by £10 p/m. I understand it's in the contract, but I feel this inflation is being used as way to recoup the losses of those that cannot pay by making others who can pay more. 16 years of loyalty down the drain.

  • BabyLeStat 🦇 𝕭𝖆𝖇𝖞 𝕷𝖊𝕾𝖙𝖆𝖙 🦇 (@BabyLeStat) reported

@EE Yeah I realise how all that works, I worked for a phone network company when I was younger. Its all bs you've been told to say and it all comes down to the fact your shareholders know they can now increase profits n get away w it, so they are, and that is literally it.

  • thequeenoftides 𝓙𝓸𝓪𝓷𝓪 ☁️ (@thequeenoftides) reported

Wouldn't it be great if you could report mobile providers (especially @EE ) for theft to the police? Nothing is ever easy as pay for a service and get that service. You have to push to get the service you paid for and get a bit pissy before they actually serve you.

  • PaulN91816859 Paul N (@PaulN91816859) reported

So @EE are putting bills up by £8 a line blaming CPI , bet they won't put them down if it goes down.

  • michael_sibley Michael Sibley (@michael_sibley) reported

@EE absolutely crazy, EE can’t offer loyal customers of almost 30 years the same deals as a new customer. Even if I’m not in contract 👎🏼

  • Tom_m_gibson Tom Gibson (@Tom_m_gibson) reported

@EE Laughable customer service recently. Trying my best to avoid leaving but your prices are unaffordable. Customer retention person had zero interest in helping me to the point of being dismissive. Glad to be leaving now if thats how you treat a customer of 6 years.

  • alanjohnson03 Alan Johnson (@alanjohnson03) reported

@EE You can keep replying with these excuses but the fact is you're just concerned about the fat cat bosses yearly bonuses and your shareholders. Even 5% I could accept but 10.5%, just greedy. I wish everyone had a 10.5% increase in wage. Regards ex EE customer
