    @EE definitely changing my provider when it’s reasonabley practical. Your WiFi signal is terrible, sitting on my patio and it’s nearly impossible to keep a signal unlike when I was with @bt

    @EE right now I am so unimpressed, even though I called your customer service more than once, I’m an nhs worker so please don’t fob me off yet again. Try working in a hospital

    Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

    @EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

    @EE Not going to lie, this is a right pain! Hope you're going to compensate customers because you were happy taking my payment yesterday knowing your service was down! I've not been able to make a call for two days now!! It's not good enough

    @EE hi been having issues with my phone make and getting calls, I know some other folks on sky network had same issue it’s really sporadic my texts get though to others but there’s delay my end. Can you advise please? Live in NR31 area

    Amyone else having phone issues. Im on @VodafoneUK and can only phone vodafone phones. But my work phone is @EE an aint having no problems so what is it. Who is wrong pissing me off
