It's 2026, but it seems I'm stuck in 2002 when using the @EE website and app! Seriously, how can you get it so badly wrong? Authentication state tracking just doesn't exist! Open the app, log in, it redirects to a browser for auth (you're already pissing me off right there), then after successful auth, gets redirected back to the app, where I see a login button again! This sort of UX is what makes people find other providers! Sort it out!!

Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

@EE and @ThreeUK 4G broadband down again during the day where I live (and work). That’s 9 days in a row now. Just surviving on antiquated BT broadband at 1mbps. It’s hopeless. I also shouldn’t be paying for 3 different broadband providers but that’s a whole other issue.

@EE definitely changing my provider when it’s reasonabley practical. Your WiFi signal is terrible, sitting on my patio and it’s nearly impossible to keep a signal unlike when I was with @bt

@EE @EastMidRailway any reason 4 and 5G reception is so poor on the St Pancras to Nottingham train. In this day and age surely a solution could be found. Wi-Fi is pointless as well.

@EE I still don’t have the £ they took. After 1hr+ on the phone this morning, they said refund is in process. This will take 1wk. That’s 2 weeks they’ve taken ~ £1000 they were never entitled to. I want compensation. I have anxiety anyway and have had panic attacks about this.

@EE Customers beware! Did you know that if you switch on roaming any £0 additional spend cap set is automatically removed? No text message to tell you this. Just incurred £200 of charges - EE’s response? Bad luck. Where’s their duty of care? One message was all that was needed.

@EE A fuss about nothing, most men love women, there will always be a few nutters usually because they have failed in relationships but this is not common. There is also an element of women who want to demonise all men, again usually because of a bad experience.

@EE @tialgoss Oh come on. You claim to have the most 5G coverage. I'm in Guildford and Vodafone are the only network with 5G where I live. EE are so vastly more expensive than Vodafone too. If you can beat their monthly deal via VOXI, I'll consider a move!
