@EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@vikkibradley82 @EE Same, you'd think they would have the "your in position x in the queue" technology, to inform the customer if it's worth them holding and confidence things are moving along. Did you get through, if so how long?

What useless,unhelpful service @EE Best to deal with the main provider & not some other ‘middle’ company that is just making a buck out of you.I will be terminating my contract with EE & returning to BT. 9 days without internet has affected my boys education & my work!!

@EE I thought that was the case! This is something that is now built in to all major smartphones and something that all other networks apart from @EE Seem to support, So maybe this is something @EE Needs to address before it gets left behind.
