@EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

We were told that the PAS team (HR) would be supporting David Burgess to sack agents & Team Leaders to help ensure @WebhelpUK did not lose the @EE contract. The attrition rate almost quadrupled since he took charge. The solution? Hire people from the DWP Restart Scheme. 1/2

Upgraded phone yesterday with @ee as current phone completely broken. Was told could get phone delivered today by #dpd. Spoke to ee at 13:15 to be told it wasn’t in stock (delay in stock levels being updated on systems) but was now in stock & had been picked up by dpd…

@EE I live in the Blackpool area and the service is unreliable and I seem to get regular text messages saying E.E are trying to fix the problem in my home area. This is happening regular so my question is will it continue or are you near fixing the problem.
