Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

@EE Trying to phone EE 150 to talk about the end of my contract on my mobile. Option 3 (upgrade) says the "office is closed" - in mid morning!! Option 4 (leaving) says "phone back later - goodbye". Come on EE - rubbish service

@EE calling ee at 8:55 to be told lines are busy and hung up on, not even a chance to hold. Second time I’ve tried this week. Very bad customer service…

@EE So my contract ends in 2weeks, which means the phone is paid for👍🏻 But Robin Bastids still want to charge me £40, ER no I'm not paying for a phone, so price should go DOWN.

Terrible customer service experience with @EE this morning. Can’t get through on 150 and been waiting 25 minutes for someone to connect via online chat. Supposed best mobile network; do better EE!

@EE @AJWofthedead Having exactly the same issue, very disappointed that I haven't received my phone, or even a dispatch notification. Customer services line is literally not even taking calls, this just isn't good enough
