It's 2026, but it seems I'm stuck in 2002 when using the @EE website and app! Seriously, how can you get it so badly wrong? Authentication state tracking just doesn't exist! Open the app, log in, it redirects to a browser for auth (you're already pissing me off right there), then after successful auth, gets redirected back to the app, where I see a login button again! This sort of UX is what makes people find other providers! Sort it out!!

@EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

@EE definitely changing my provider when it’s reasonabley practical. Your WiFi signal is terrible, sitting on my patio and it’s nearly impossible to keep a signal unlike when I was with @bt

Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@EE and @ThreeUK 4G broadband down again during the day where I live (and work). That’s 9 days in a row now. Just surviving on antiquated BT broadband at 1mbps. It’s hopeless. I also shouldn’t be paying for 3 different broadband providers but that’s a whole other issue.

@MsSineadFitz @EE I’m appalled at the customer service provided today by yourselves. Several of your employees have given contradicting information to a women who is already under a lot of stress due to being heavily pregnant. This needs to be resolved ASAP. Not impressed EE.

@EE hi,I've just been looking at your offers for 5g but tbh they are not very competitive. Bt offer on a 12 month 5g sim only deal ,25g data and unlimited txt and calls for £20 pm. I am a current ee customer.

@EE Another company to add to my never buy from again list. Like who do you think you are to be going around telling me what I should and shouldn't be doing and make it obviously against men. Normally I just ignore the adverts I see on YouTube but this one has me so relied up.

Just seeing the horrible way @VodafoneUK are dealing with bereaved customers, I sadly lost my wife earlier this year. @EE were by far the most understanding, efficient and compassionate of all the companies and agencies I had to deal with. Thank you #EE. F. you #Vodafone
