    It's 2026, but it seems I'm stuck in 2002 when using the @EE website and app! Seriously, how can you get it so badly wrong? Authentication state tracking just doesn't exist! Open the app, log in, it redirects to a browser for auth (you're already pissing me off right there), then after successful auth, gets redirected back to the app, where I see a login button again! This sort of UX is what makes people find other providers! Sort it out!!

    @EE right now I am so unimpressed, even though I called your customer service more than once, I’m an nhs worker so please don’t fob me off yet again. Try working in a hospital

    @EE definitely changing my provider when it’s reasonabley practical. Your WiFi signal is terrible, sitting on my patio and it’s nearly impossible to keep a signal unlike when I was with @bt

    @EE and @ThreeUK 4G broadband down again during the day where I live (and work). That’s 9 days in a row now. Just surviving on antiquated BT broadband at 1mbps. It’s hopeless. I also shouldn’t be paying for 3 different broadband providers but that’s a whole other issue.

    @EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

    Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

    @FitbitSupport Hi guys. I'll contact @EE too but but the battery life has taken a real nose dive the last few weeks. Perfectly fine for 8 months or so and now the battery life is really bad

    @ee can you do anything to hurry up the activation for a new SIM card (same No kept). This is causing problems not having access to the phone. We weren’t told it takes up to 24 hours !

    @EE 6 days left on my contract with a complaint with exec team, I've just rang up and been told its unfortunate @O2 have massively undercut you by £12 a month unfortunately I'm better moving to o2 what ****** customer service after 9 years, @Offcom need to look at you

    @ianclatworthy @EE Only issue would be losing number as it was in late fathers name the account , she could get new number then request a renumher afterwards but it’s not gtd she will able to keep number

    So I go to Turkey, @EE bill is paid up, come home, service has been cancelled, broadband shut off… And obviously no one to talk to about it…

    @EE your network is **** I will be leaving at the end of the contract after 15 years, your network is getting worse and yet you put your prices up

    @EE I’ve tried ringing and I’ve been on the phone twice this week to sort it out and after an hour, you guys hang up on me. Just give me back my refund please. It’s beyond a joke when my final bill was you was generated on the 18th March!
