Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@EE definitely changing my provider when it’s reasonabley practical. Your WiFi signal is terrible, sitting on my patio and it’s nearly impossible to keep a signal unlike when I was with @bt

@EE and @ThreeUK 4G broadband down again during the day where I live (and work). That’s 9 days in a row now. Just surviving on antiquated BT broadband at 1mbps. It’s hopeless. I also shouldn’t be paying for 3 different broadband providers but that’s a whole other issue.

@EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

Just had a call from @EE about sending an emergency engineer out but they needed to send me £100 'compensation' before they could OK it! When my bank declined the international transfer he asked for my wifes card details which I didn't give! 1/2

@EE my friend lives in the UK & having terrible time with EE. Her mother is 96-years-old, lives on her own in France but with her new phone my friend can no longer send SMS messages which she used to do on a daily basis. My friend has set a £20 cap but is waiting for "activation"

@EE Broadband has been totally down in PO14 3LR since 11am. Infuriating as I am working from home and every hour that passes is one I will have to make up later. Not easy with a newborn and a 4-year-old. Please sort it out ASAP and/or tell me when it will be fixed.

3. Sent us an email telling us the broadband was activated and working. It was not. 4. When we rang them they suggested we wait till midnight? 5. Still not working so called again. There’s a fault at the local box and they’re sending an engineer to fix it who knows when. @EE

@EE @BT_Openreach Please send your complaints procedure and the email address of your Chief Executive Officer! I am escalating this to the top! My next door neighbour is in the same boat and she works for the NHS as an emergency attender and currently has NO web access because of your incompetence

EE public wifi is truly the worst, paid £8 for a day, it’s lasted like five minutes it keeps connecting and disconnecting again @EE
