Carl (@officialnucky) reported from Swineshead, EnglandOnce again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

The Brig (@Greyhound_One) reported from Bourne, England@EE and @ThreeUK 4G broadband down again during the day where I live (and work). That’s 9 days in a row now. Just surviving on antiquated BT broadband at 1mbps. It’s hopeless. I also shouldn’t be paying for 3 different broadband providers but that’s a whole other issue.
-
Carl (@officialnucky) reported from Bicker, England@EE an someone help please? Lost the tracking info for my phone that's supposed to be here today or tomorrow. Can anyone get it resent to me please?
-
Amy Sims (@Amyibalien) reported from Spalding, England@EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔
-
Stephen Holt (@Stephen_Holt) reported from Wisbech Saint Mary, EnglandIs @EE down in #WISBECH PE13 1DP
-
Julie Grant (@JULIEGRANT20) reported from Swineshead, England@EE is there an issue today please? Unable to make calls.
-
lincsbirder2019 (@lincsbirder2019) reported from Bourne, England@EE definitely changing my provider when it’s reasonabley practical. Your WiFi signal is terrible, sitting on my patio and it’s nearly impossible to keep a signal unlike when I was with @bt
-
pen gray (@pengray12) reported from Gedney Hill, England@EE right now I am so unimpressed, even though I called your customer service more than once, I’m an nhs worker so please don’t fob me off yet again. Try working in a hospital
-
Rynardt Spies (@rynardtspies) reported from Spalding, EnglandIt's 2026, but it seems I'm stuck in 2002 when using the @EE website and app! Seriously, how can you get it so badly wrong? Authentication state tracking just doesn't exist! Open the app, log in, it redirects to a browser for auth (you're already pissing me off right there), then after successful auth, gets redirected back to the app, where I see a login button again! This sort of UX is what makes people find other providers! Sort it out!!

Dave_In_The_House (@BrothProf) reported@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK Hang on, I thought it was only O2 who were reintroducing roaming charges? Wait, I’m confused…
-
Pat Fenelon 🎥 (@PatFenelonITV) reported@StanCollymore @EE @EE signal is abysmal around the Midlands drops out regularly when on the move , I’ve been a customer over 15yrs it’s the worst it’s been even though I’m 5G’d up blah blah
-
Andrew Wheeler (@automotophoto) reported@ianwheeler @denkmit @EE Ian, I just read that too. Poor guy
-
Stan Collymore (@StanCollymore) reportedNice to see @EE unable to resist the tap in of charging Britons roaming charges without an iota of a viable reason to. If you're paying roaming charges for Europe in 2021, you're absolutely mad. Go with any network who wouldn't charge , because there's no good reason to. None.
-
Ancient of mumu (@steelo1977) reported@EE Changes however small are against what you announced last year. I've been a customer since the days of Orange as I said I'd rather know the lay of the land than be told one thing and find out another later.
-
Gee Weee.🇬🇧 Support our Police (@tismeagainuk) reported@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK I would just be happy to get a consistent signal in parts of this country.
-
Jim (@jimcox82) reported@EE Nice job, I wont be renewing my contract with you over your reintroduction of roaming charges. Over 10 years as a customer and this is how you behave after saying you wouldnt introduce them. I'll be going back on my word to finish paying the rest of my contract.
-
James Rees (@Jimlibob) reported@StanCollymore @EE Problem is they will all follow suit and EE know this. The 'dividends' and 'control' were never going to be for the little people.
-
Dan (@DanWalkerDJ) reported@ASC_Jez @EE @WeAre8Official 100% agree. Customer since ORANGE days. 23 years. Stayed despite them not being the cheapest. Time to look elsewhere
-
Phoenix Rahman (@Phoenixrahman) reported@EE @bryonydixon It’s funny you say that you guys are “investing into our leading customer service” and yet go do the one thing that goes opposite of that statement. Break your promise. That is no way to be a “leading customer service”.
