Hey @VodafoneUK why do you make it so difficult to get set up as a customer joining you and registering with the app. Poor signal but can't use the app on WiFi. Looks like I should have stayed with @EE .....

  • rab1dkorndogg andy marsh (@rab1dkorndogg) reported

@SocialTechHD @stuartjbull @EE Even though it's high capacity, it doesn't mean the provider will push it to the max...they will try work out an average but the speeds are never guaranteed...the joys of the ISP screwing the customer

  • rab1dkorndogg andy marsh (@rab1dkorndogg) reported

@SocialTechHD @stuartjbull @EE We can only hope, if we have to pay over the odds they'd better give a good service. But I don't trust EE or BT one iota

  • Oz_UK 10101111 (@Oz_UK) reported

@EE Still requires exchange support. EE Availability checker says I can get 31mbps over mobile network and 5-11mbps (3 guaranteed lol) over landline and doesn't offer FTTP because our exchange doesn't support it. Their estimate for landline is way off as well as I already get 65mbps.
