Amy Sims (@Amyibalien) reported from Spalding, England@EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔
-
The Brig (@Greyhound_One) reported from Bourne, England@EE and @ThreeUK 4G broadband down again during the day where I live (and work). That’s 9 days in a row now. Just surviving on antiquated BT broadband at 1mbps. It’s hopeless. I also shouldn’t be paying for 3 different broadband providers but that’s a whole other issue.
-
Julie Grant (@JULIEGRANT20) reported from Swineshead, England@EE is there an issue today please? Unable to make calls.
-
lincsbirder2019 (@lincsbirder2019) reported from Bourne, England@EE definitely changing my provider when it’s reasonabley practical. Your WiFi signal is terrible, sitting on my patio and it’s nearly impossible to keep a signal unlike when I was with @bt
-
Carl (@officialnucky) reported from Swineshead, EnglandOnce again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏
-
Stephen Holt (@Stephen_Holt) reported from Wisbech Saint Mary, EnglandIs @EE down in #WISBECH PE13 1DP
-
Rynardt Spies (@rynardtspies) reported from Spalding, EnglandIt's 2026, but it seems I'm stuck in 2002 when using the @EE website and app! Seriously, how can you get it so badly wrong? Authentication state tracking just doesn't exist! Open the app, log in, it redirects to a browser for auth (you're already pissing me off right there), then after successful auth, gets redirected back to the app, where I see a login button again! This sort of UX is what makes people find other providers! Sort it out!!
-
pen gray (@pengray12) reported from Gedney Hill, England@EE right now I am so unimpressed, even though I called your customer service more than once, I’m an nhs worker so please don’t fob me off yet again. Try working in a hospital
-
Carl (@officialnucky) reported from Bicker, England@EE an someone help please? Lost the tracking info for my phone that's supposed to be here today or tomorrow. Can anyone get it resent to me please?

-
John (@JohnStokes0uk) reported@briavelsjon @EE thats just it, they are poor, not good, and more signal masts, would be better
-
Ben Whitworth (@benwhitworth1) reported@McWhirterAlex @StevenShorrock Agree with those observations. Generally, it’s got worse - places and drives that I used to make calls without issue, now frequently cut out. What’s going on @EE - it’s not like phone contracts are cheap!
-
Ben (@WorbleGames) reported@lizardbutts @MarkyTalk @EE As I said to Mark, buying the phone outright upfront is often significantly cheaper long term. Obviously the upfront cost is quite large but generally i've found you save about £100-£200 over 24 months doing it that way. I'm with EE for internet as well so that brings it down
-
Danfotoman (@danfotoman1) reported@EE You claim to be the best network in the uk, your terrible in Birmingham does ee stand for “extremely exaggerated “ probably the worse network I’ve ever had
-
Lu 🎙⚒️ (@recklesslntent) reported@EE my dad is calling g about his contract and reducing the price of this. I understand due to RPI and being out of contract the price has gone up. But why is he being asked about Netflix and almost a weird focus on this rather than focusing on the issue which is finding an upgrade price that is lower. The agent then focused on cableing which dad has explicitly said he doesn’t want My dad has had a stroke - his vulnerability was not addressed or empathised with once during the call I understand we are supposed to be kind and pleasant on the phone but the agent you have in retentions who spoke to him was not listening, hiding behind process and utterly incompetent
-
In Oxford (@Oxford_Life) reported@anon_opin Yup, Oxford's 5G signal - or lack thereof - with so-called "best coverage" @EE is atrocious even going around the city centre!
-
Mark (@MarkAmiga) reported@EE Not looking good for EE either, only 6 days in, it goes off completely, even restarting fails to show the Wi-Fi network name for me to even connect to, either its a problem with OpenReach or your Router
