Leila Poole (@leilapooleMSc) reportedI totally and utterly give up Brightstar are now claiming that the screen wasn’t crack or damaged (as previously stated) the LCD was damaged. This is also bull the phone was perfectly fine. The photo they sent shows damage to the screen. So now they have changed their sort @EE

Kerry haysom (@KerryHaysom) reported@EE Thanks for the reply. But this does not work. I've tried it from two phones and two laptops. I can log in fine but the online shop does not work at all. If I cannot upgrade today who do I call to cancel my contract? Need a working phone asap!

Colin (@howinator) reported@EE Morning Chris. It's probably been happening from around xmas-new year time until today. I got a replacement handset around 4 weeks ago and thought it was maybe that but saw a tweet to EE from someone else in the same area as me having the same issues
