  @EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

  Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

  @EE Sorry doesn't really cut it after yet another yearly increase in my tariff. That is an increase of over £5 a month since I first signed up. It certainly doesn't pay to be a loyal customer.

  @solariskai @EE There is provision built into business contracts that differ from consumer contracts. Problem is people run business on consumer contracts and then think there should be redress for loss or earnings etc.

  @EE Yes been down over 2 hours just got home after work to use wi-fi as couldn't get on internet. Couldn't check bus times on way home, so got home late.
