@EE and @ThreeUK 4G broadband down again during the day where I live (and work). That’s 9 days in a row now. Just surviving on antiquated BT broadband at 1mbps. It’s hopeless. I also shouldn’t be paying for 3 different broadband providers but that’s a whole other issue.

Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

@EE definitely changing my provider when it’s reasonabley practical. Your WiFi signal is terrible, sitting on my patio and it’s nearly impossible to keep a signal unlike when I was with @bt

Has anyone with a Samsung mobile had issues with the latest system update? I installed it to my S25 Edge this morning and now cannot access mobile data and can't make calls. @EE my contract is with you!

@EE Postcode is HS2 0SW, only served by one mast. Happens all the time, mast has had issues for at least the past year.

On the flip side Joe from Hull at @EE customer service couldn't have been more helpful if he tried. Sorted out everything, didn't tell me I was wasting his time and made my mind up to leave @SkyUK which I was bordering on doing anyway 🙌🏾
