@EE and @ThreeUK 4G broadband down again during the day where I live (and work). That’s 9 days in a row now. Just surviving on antiquated BT broadband at 1mbps. It’s hopeless. I also shouldn’t be paying for 3 different broadband providers but that’s a whole other issue.

@EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@EE definitely changing my provider when it’s reasonabley practical. Your WiFi signal is terrible, sitting on my patio and it’s nearly impossible to keep a signal unlike when I was with @bt

Hey, @EE, I was wondering whether it's possible to change my SIM only contract to a cheaper plan and still be able to use the same data add ons that are available now. I tried looking on my MyEE account but couldn't find anything of use. Any help would be great, Thanks

@EE hey, my phone was working fine this morning, then all of a sudden the screen now won't turn on. I've tried resetting it with volume/power and it vibrates as if it's doing it but nothing shows. It's on an S21+. Can you help please?
