@EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

  • officialnucky
Carl (@officialnucky) reported from Swineshead, England

Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@EE definitely changing my provider when it’s reasonabley practical. Your WiFi signal is terrible, sitting on my patio and it’s nearly impossible to keep a signal unlike when I was with @bt

  • officialnucky
Carl (@officialnucky) reported from Bicker, England

@EE an someone help please? Lost the tracking info for my phone that's supposed to be here today or tomorrow. Can anyone get it resent to me please?

  • rynardtspies
Rynardt Spies (@rynardtspies) reported from Spalding, England

It's 2026, but it seems I'm stuck in 2002 when using the @EE website and app! Seriously, how can you get it so badly wrong? Authentication state tracking just doesn't exist! Open the app, log in, it redirects to a browser for auth (you're already pissing me off right there), then after successful auth, gets redirected back to the app, where I see a login button again! This sort of UX is what makes people find other providers! Sort it out!!

Julie Grant (@JULIEGRANT20) reported from Swineshead, England

@EE is there an issue today please? Unable to make calls.

  • Greyhound_One
The Brig (@Greyhound_One) reported from Bourne, England

@EE and @ThreeUK 4G broadband down again during the day where I live (and work). That’s 9 days in a row now. Just surviving on antiquated BT broadband at 1mbps. It’s hopeless. I also shouldn’t be paying for 3 different broadband providers but that’s a whole other issue.

  • pengray12
pen gray (@pengray12) reported from Gedney Hill, England

@EE right now I am so unimpressed, even though I called your customer service more than once, I’m an nhs worker so please don’t fob me off yet again. Try working in a hospital

  • Number1KenBarb
    AfterAllaDatSurgeryYourStillUgly (@Number1KenBarb) reported

Is it just me or does @EE payment service never seem to work? Every month it’s the same issue and I have to call like it’s 2006 and spend 20 mins just paying my bill!

  • bernifresh
    Ian Bennett (@bernifresh) reported

@ee Why can I not get 5G+ access on we business sim only. Just upgraded only to find out that even on an all-rounder tariff you cannot have access. I will have to cancel this upgrade and move network after 30 years (orange to ee account).

  • theSolCinema

@EE Service in Swansea is diabolical this year. What is occurring EE?

  • jaymz_hatstand
    Jaymz Hatstand (@jaymz_hatstand) reported

@EE our fibre broadband which we've had installed for a week, after over 2 months of waiting has gone down this evening. The website says we need an engineer and one can come out on Thursday 9th! We both work from home and require our connection for that. Can this be sorted?

  • JohnKicinski3
    J Kicinski (@JohnKicinski3) reported

@EE an issue with the signal in Tenby West Wales?? Multiple people can't make calls to either landlines or other mobiles.

  • imDJB
    Daniel J Bailey (@imDJB) reported

How I be paying @ee well over £100 for their full TV/Sport & Broadband service yet the HBO Max entitlement is only the basic version so I can’t view all the content. The two films I want to watch I now have to pay for via Amazon. What joke is this in this economy smh. Fix it plz!

  • SebParkinson
    Seb (@SebParkinson) reported

@Mr_Ben_Adams @EE I struggle to get any signal inside or out. There’s a mast issue that EE just completely ignore every single time it’s reported.

  • shauny67
    Shaun (@shauny67) reported

@EE @SerendipityShah Don't forget there is a 14 days cooling off period & starts from the time the service is activated as you cannot judge the service until you have tested it

  • dapsycool_
    Oladapo Aina (@dapsycool_) reported

@EE I travelled from Southampton to London for the Samsung x EE AI event on 5 April, 4pm. I had two valid tickets, but the store was closed and the event never happened. Time and money wasted. What’s the explanation and how will EE compensate attendees?
