@EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@EE definitely changing my provider when it’s reasonabley practical. Your WiFi signal is terrible, sitting on my patio and it’s nearly impossible to keep a signal unlike when I was with @bt

@EE and @ThreeUK 4G broadband down again during the day where I live (and work). That’s 9 days in a row now. Just surviving on antiquated BT broadband at 1mbps. It’s hopeless. I also shouldn’t be paying for 3 different broadband providers but that’s a whole other issue.

So tonight the hubby had his phone and bank card stolen and used 5 (😡) times after delivering his shielding dad's prescription! 3 hours later @EE @Barclays and @NorthantsPolice have been so bloody helpful that we can sit down reassured. In need of gin after this week 😴 #Thanks

I’m stuck in an infinite loop with @EE now, one dept deals with faults under 30 days, they send me to 150, who in turn send me to the dept that only deals with faulty goods under 30 days! Losing my **** here!!!
