    @EE definitely changing my provider when it’s reasonabley practical. Your WiFi signal is terrible, sitting on my patio and it’s nearly impossible to keep a signal unlike when I was with @bt

    Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

    @EE and @ThreeUK 4G broadband down again during the day where I live (and work). That’s 9 days in a row now. Just surviving on antiquated BT broadband at 1mbps. It’s hopeless. I also shouldn’t be paying for 3 different broadband providers but that’s a whole other issue.

    @EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

    @EE What do you suggest now, some stuff has gone from the phone, and still no keyboard told me to buy a new phone, I can't afford one on Universal Credit, can you help in anyway, when bill is do could do that on laptop which I am on now, and pack renewel either ring or laptop

    @EE Hey Monika! Thanks for reaching out! Never got it sorted. Couldn’t connect to other providers (manual selection meant no signal) Appreciate you can’t be everywhere but if I can’t even get Edge speeds I’d love to know how you think you can charge me for a service thst doesn’t work

    Trying to make a call from a train in the UK is just a waste of time. I know this but I still attempted it this evening. Lost the signal and the call dropped just at a critical moment. Times that by a zillion and dip it in something brown @EE 😠

    @EE Why should I have to waste time in a queue calling for you inadequacy? Your engineer turned up on Monday and luckily my other half could get home to meet him. The week before you came on the Wednesday when it was booked for Thursday and never told us so we missed apt spot
