    Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

    @EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

    @Hefin74850545 @EE @Ofcom I've not had issues, then just recently I've been getting really bad speeds, even the area I live in has made complaints, so much so, a guy from EE has been knocking on people's doors, also speed test . Net has been giving out false results

    @EE I have been trying to cancel my broadband for the last month as I had to leave the country. Your operators keep telling me that there is an issue with your system. I am calling you from abroad and it costs me a lot in roaming charges. Why are you doing this to your customers?

    @EE when will my signal return can’t use my phone where I live I have to drive 7 miles to ring this is 10 days now but your still take the full amount this month

    @EE I’m on the phone to them now. The best they can offer is a free WiFi extender for 3 months and then I have to pay extra thereafter which is a big increase on what I am paying. All I want is a broadband service that works as good as what I had with @virginmedia before.

    Does anyone know how to block unwanted messages. I have apparently joined a chat group thst I know nothing about and getting dozens of notifications a day. Tried to block all the numbers, not working and ID mobile have been useless. @EE

    @EE I have talked to the customer care n I have formally lodged a complaint as the third customer care executive Mr.Joseph too steps to review my account information n confirmed that it was EE error that they had not recorded the correct customer information because of which
