  @EE definitely changing my provider when it’s reasonabley practical. Your WiFi signal is terrible, sitting on my patio and it’s nearly impossible to keep a signal unlike when I was with @bt

  It's 2026, but it seems I'm stuck in 2002 when using the @EE website and app! Seriously, how can you get it so badly wrong? Authentication state tracking just doesn't exist! Open the app, log in, it redirects to a browser for auth (you're already pissing me off right there), then after successful auth, gets redirected back to the app, where I see a login button again! This sort of UX is what makes people find other providers! Sort it out!!

  @EE and @ThreeUK 4G broadband down again during the day where I live (and work). That’s 9 days in a row now. Just surviving on antiquated BT broadband at 1mbps. It’s hopeless. I also shouldn’t be paying for 3 different broadband providers but that’s a whole other issue.

  @EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

  Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

  @EE How do I report a case of fraud with you? #ee Basically there is this company that are charging me a fortune each month but are not providing the services I signed up for. For example viewing my bill or trying to use this companies website or app is impossible. I feel like I have had my pants pulled down and my *** spanked by this company.   @EE they say been awarded best network says who? Hear at ee if you don’t get any coverage in your house and other people it fine to them wi fi calling should do the job what if u don’t have wi fi then u just don’t get signal and can’t get online no matter if you pay contract

  @madebygoogle @EE when will there be a fix for the WiFi connection issues between the EE routers and certain Pixel phones. I have an 8pro and have constant disconnects and have to reset the WiFi all the time. No one seems to have a solution.

  @EE can you explain why the people operating your live chat service aren’t clear like those on the phones. The person on the live chat has now left a 16 year old girl without data, which she relies on whilst travelling to school for her safety and the checking of bus times. Does the safety of 16 year old girls not matter?
