@EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

@EE Do you have any way of customers checking for faults in their area (broadband)? Having frequent connection drops since last night. Had a new cable from pole to house a couple of months ago that seemed to solve long term issues so wondering if it's something local

Good old @EE my last 4 months bills have been wrong still no resolution in sight to be told I'd get a call back after 3pm today to sort it then get a text later to say the guy was leaving the office and would call me Monday - good customer service costs a lot less than bad
