    @EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

    Trying to upgrade with @EE is a absolute head ****. Sat with an assistant for 30 mins and got nothing but deals on watches and internet. All upsales, no basic info.

    @EE How long is your sits going to be down for? You say going home for the night but your a massive company and should pay someone minimum wage to work through the night to keep customers happy! If you don't take yourselves seriously, how are we supposed to?

    @EE what's the waiting time on S22 ultra upgrade ? Mine seems to have stalled on 16/03. Monies taken from my account but no progress on the phone itself . Any issues from @SamsungMobile ???

    Really bad @EE customer service could resolve my issue - training is needed. Would not recommend to anyone.

    @EE Leaving this dreadful network as soon as contract expires. Shockingly poor signal and now a horrendous increase in monthly charges, rip off EE, total rip off.
