    @EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

    @EE definitely changing my provider when it’s reasonabley practical. Your WiFi signal is terrible, sitting on my patio and it’s nearly impossible to keep a signal unlike when I was with @bt

    @EE and @ThreeUK 4G broadband down again during the day where I live (and work). That’s 9 days in a row now. Just surviving on antiquated BT broadband at 1mbps. It’s hopeless. I also shouldn’t be paying for 3 different broadband providers but that’s a whole other issue.

    Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

    @EE I’m not a happy customer. I go online to upgrade to the new IPhone 14 pro and told it will be dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within 48. Only to be told 2 hours later that it’s now changed to 28 days for dispatch!
