Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

@EE I get "Mobile network not available" whenever I try to call, even voicemail. Calls to my phone don't connect. Weirdly, mobile data is fine, network appears as EE, full bars.

Apparently if you dont have @EE you'll have network envy Past few days at @TrinityLeeds despite my phone saying either 5G or 4G+, actually using the data was nigh on impossible with Google saying "you're offline"

@EE Basically I had a lot of problems since I joined ee and I had to call up a lot because some of your advisors are lazy and don't call customers back so I received a letter basically saying that ee won't help me with anything again by phone so I cancelled witch I regret

@EE We had futurefibre installed - day 3 and EE still have not activated it on their side. Been booked in for weeks - why so disorganised? Yes, we do need a network - cannot work without it...can you cover the total of 6 days annual leave we have both lost?

@EE so after all day of not wotking internet is still not up been good 10 or so hours that I basicly lost all days of work pay called support didnt help wrote in here didn't help well it sucks when all internet in country is down isn't it
