@EE hope you can help my phone has gone crazy no camera and will not let me call or text saying sim not registered. DD PAID TODAY. Forced to sort new contract today + phone arrives Monday. Is there no way I can use phone for calls and texts till then? Will sim be ok Monday

@EE and @ThreeUK 4G broadband down again during the day where I live (and work). That’s 9 days in a row now. Just surviving on antiquated BT broadband at 1mbps. It’s hopeless. I also shouldn’t be paying for 3 different broadband providers but that’s a whole other issue.

@EE But was rubbish once I left the city and went home. Hence, I’m still with @O2 who I also got a 4G signal from in the city.

@EE definitely changing my provider when it’s reasonabley practical. Your WiFi signal is terrible, sitting on my patio and it’s nearly impossible to keep a signal unlike when I was with @bt

@EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

@EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

@EE Hi #EE, spoke to your customer service team yesterday regarding a drop in mobile service and compensation which had been offered. They told me to contact your tech team but that just sends me to request a callback to report network issues. How do I resolve this?

@EE Already on the phone to you yet again, and being told they will get someone out next week. So a week without WiFi (that I’ll still get billed for). Single worst company I have ever dealt with, and I didn’t even sign up with you in the first place. Absolute disgrace.
