@EE definitely changing my provider when it’s reasonabley practical. Your WiFi signal is terrible, sitting on my patio and it’s nearly impossible to keep a signal unlike when I was with @bt

@EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

@EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

@EE But was rubbish once I left the city and went home. Hence, I’m still with @O2 who I also got a 4G signal from in the city.

@EE can you (sensibly) advise how best to get EE to take accountability for an issue they have created please. You installed WiFi for my neighbour yesterday and inadvertently cut my (Sky) WiFi off. 20 hours and counting with lots of slopey shoulders.

@dpdcustomercare third day in a row van your drivers have said they were delivery my parcel from @EE and have failed to deliver claiming we weren’t home. Blatant lie. The photo yesterday was 2 miles away in our town centre. Awful service
