    Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

    @O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

    @EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

    @EE The billions you already make in profits and the year on year revenue increases aren't enough for you to invest in the network? You need to rip off your customers with a 5% rise way above inflation. More lies from a dishonest, money hungry business. Surely less people will renew

    @EE Yeh spoke to someone in billing. Tbh I don't have much confidence this problem is going to be resolved and probably have to chase it up again and have same thing happen next month. last month it put me into an unauthorised overdraft. not one apology and 0 compensation .

    @EE I got sent a temporary number whist waiting for Vodafone to release my number which should have been yesterday, my old phone stopped working so I know this happened. New phone is still not working nor with temp number.

    @EE absolutely awful signal all day today, what is going on. It’s one of the most expensive Phone services, what exactly am I paying extra for? Going back to #Vodafone.
