@EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

@tescomobile @EE I've spoke to a few other colleagues tonight who have said exactly the same as me and that they can't wait to leave either. It's quite obvious that we're paying for a service that you simply can't provide but still advertise as having 99% coverage

Absolutely disgusted with the way ur advisor treated me @EE, told me he was warning me even tho I wasn't swearing or shouting.. Refused 2 help, or let me speak 2 a manager and refused 2 open a complaint. Is this how u train ur staff? I feel like taking my mobile elsewhere now.

@EE It didn’t help, it made it worse. It went from 96% battery life to 90% after the latest update and I usually leave updates a few days before installing as well.

@EE I would like to know why my phone won’t let me send messages when I have unlimited texts and service I even tried messaging 150 to check my date and it won’t send

Hm. Power just went out briefly @yoursse. Also, mobile net now says 'no mobile data service: temporarily turned off by your operator' (hi, @EE). Someone tripped over the power cord? :)
