@EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

@EE I have! I’ve been told “24 hours” three or four times!!! You’ve had 168 hours since I should have had a service so far and they keep telling me lies!

@EE I returned it recorded delivery to the EE address on the correspondence @EE confirmed it was received and forwarded to brightstar - now EE saying I need to track it down with brightstar with no postage ref or help. Been on hold to @Brightstar for 55minutes great with a baby!

Can honestly say @EE are the worse company for customer service. Ruined Christmas and all they will do is give 30 quid refund after years of being a customer and not even looked after.Sold a contract under false pretences and also told agift would arrive guaranteed. #LieAfterLie

@EE new deal, get 2Gb of data for £19.99 new customer special offer for 12 months, or £15 or £25 (which I was paying and getting less) for 4Gb, mins and text from @EE they even **** you to your face

@EE I opened a sim only account and it says it was delivered but hasn’t arrived yet and getting through your customer service line is a nightmare..
