Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

@EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

@ee suggest you look at your network. Had to dial the @nationalgriduk emergency gas number 0800 111999 and your network kept reporting the number isn’t valid. Finally got through but this could easily cost someone their life

How arrogant of @EE to make customers wait days for supervisors to call back. To which @EE customer service supervisors refuse to return the calls they'd committed to? Does @EE not respect the current climate. There's a pandemic outside my phone needs the service I've paid for

Congratulations @EE that’s a full month today with NO broadband, being pushed from pillar to post and some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Finally having to resort to naming and shaming on social media to see if someone cares?

@EE I've managed to activate my sim and so far so good. Thanks for the great service. I called you to give my pac code to move my number over, but I haven't received a text to confirm you have received the number transfer request. Will I receive one or will it just transfer anyway?
