    Hi @bt and @EE, trying to cancel 4 EE pay monthly sims I ordered via BT 3 days ago but no way to cancel online. In the queue for "EE channel returns" but have been cut off 3 times. Can anyone help?

    @EE When will watch plans support QR codes all this is is artificial restriction by EE to prevent users from buying any other watch that isn't a Samsung pixel or a apple watch how sad is that there are tons of nice watches but we can't use them cuz EE is being funny

    @EE anytime upgrade is a bit of a scam isn't it? Paid £30 upfront to upgrade my S21 for an S22+ had to call to finalise only to be told there's a £300 damage fee for a small crack at the bottom. Even your staff were shocked. Custome since 2009 and I think it's time to change!

    @EE Thanks Glen. I’ve been able to speak to customer services using the new SIM number. They’ve answered my query. The number port hadn’t started despite the email suggesting otherwise. Not great but at least I’ve got an honest answer and a way forward. Cheers.

    @EE You tracked me online as I had not submitted the application. You then called me about the application. When I answered & asked why you'd tracked me the person on the phone was very rude! Had I of decided to join you he made sure I definitely didn't want to. Its that simple

    @EE been waiting now for a £1000 refund since October 6th. Are you having a liquidity problem or is your customer service just terrible?
