    Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

    @EE right now I am so unimpressed, even though I called your customer service more than once, I’m an nhs worker so please don’t fob me off yet again. Try working in a hospital

    @EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

    @EE sorted some broadband out through yourselves last week and was told the hub would arrive Friday and service would start Monday… except the hub arrived Saturday and I’ve just received an email saying my service doesn’t start until tomorrow, up to 11:59pm. What gives?!

    @EE - do not value their customers. Waited over a month for my upgrade to : 1) not be provided with a text or deliver slot with DPD - no calling card. Nothing! 2) be told by @EE that they will have to cancel my upgrade and I will have to wait to AGAIN for another upgrade?!

    I have @EE issues locally but nothing more frustrating than my video’s buffering on Twitter as if I was using dial up internet (WiFi is working great) @Twitter is it just me? They always tend to buffer at the most exciting part too…😢

    @EE my wife is trying to get through to order a new phone and contract. Can’t get through on your telephone number and can’t log in online either. Help!
