    @EE hope you can help my phone has gone crazy no camera and will not let me call or text saying sim not registered. DD PAID TODAY. Forced to sort new contract today + phone arrives Monday. Is there no way I can use phone for calls and texts till then? Will sim be ok Monday

    Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

    @EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

    Happy Monday, @EE have left me with no wifi to do my job. Zero resolution after a 30 minute call. I've had to go through the palava of setting up with a different broadband supplier today. Absolute nightmare - avoid at all costs.

    @EE really need to speak to A supervisor as the people that answer the phones are extremely unhelpful and wasn’t listening to Anything I said. Before I speak to ofcom need to see if our problem can be resolved first

    @EE Will this be quicker than waiting for a call from a guide? We've been waiting a while. We were told that sending a text to 66033 would incur a charge. I've no intention of paying considering we are receiving a poor service

    @EE I wasn’t told to make sure I kept my old device running with its physical SIM card. Thankfully I still have it but that’s just pure luck. I’ve been trying to get my new device on your network for nearly 3 weeks. Do you think that’s acceptable?
