Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

@EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

We were not granted permission by customer services to enter her account as she wasn’t able to provide the first two letters of her ‘secret question’ answer, bcos she can’t read/write, and wudn't accept me providing answer. Yet @EE happy for her sign 9 contracts in 2 years? 2/5

@EE I just bought from ebay, and I contacted your people over Skype but the problem is that I must have a UK phone number where they will contact me which I am not in UK for now

@Miimisota @DBright83 @EE It seems to be an android issue. If you can uninstall an "app" called webview. It will uninstall the latest update. Webview allow certain apps to run and there seems to be a bug with it
