I've had a contract with @EE for years. Never again am I signing up with them! Absolutely shocking customer service and they just seem to be able to raise your bill without and real notification. The want to charge u a 1000 to cancel bcus you don't agree with the rise. Shocking.

@EE That’s garbage! Since I took out my contract in July 2021 my monthly bill will have increased by 25% come April! Great way to alienate customers! I can get a sim only deal with @tescomobile for £14 a month for unlimited data, texts & calls! I wonder why I would stay with EE? 🤔

@EE Appalling Customer Service- network coverage poor - increasing our bills - do not go with this company people - also watch out for extra charges - complain to The Ombudsman I have 😤

@EE Unless you can tell me how much of my monthly plan is to pay for the phone and how much is line rental then it’s not worth talking to you apart from when my contracts are up to cancel them all

Mobile phone network providers are a racket. Half the time I don’t have 5G signal in the middle of London but @EE deems it necessary to charge me inflation +3.9% extra every March for no apparent reason.

You know what’s a con! @EE and the mid contract price rise! Here’s your phone contract with how much you’ll pay, unless of course we want you to pay more! Yes I know you have it in the small print but it’s just another big company fleecing the loyal customer #bunchofshambles
