@EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

Worst customer service from @O2 today. Pushy salesperson +++. You would have had a customer buying a new apple watch today but seen as though you call me ‘stupid’ for not upgrading my phone (which is a 3 year contract which *you* provide) at same time I’ll think I’ll go see @EE

@EE why is it impossible to get in contact with someone on the chat feature? I've been trying for over a week and the chat feature never shows? I thought unlimited data meant unlimited data and I could tether for unlimited - apparently not

@EE Forget EE ifr having problems making contact for technical help. You will wait an inordinately long time before connecting. IT'S ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL SERVICE

@EE Voicemail still only a dial up service. And even that doesn’t work anymore. #poorcustomerservice. How many days does it take just to give me the service I’m paying for #disappointed Am not spending another entire day to sort out what should have been done already

Can't wait till I can move house and join a different ISP @EE have been terrible constant drop outs and router resets I shud be charging them for my time spent trying to sort out the issues if you can't supply a service then 1/3
