    @EE I'm a new customer, activated yesterday. I am unable to view my bills on MyEE (the files it generates are corrupted). Also, it seems you're not waiving the set-up fee, but I have it in email that these will all be waived. I need someone to rectify this immediately please.

    @EE The PS5 I bought from you for my kids' (pic is 7 years old) big Christmas present was faulty, but I wrapped it and didn't discover the fault till after the support time :( You should really advise people around the holidays that you won't make an exception for presents.

    @EE hi there, I recently changed from o2 to EE on my mobile and kept my original number. But I never received a new SIM card? O2 said my sim won’t work as of tomorrow so will my phone still work?

    @EE I wish to apologise. This fault is not caused by the EE network which is performing perfectly. This is entirely my fault.

    @EE After making a complaint via the MyEE form - now being asked to Link Accounts again but I'm no longer able to do so at the point where it asks for the SMS code (generic error message). Is the website usually this poor? This is a disappointing experience for a new customer :/
