    Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

    @O2 having tried once again to upgrade with disastrous results I’m going to close my account. I’ve been a customer for 20+ years & your poor service is the one consistent in that time. Your staff are good but your offer is terrible. @EE @VodafoneUK I’m keen to hear your approach.

    @EE i arrived in turkey and i have no data of ability to use phone. When i try to call you i am told that there is "no network". I came here to work and there is no way i cant work this way. Why????????

    @EE I’ve contacted you multiple times now due to having no signal in my home for over a year. I finally get someone to listen to me and raise a complaint but they have put the wrong postcode and now telling me there’s definitely no issue and closed the complaint.
