@EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

@EE worst customer service ever. Taking advantage of elderly people and ripping them off, and then leaving me in a queue for 55 minutes to speak to someone and then hanging up as soon as I get through. Save money on your crappy adverts and improve your service, embarrassing
