    @EE hope you can help my phone has gone crazy no camera and will not let me call or text saying sim not registered. DD PAID TODAY. Forced to sort new contract today + phone arrives Monday. Is there no way I can use phone for calls and texts till then? Will sim be ok Monday

    @EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

    Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

    @EE When you assure your customers that you will be contacted within 72 hours. Why does it never happen? I have been mistreated , miss sold items, offered a refund and yet still not revived months later! Disgraceful

    @EE are you doing any major maintenance in Hull and the surrounding area? Today is the 4th day in a row of the network being functionally unusable. Signal dropping out constantly while I'm trying to stream.

    @EE you turned my internet off erroneously and now wont reconnect me for a week. Your company should be shut down by trading standards or you should be forced to rename your company somewhere sometimes. You really have f'ed me in the a when I really didnt need it. I hope you all catch ebola.
