@ItsJamesPowers @SamsungUK @EE You need to get a new phone. Samsung, EE won’t help you. They don’t care. I’m sorry to be blunt. Never do business with either of them ever again. Get an iPhone and go with Vodafone. 👍

Looks like @EE love to con people out of their benefits package, upgraded to the newest phone on the basis I’d keep them, only to have them all deactivated, can’t get through to anyone, atrocious service! #badcustomerservice #complaint

@EE the only way I get any information from you is by phoning and having to wait on hold for 20 minutes + to then talk to someone. Shocking service. You should be doing more to help your customers.
