Day 91 of #PhoneGate The @SamsungUK position is for me to start the process again. My loyalty is irrelevant 😩 @EE loyalty means nothing.😡 Time for a new device & service provider I have more chance of meeting @Pontifex before I get a resolution to this 😩

@EE Booo. Apparently won't be fixed until the 13th Jan! Problems affecting various cabinets locally it seems. Cables need replacing. Pffft.

@OmbudServices how do I go about complaint's against @EE had 6 months worth of communication over my connection issues and they keep closing the complaints as they can't keep them open and yet still no resolution or any updates.
