@EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

@EE No, and I tried to contact your Head Office, who help me sometimes with my disability needs, and it says the number has changed and that I should call 150 from my phone, which is no use as it is about broadband. Which number has replaced 0800 0790232?

@EE That's the general customer services. I need to contact people in the executive dept. sometimes as they are aware of my issues. Why has that number been removed?

@EE Yep It's fixed now, and works great, Colin really went above and beyond getting on BT when they kept messing up and keeping close track of the drop outs we were having to try and help figure out the issue. He also kept in contact with us so we knew what was going on.

@EE why is it I can get a better signal on a remote Loch in Scotland than I can in my own house in a town? Or near my office? What's with the terrible reception in urban areas?

@EE because of an issue your end, I was ASSURED a representative would call me back this week, to take a manual payment. He guaranteed he'd call me. Still nothing. I have a complaint pending about all this.
