The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

Even if you try to speak with Tech or customer services between 8am-11am or 5pm-7pm is basically a NO, you wait at least 45 minutes, if no the line drops because of their poor network. Very upset.
