    @EE hope you can help my phone has gone crazy no camera and will not let me call or text saying sim not registered. DD PAID TODAY. Forced to sort new contract today + phone arrives Monday. Is there no way I can use phone for calls and texts till then? Will sim be ok Monday

    Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

    @EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

    @EE Thanks, that number is flagged as a scam, wanting bank details. I simply never respond to any cold callers... Perhaps a rethink of company policy is in order.?

    @EE Hi, I'm in the Caribbean and needs to login to bank accounts etc. These accounts send me Shortcode text to enter so I can access my accounts and none of these text are coming through. I tried to login to EE and they sent Shortcode and I don't receive it. What's going on?

    Never ever go with @bt_uk or @EE was asked to swap over, mis sold products, over billed and now on day 17 of trying to get a resolution. Was a decades long customer!

    14 years with @EE and this is how I’m treated? Agreed to an upgrade, got written confirmation—then they put my order “on hold” and tried to upsell me or push Flex Pay. Now they won’t honour the deal. Unethical. Misleading. Complaint raised. #EE #ConsumerRights #BreachOfContract

    @SooooInit @EE Exactly the same for me in South Yorkshire. On EE and got less than 1Mbps and our Virgin Media fibre is down. Zero internet. Garbage. Can’t wait to switch back to Vodafone

    @EE for someone who pride themselves on customer service I am so glad I left EE. Complaint open over 3 weeks been promise two manager calls backs. Last one was promised by 3pm today it’s now 6:15pm still nothing.
