  • djstar3d David Johnston (@djstar3d) reported from Melton Mowbray, England

@EE You guys are offering a 80gb sim only for £18 online which is less than I’m paying now for 20gb (£18.60) but it’s not on my upgrade options. The best you do on that is 40gb for £25. I thought an existing customer would get the better deal

  • LeahMhyde Leah Hyde (@LeahMhyde) reported from Stamford, England

@EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

  • tomnovy Tomasz Nowicki (@tomnovy) reported from Leicestershire, England

@EE This is sorted out now. Please inform your customer that you cannot port a number correctly to an esim so your customers don’t have to figure this out afterwards.

  • Lucas7710 Luke Gosling (@Lucas7710) reported from Leicestershire, England

@EE what up with your network in Leicester none of my txts are landing to recipients. I have sent four and none of them have landed.

  • Rh0des_V1ck1 Vicki Rhodes (@Rh0des_V1ck1) reported from Corby, England

@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

  • ibsturay Ibrahim (@ibsturay) reported from Leicestershire, England

@EE is the worst broadband company ever. Nothing ever get solved. Been having the same problem for 7 months. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

  • damiankinsella8 Damian Kinsella (@damiankinsella8) reported from Stamford, England

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

  • analoguedisastr analoguedisaster (@analoguedisastr) reported from Leicestershire, England

@NoServiceHereUK Leicester city centre. 1 bar of reception. Twitter barely loads. @EE awful I pay £70 a month for a phone I can barely use. What a joke. Can’t wait for my contract to end... absolute waste of money I travel the uk a lot, doesn’t get much better at anywhere

  • paz_thanki paresh thanki (@paz_thanki) reported from Leicestershire, England

@EE sort your issues out unable to make or receive any calls in the last 1.5hr.

  • JaxDemon2 🄹🄰🅇 🄳🄴🄼🄾🄽 (@JaxDemon2) reported from Leicestershire, England

@EE Sent you a DM but I think your customer services team have done all they can do.

  • PeteMartinPhot1 Pete Martin Photography (@PeteMartinPhot1) reported from Leicestershire, England

Amazing, @virginmedia Internet was down today from 9am. I phoned to get an update at 4pm, and also ask why my bill keeps going up.. The lady on the phone literally drove me away to another provider. I just signed up with @EE

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
  • lucyg80 Lucy Garner (@lucyg80) reported

@EE are there issues with broadband today? Mines not working.

  • DeanofLaw Sandra Clarke (@DeanofLaw) reported

@EE I was told yesterday that now that my broadband is out of contract it nearly doubles in price. I am moving out in 5 months so can't take out new 18 month contract. Why can't I just extend for 5 months? Been an EE customer since it was Orange!

  • stedge27 steve chester (@stedge27) reported from Corby, England

@EE really poor coverage at my current location struggling to get 4g

  • alexischesterm1 alexis chesterman (@alexischesterm1) reported

@EE Well I have been trying to get your 'help' for days/weeks now but to no avail! Can't get through by phone or chat

  • _Grumpy_dumpty Grumpy Dumpty (@_Grumpy_dumpty) reported

@EE I have. They closed my complaint without me asking. Your customer service is appalling

  • mtjwatts Matt Watts (@mtjwatts) reported

@DavidLeyland @EE I think it’s due to the limited bandwidth available in the towns, they don’t want people using 5G on their phones to have a bad experience because others with 5G routers are grabbing the bandwidth.

  • _Grumpy_dumpty Grumpy Dumpty (@_Grumpy_dumpty) reported

@EE mast have been down over a week. Because I made a few calls on WiFi calling. Refusing any sort of compensation @MartinSLewis this cant be right?

  • mtjwatts Matt Watts (@mtjwatts) reported

After days of issues with my 5G router on @EE it appears that they are blocking 5G routers in the ‘towns' where 5G has rolled out. Just because you can see a 5G signal, do NOT assume you can use it for 5G broadband!

  • Nascot1 Noel Scotford (@Nascot1) reported

@EE When you have a 4g router, it means the service is critical. Both my children will miss remote schooling today. As I said, if I had been warned, I could have bought a mobile 4g device from yet another provider.

  • CasualCreation2 Casual Creations (@CasualCreation2) reported

@EE Could we have a hint on a possible drop? could one happen this month? Personally I'd prefer to get it from yourselves its one place bots can't crash as its all to do with our account and the length of time we've been a customer.
