  • tomnovy Tomasz Nowicki (@tomnovy) reported from Leicestershire, England

@EE This is sorted out now. Please inform your customer that you cannot port a number correctly to an esim so your customers don’t have to figure this out afterwards.

  • ZNC1993 // c o u l s o n // (@ZNC1993) reported from Markfield, England

@EE just speaking with Keith asking for proof of purchase on my devices and gadgets. He asked why I needed these and insinuated that I’m trying to claim insurance fraud. Disgusted. Spoke to a manager who was just as rude.

  • joelmurray Joel Murray (@joelmurray) reported from Oadby and Wigston, England

Trying to work from home, teach year 2, and look after a two year old with intermittent broadbanf is near impossible. Please help @ee!

  • joelmurray Joel Murray (@joelmurray) reported from Oadby and Wigston, England

@EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

  • DJMUGSY MUGSY | Mahesh Mistry (@DJMUGSY) reported from Birstall, England

@EE On another note I had a fantastic customer experience with becca.harris who upgraded me to a new phone which I’ll get tomorrow. If you could also pass this onto your management. Pls message if you need details. 👍🏆

  • joelmurray Joel Murray (@joelmurray) reported from Oadby and Wigston, England

@EE Our home broadband is horrible today 😭 I've restarted the router twice and restarted devices but to no avail. It's intermittent and very slow...not usually like this!

  • joelmurray Joel Murray (@joelmurray) reported from Oadby and Wigston, England

You know your internet is bad when you can't even connect to a speed test to check the speed 😩 Working on a fix with @EE but these things are never quick in a pandemic. Good timing when you need to work from home!

  • analoguedisastr analoguedisaster (@analoguedisastr) reported from Leicestershire, England

@NoServiceHereUK Leicester city centre. 1 bar of reception. Twitter barely loads. @EE awful I pay £70 a month for a phone I can barely use. What a joke. Can’t wait for my contract to end... absolute waste of money I travel the uk a lot, doesn’t get much better at anywhere

  • joelmurray Joel Murray (@joelmurray) reported from Oadby and Wigston, England

@EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

  • awright2001 Andy (@awright2001) reported from Kibworth Beauchamp, England

@EE can you explain why I'm still seeing @RitaOra on my TV in your ads after last weekends incident???

  • kezqb Keith Houghton (@kezqb) reported from Ketteringham, England

Very poor service from @EE tried to upgrade phone in shop but their IT is down

  • mullersangels Soph Antoinette (@mullersangels) reported from Leicestershire, England

@EE how do I cancel a payment for a top up for a phone I no longer have?

  • glennworth Glenn (@glennworth) reported from Narborough, England

@VodafoneUK @EE @O2 @ThreeUK The problem here is that most of the thick pricks doing this can't read. Or don't trust mobile phones so won't be on twitter....

  • djstar3d David Johnston (@djstar3d) reported from Melton Mowbray, England

@EE You guys are offering a 80gb sim only for £18 online which is less than I’m paying now for 20gb (£18.60) but it’s not on my upgrade options. The best you do on that is 40gb for £25. I thought an existing customer would get the better deal

  • coopercarman David J Leeke (@coopercarman) reported from Anstey, England

@EE Andy W. I thank you for your reply. My cousin phoned EE complaints depot to be told it takes a month to get back to where she started, Payg. As written, and proof can be provided. this is a disabled single Pensioner who needs mobile phone for every day activity. Help please

  • ibsturay Ibrahim (@ibsturay) reported from Leicestershire, England

@EE is the worst broadband company ever. Nothing ever get solved. Been having the same problem for 7 months. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

  • Lucas7710 Luke Gosling (@Lucas7710) reported from Leicestershire, England

@EE what up with your network in Leicester none of my txts are landing to recipients. I have sent four and none of them have landed.

  • scottydaly1989 Scott (@scottydaly1989) reported from Leicestershire, England

@EE are you having some issues today? My WiFi keeps dropping!! So annoying!

  • DJMUGSY MUGSY | Mahesh Mistry (@DJMUGSY) reported from Birstall, England

On hold to #EE and the music is enough to put a rope around your neck then get a loud noise and a hung tone. Let’s try @EE again. More of the same music 😩🙉 I shall not put it down.

  • DarrenS78 Darren (@DarrenS78) reported from Ratby, England

@EE any problems with signal on 4g? Just one bar most of time today. Calls breaking up.

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • DavidEGatesUK David E. Gates (@DavidEGatesUK) reported

Can anyone recommend a better broadband than @EE? Speeds meant to be 60-80 Mbps but usually around 15Mbps. Rebooted router. Got 50Mbps but within minutes it's throttled down to 15Mbps again! WTF am I paying for a service I'm NOT getting? Direct ethernet connection too!

  • tomfleech Tom Leech (@tomfleech) reported

@EE Get ur poxy network fixed in the Colchester/Stanway area please. 2nd day on the bounce there’s been an outage. Tbh I’ve had enough, this happens far too often… I want out and will be calling to canx as soon as I’ve got enought signal 🙄

  • mathertim Tim (@mathertim) reported

@anybassdrum @Ofcom @EE My point is the costs keep rising and and I'm not getting a great service. Why pay for a product when your not getting the coverage as EE keep saying.

  • anybassdrum i am nobody (@anybassdrum) reported

@mathertim @Ofcom @EE It’s difficult. You enter a fixed term contract on a mobile phone and not a fixed line and therefore your service can and will vary between locations. It’s annoying when you have a poor signal at a location that’s important to you though…

  • LoggieRrfc1 Allan Logan (@LoggieRrfc1) reported

@SwanyThaRed @ScotlandNT @EE Personally thought robbo had a crap game

  • ItsJamesPowers James Powers (@ItsJamesPowers) reported

I am now firmly if the conclusion that @EE doesn't employ one technical specialist as not one person seems to be able to fix a simple issue and simple issue that is costing me money. My tablet is effectively nothing more than a wifi device. As I can't use most the functions. 🤬

  • benjamincruise Benjamin Cruise (@benjamincruise) reported

I haven't been able to make any phone calls since Tuesday 21st March @EE this isn't exceptable. You've increased the prices and taken away any phone service!

  • ItsSeanMc4 Sean ∞/21m (@ItsSeanMc4) reported

@EE You should be aware by now that I'm not happy. #Bitcoin fixes @EE problems. Stop blaming your customers.

  • carrie_messmore Carrie Messmore (@carrie_messmore) reported

@EE worst customer experience ever with the high Wycombe store and the rude, unhelpful girl who spoke over me and when I asked her to stop refused to serve me. Please get in touch - this is for a replacement sim for my son who has a heart condition. we are ready to leave ee now

  • ZatBritGirl Leanne (@ZatBritGirl) reported

@EE My broadband has been down all day. I have called EE (150) 3x and I’m still waiting for a text for the diagnostics link! #help
