It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

Joel Murray (@joelmurray) reported from Oadby and Wigston, England@EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...
