EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • CapelLofft Capel Lofft (@CapelLofft) reported

Companies like @ee have a nasty cynical strategy. They missell you stuff by pressuring you into purchases in store. Then they rely on people not having the time or patience to navigate their appalling customer service and the insane complexity of their contracts and system...

  • clivemacd Clive MacDonald (@clivemacd) reported

@CapelLofft @EE When we renewed our broadband with BT in 2024 they said "you will sign the contract with EE, it's the same thing." I declined and we are still with BT. It seemed odd and I've never understood it.

  • christiano_84 Christiano84 (@christiano_84) reported

@CapelLofft @EE I just cut out the phone hassle and write a formal complaint sent signed for, and a copy to Offcom

  • joolsmc Julie McKenzie (@joolsmc) reported

@EE I have already made a complaint via the webform and it stated a response time of 7 days. This is completely unacceptable.

  • joolsmc Julie McKenzie (@joolsmc) reported

@EE The problem has now been reported several times using those methods yet no fix as yet?

  • michell84489258 michelle nelson (@michell84489258) reported

@EE so you respond to my tweet to say message us privately. I do. At length. And get an automatic mail back telling me to download the app And read the FAQ on the help page. Like I haven’t tried that already. And called. This is ridiculous. Time to swap supplier

  • thecazzle C🦦 (@thecazzle) reported

@EE Why is your customer service team not able to help. They’re telling me I need a physical sim. I cannot install a physical sim into an iPhone Air. Absolutely ridiculous issues.

  • Tot181 Chris Lavis (@Tot181) reported

@CapelLofft @BTBusiness @EE I’m with a BT business phone package, I wouldn’t advise anyone to sign up as it’s all ok until you have a problem and then you are pushed from pillar to post and never get anyone to sort it.

  • GaryGaryweir11 Gary (@GaryGaryweir11) reported

@EE @mmgordon the app has been down for months what you talking about!!!!

  • CroneThe86880 The Ancient Crone 🇺🇦 (@CroneThe86880) reported

@CapelLofft @BTBusiness @EE I had a bad experience with BT. I ordered and set up a d.d for broadband for my new house and was given a date for it to start. A month later it hadn't happened, they denied knowledge of any contract but kept on debiting my acc. Luckily I had kept emails so could stuff them.
