@EE Yes I upgraded to the sim only offer on Friday last week from my account after I logged in. Wasn’t sure if this is a problem@with my order or if I’m halfway through my billing cycle. Just concerned I have one email telling my one thing and a second telling me another.

@EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

@EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

@EE Wow 6hrs to reply. The signal is now back but that doesn't negate the fact that we had no warning of signal loss. I'm sorry but I have had it with EE and am switching mobile contracts as I've lost money today due to not being able to receive calls. My customers were annoyed
