@EE advertises being the best network. Realised today I get better deal and service elsewhere for my mobile phone. Unlocking the phone was an ordeal and the staff in the shop did not know their operations.

@EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

@DavidMelia @EE I cut my EE of years ago when they were called t mobile and I have never had a problem with my network IV been on since leaving EE because EE just want your money my miss is with EE and has a problem nearly every month I wouldn't use EE if they gave it free.

@EE Hi Jess, the moment she got handset she has never bn able to use her data, however the main issue is the phone isn't holding the charge, she has deleted all her apps yet has made no difference
