@EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

@EE Our home broadband is horrible today 😭 I've restarted the router twice and restarted devices but to no avail. It's intermittent and very slow...not usually like this!

@EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

You know your internet is bad when you can't even connect to a speed test to check the speed 😩 Working on a fix with @EE but these things are never quick in a pandemic. Good timing when you need to work from home!

@EE If I signed up to a sim only plan which I’m currently on I’d be tied in for twelve months again anyway so technically I have a contract with @EE. I know these things are not set in stone and can be changed, again depending on how much you value a customer.
