@EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

You know your internet is bad when you can't even connect to a speed test to check the speed 😩 Working on a fix with @EE but these things are never quick in a pandemic. Good timing when you need to work from home!

First day off work for Easter, still in self isolation until Sunday, #TheFalconAndTheWinterSoldier to watch, PS4 to play...but broadband is down 😭 Dear @EE, your text said there's an issue to be fixed before midnight...can you give any more details?

@EE advertises being the best network. Realised today I get better deal and service elsewhere for my mobile phone. Unlocking the phone was an ordeal and the staff in the shop did not know their operations.

@yozzer26 @OpenreachHelp Turns out my 82 year old mother has had no careline working for the length of time the broadband has been down. @EE did not tell me in all the complaints I’ve made regarding vulnerable household that the line was actually down.
