  @EE I hate the app! Every month I have problems trying to top up daughters PAYG phone. It is on my app with my contract phone. I’m no technophobe but it’s so hard to navigate and now it won’t work!

  @EE just had someone call me “out of the blue” on 01844 398609 claiming to be from EE telling me about “offers” as a valued customer, he then immediately asked for my full name “for security purposes” so I hung up, very suspicious.

  🚨SECURITY ALERT! If your @EE SIM card fails they require a maskless (& presumably no glasses / hat) scan of your face to replace it 🤬Also means any immunocompromised customer either risks their life or has to get a new phone number (top tip: NOT wt EE!)

  @My_Metro The mobile signal and tunnel @EE relay hasn’t worked between Gateshead Stadium and Gateshead for months. Used to have full signal across the entire route but now I get no service from Gateshead until we get towards Central. Is there a known issue?

  @EE attempted to upgrade Now told i cant & that was for my sim only deal. Spoke to an advisor online. Can either pay 2 bills for 7 months. Or do some minor repairs to my phone & send it in with a possible £300 charge. Seems to be right across the board with poor customer service.

  @EE Can you instigate a billing query on here via DM? Sadly this is aonthly problem. Months, MONTHS, ago I cancelled TNT Sports, even had one month refunded back. But EVRY month it comes back into the bill inexplicably.

  @EE @imjonnychambers He's reporting a key issue that will affect any and all users, and gave you all the info you need to investigate it. The 'leaky feeder' (as the old method in tunnels was called), is broken on the Tyne & Wear Metro between Gateshead and Gateshead Stadium. Investigate it!
