    You know your internet is bad when you can't even connect to a speed test to check the speed ๐Ÿ˜ฉ Working on a fix with @EE but these things are never quick in a pandemic. Good timing when you need to work from home!

    @EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

    @EE I have downloaded your app and spoken to countless guides who just keep making unfulfilled promises. 3 months down the line and I am still not happy, with your customer service. Someone needs to read the many conversations and sort out the promised compensation.

    @EE advertises being the best network. Realised today I get better deal and service elsewhere for my mobile phone. Unlocking the phone was an ordeal and the staff in the shop did not know their operations.

    I surely can't be the only @EE customer that has neither a current passport or driving license, but more pertinently, why is this requirement not prominently displayed when choosing the "deliver to your nearest store" option? It could've saved a lot of pissing about.

    @EE just speaking with Keith asking for proof of purchase on my devices and gadgets. He asked why I needed these and insinuated that Iโ€™m trying to claim insurance fraud. Disgusted. Spoke to a manager who was just as rude.

    @EE Our home broadband is horrible today ๐Ÿ˜ญ I've restarted the router twice and restarted devices but to no avail. It's intermittent and very slow...not usually like this!

    @virginmedia Now you have lost the boosters and powerline adaptor to solve the problem. Customer Services say itโ€™s at @CollectPlus site but the site have checked and simply not there! Absolutely useless! In the meantime using @EE phone as hotspot!

    @bt_uk @EE I am a blind customer and I am very confused and worried, from the 17th of September even though I am finishing with BT complete Wi-Fi I now discover Iโ€™m getting a new landline which isnโ€™t what I wanted. Please can somebody sort this out

    @LeilaniDowding @EE We had no landline, no internet and no mobile signal last week due to issues with Vodafone . I had to walk up the road and basically shout my account details at someone to try and fix it. What would happen if there was an emergency? I couldnโ€™t call 999.

    @EE I have called you at least 6 or 7 times with regards to this issue. I have spent almost 10hrs on the phone to you trying to resolve this issue. I have been promised call backs and updates and havenโ€™t received anything. This has been dragging on for 5 weeks now @EE

    @LeilaniDowding @EE Virgin did these like 4 years ago. On the odd occasion the wi-fi is down my elderly parents who can only use a landline are unable to call anyone.

    @LeilaniDowding @EE Seen this first hand when power go's down for some time and yes its carnage. WiFi, cell towers all go down, no card works at shops, Becomes very ferrel very quickly. Why i went Starlink can power that off a power cube or generator and always keep cash..............
