@EE advertises being the best network. Realised today I get better deal and service elsewhere for my mobile phone. Unlocking the phone was an ordeal and the staff in the shop did not know their operations.

I surely can't be the only @EE customer that has neither a current passport or driving license, but more pertinently, why is this requirement not prominently displayed when choosing the "deliver to your nearest store" option? It could've saved a lot of pissing about.

@EE Hi, any idea when you are getting more Samsung phones in stock? Looking at the S21/S21 Ultra but no stock and im due an upgrade this week. I know there id supply issues but other providers have them so will jump ship if i need to, dont fancy waiting weeks/months.

Still dont have broadband after 9 bloody days, @EE and @bt_uk keep arguing over whats wrong which is no bloody help at all. BT cancelling engineer appointments because they see it as pointless even though the line is faulty. Havent been able to stream at all this year due to this

No EU roaming charges. @O2 you just gained 3 contracts from @EE from my family. I appreciate honestly, and not looking at any opportunity to gouge customers. I will never use EE again after this.
