  I surely can't be the only @EE customer that has neither a current passport or driving license, but more pertinently, why is this requirement not prominently displayed when choosing the "deliver to your nearest store" option? It could've saved a lot of pissing about.

  @EE I'm at the point of ditching my contract with EE which I've held since you started and before that Orange. Scaring customers is a terrible way to gain customers. They're coming back at 7, the cctv is on and I'll record them lying to my face to get a sale.

  @EE Why are u telling me this now I was unable to ring any of those numbers earlier. When I try to ring EE, I received a message to say you had tried to call earlier. Not spoken to EE for over a week while they’re trying to resolve my issue. 25 times best provider is rubbish.
