@EE Yes I upgraded to the sim only offer on Friday last week from my account after I logged in. Wasn’t sure if this is a problem@with my order or if I’m halfway through my billing cycle. Just concerned I have one email telling my one thing and a second telling me another.

@EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

@EE hey my girlfriend Iphone who is contacted to u guys cant recive calls from certain number we have checked if there numbers were blocked and there not blocked we have also turn off and on her device and still doesnt recevie the calls from the numbers any ideas how to fix this

@EE Hi, I've received a text this morning claiming to be from EE, which looks VERY credible. It's for an appointment I have NEVER made in the town where I live for one of your stores. Is this a scam? Or has an over zealous tele marketer booked me in?
