    I surely can't be the only @EE customer that has neither a current passport or driving license, but more pertinently, why is this requirement not prominently displayed when choosing the "deliver to your nearest store" option? It could've saved a lot of pissing about.

    @EE I have downloaded your app and spoken to countless guides who just keep making unfulfilled promises. 3 months down the line and I am still not happy, with your customer service. Someone needs to read the many conversations and sort out the promised compensation.

    @EE just had someone call me โ€œout of the blueโ€ on 01844 398609 claiming to be from EE telling me about โ€œoffersโ€ as a valued customer, he then immediately asked for my full name โ€œfor security purposesโ€ so I hung up, very suspicious.

    @EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

    @EE I hate the app! Every month I have problems trying to top up daughters PAYG phone. It is on my app with my contract phone. Iโ€™m no technophobe but itโ€™s so hard to navigate and now it wonโ€™t work!

    @EE who do I contact to get you to STOP sending me bills for someone that does not and has never lived at my address. I have repeatedly sent them back and also had to deal with a debt collection agency about this matter. If it continues I will seek legal advice.

    @EE are you having broadband issues . In the LE11 area. Just had a call from BT saying all providers in area have slow running broadband and I can claim money back .

    @MarcAllera VERY, VERY unhappy with @EE today and this past few months over mis selling, false information, and paying for a line I was unaware of with no resolution. I truly wish I hadn't upgraded after over 20 years of being a loyal customer. Call dumped 2 retentions n cut off!

    @EE just speaking with Keith asking for proof of purchase on my devices and gadgets. He asked why I needed these and insinuated that Iโ€™m trying to claim insurance fraud. Disgusted. Spoke to a manager who was just as rude.

    @virginmedia Now you have lost the boosters and powerline adaptor to solve the problem. Customer Services say itโ€™s at @CollectPlus site but the site have checked and simply not there! Absolutely useless! In the meantime using @EE phone as hotspot!

    Iโ€™m so glad Iโ€™m out of contract with @EE finally!!!!! Never in my life have I seen a company go downhill so rapidly over the last few years. Canโ€™t use apps if Iโ€™m not at home connected to wifi. Any good network in Pembrokeshire??? Please do NOT respond EE. I donโ€™t care.

    @EE I seriously doubt it works for anyone. Please do as I have asked and log a fault on your network in NE65. Iโ€™m not the only one experiencing problems, the area Facebook page has many similar reports.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom Tugendhat suggesting that somehow the Government is responsible for very poor coverage by privately run mobile networks in Dulwich, and that taxpayer should be funding improvements for companies like EE (2025 profits ยฃ1.2 billion) as infrastructure rather than cycle lanes.

    After getting a new ๐Ÿ†• phone and iPad from @tescomobile recently the signal around Wisbech is non existent, Iโ€™ve put in my @EE SIM card today, actually getting two bars and a working signal, next to sign up to @Starlink tomorrow. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ฏ
