    @EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

    @EE your service in London for 4g users is CRAP!! Been on multiple buildings for meals and shows and don’t have reception at all!! My wife has Vodafone and she’s been ok… get your act together not happy
