It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

Customer Services say itβs at @CollectPlus site but the site have checked and simply not there! Absolutely useless! In the meantime using @EE phone as hotspot!

Sally Finestone (@SallyFinestone) reported@EE It was suggested I get a WiFi extended but if the signal cuts (sometimes the TV buffers) I'm not sure that would help. Whilst that didn't bother me but explains recording fail because of lost power I didn't realise it was affecting team calls.
