I surely can't be the only @EE customer that has neither a current passport or driving license, but more pertinently, why is this requirement not prominently displayed when choosing the "deliver to your nearest store" option? It could've saved a lot of pissing about.

@EE advertises being the best network. Realised today I get better deal and service elsewhere for my mobile phone. Unlocking the phone was an ordeal and the staff in the shop did not know their operations.

@bt_uk @EE i think you need change your slogan "best network for 12 years" your refusing to answer questions, your refusing a manager, your refusing a wifi hub for a disabled child who needs wifi for equipment after lying about installation by 3+ months. Nothing best about that!
-
Maria Williams
(@mdw080664) reported
Disgusted still no refund on an order @EE cancelled a week ago. Terrible customer service. I would never bother with them again. My advice to anyone looking to buy a mobile phone, go to a different company

@EE I experienced the worst customer service in your Bluewater shop today, including 3 staff members taking turns to have a pop at me, after they wiped my phone without permission while visually checking if my screen protector could be replaced. Is "I don't care" a company line?
-
ChrisM
(@chrismaddison74) reported
@EE had the misfortune to go into your Sunderland shop to look for a new phone for my mum. You can't lift any of the handsets up to look at them, none of them had prices on and the majority weren't in the right place to what the sign said. Very poor indeed and won't be going back
-
Sarah-Kimberley
(@PlayforthSarah) reported
@EE Oh please I will be with virgin media by then and ill be telling them exactly where to go for devices I have linked to my EE and also @BT account. It is disgusting! Over a week for a hub delivery for my sons medical equipment to be connected and none of both companies staff help!

@EE It was on last night for 3 hours, then off, now on again. For how long? Can you be trusted to provide consistent service? Questionable. If you couldn't handle the full fibre switch, you shouldn't be playing with it.
