    @EE advertises being the best network. Realised today I get better deal and service elsewhere for my mobile phone. Unlocking the phone was an ordeal and the staff in the shop did not know their operations.

    @EE I hate the app! Every month I have problems trying to top up daughters PAYG phone. It is on my app with my contract phone. Iโ€™m no technophobe but itโ€™s so hard to navigate and now it wonโ€™t work!

    @EE I have downloaded your app and spoken to countless guides who just keep making unfulfilled promises. 3 months down the line and I am still not happy, with your customer service. Someone needs to read the many conversations and sort out the promised compensation.

    The attitude of @EE call centre staff is usually a pleasure but for the little prick that has just called trying to offer me โ€˜special discount dealsโ€™ because Iโ€™m a โ€˜valued customerโ€™. The deals were no different to what I can see online myself, so thereโ€™s nothing special at all!

    @EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

    @EE must say very disappointed that you ask for extra ยฃ10 for wifi extenders after promising when taking contract out that I wouldn't need them and if I did you would provide them. Like the rest once in contract yous do what you want at customer cost. Lesson learned be careful

    @EE really you ******* penalised me for not paying my phone bill but you ******* can't even fix the ******* EE App as I said before the ee app is ****** because it doesn't allow me to look at my bills which gives me the option to pay my bills

    After getting a new ๐Ÿ†• phone and iPad from @tescomobile recently the signal around Wisbech is non existent, Iโ€™ve put in my @EE SIM card today, actually getting two bars and a working signal, next to sign up to @Starlink tomorrow. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ฏ

    @EE Morning. I spent 55 minutes on the phone to technical support and another department last night to no avail. Solution proposed was to change my subscription to different hub at extra ยฃ15 per month! No further forward and still items dropping WiFi at will

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Very easy solution - make the companies offer roaming to their customers when their service is poor- no infrastructure required, just a flick of a switch! Gives UK customers the same service as uk visitors much in the same way when we go overseas #roaming4all

    @EE I have done this and end up texting the EE bot. How do I cancel this subscription as Iโ€™m spending more time trying to fix this problem. Iโ€™ve had enough of EE, I was told this would be seamless and trouble free by EE.
