    @EE advertises being the best network. Realised today I get better deal and service elsewhere for my mobile phone. Unlocking the phone was an ordeal and the staff in the shop did not know their operations.

    @EE Andy W. I thank you for your reply. My cousin phoned EE complaints depot to be told it takes a month to get back to where she started, Payg. As written, and proof can be provided. this is a disabled single Pensioner who needs mobile phone for every day activity. Help please

    @EE just speaking with Keith asking for proof of purchase on my devices and gadgets. He asked why I needed these and insinuated that Iโ€™m trying to claim insurance fraud. Disgusted. Spoke to a manager who was just as rude.

    @EE who do I contact to get you to STOP sending me bills for someone that does not and has never lived at my address. I have repeatedly sent them back and also had to deal with a debt collection agency about this matter. If it continues I will seek legal advice.

    @EE This is sorted out now. Please inform your customer that you cannot port a number correctly to an esim so your customers donโ€™t have to figure this out afterwards.

    @NoServiceHereUK Leicester city centre. 1 bar of reception. Twitter barely loads. @EE awful I pay ยฃ70 a month for a phone I can barely use. What a joke. Canโ€™t wait for my contract to end... absolute waste of money I travel the uk a lot, doesnโ€™t get much better at anywhere

    Amazing, @virginmedia Internet was down today from 9am. I phoned to get an update at 4pm, and also ask why my bill keeps going up.. The lady on the phone literally drove me away to another provider. I just signed up with @EE

    I surely can't be the only @EE customer that has neither a current passport or driving license, but more pertinently, why is this requirement not prominently displayed when choosing the "deliver to your nearest store" option? It could've saved a lot of pissing about.

    @EE are you having broadband issues . In the LE11 area. Just had a call from BT saying all providers in area have slow running broadband and I can claim money back .

    @EE My 16 month old son is having his 3rd stay in @nhsuhcw in Coventry in 5 weeks but the signal in & around the hospital is almost non existent making it hard to keep in touch with family, can you sort this please?

    Why itโ€™s taking THIS long for @EE to contact @WeAreOpenreach and send an engineer to finish an installation job is beyond me. Iโ€™m (pessimistically at this point) asking for help to finally get this done so that we can have internet access in our home. Absolutely ridiculous.

    @EE number via DM for my broadband and tv before I finish work otherwise Iโ€™ll be having lovely call to cancel everything on the drive home!! ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก and donโ€™t worry about the โ€œthanks for choosing usโ€ email from when my services were changed 3 days ago, got lost in sky Iโ€™m guessing!!

    @EE Can you instigate a billing query on here via DM? Sadly this is aonthly problem. Months, MONTHS, ago I cancelled TNT Sports, even had one month refunded back. But EVRY month it comes back into the bill inexplicably.
