@EE Is there a way I, (not you) can check the actual real time mobile signal strength I receive from EE for calls ,texts.. and also for mobile 4g data, the symbol on my phone says 3 bars yet my iphone xs wont use mobile internet or make calls unless I connect to wifi

@EE So something that should be simple is now involving me to go and purchase an envelope for a service that you should be delivering? I get its just an envelope but its the principle of the service that isnt being met and of course making it harder for the customer.

@EE Just had a chat with your complaint department. Cant log a complaint cause I'm not a customer! Yay! 20 days waiting for your team to contact me to unblock a phone which is blocked by you! And nobody is contacting me! You charge £8.99 for this service, it's not free!!!
