    You know your internet is bad when you can't even connect to a speed test to check the speed ๐Ÿ˜ฉ Working on a fix with @EE but these things are never quick in a pandemic. Good timing when you need to work from home!

    @EE just speaking with Keith asking for proof of purchase on my devices and gadgets. He asked why I needed these and insinuated that Iโ€™m trying to claim insurance fraud. Disgusted. Spoke to a manager who was just as rude.

    Amazing, @virginmedia Internet was down today from 9am. I phoned to get an update at 4pm, and also ask why my bill keeps going up.. The lady on the phone literally drove me away to another provider. I just signed up with @EE

    I surely can't be the only @EE customer that has neither a current passport or driving license, but more pertinently, why is this requirement not prominently displayed when choosing the "deliver to your nearest store" option? It could've saved a lot of pissing about.

    @EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

    @EE just had someone call me โ€œout of the blueโ€ on 01844 398609 claiming to be from EE telling me about โ€œoffersโ€ as a valued customer, he then immediately asked for my full name โ€œfor security purposesโ€ so I hung up, very suspicious.

    @EE who do I contact to get you to STOP sending me bills for someone that does not and has never lived at my address. I have repeatedly sent them back and also had to deal with a debt collection agency about this matter. If it continues I will seek legal advice.

    @EE How do I report a case of fraud with you? #ee Basically there is this company that are charging me a fortune each month but are not providing the services I signed up for. For example viewing my bill or trying to use this companies website or app is impossible. I feel like I have had my pants pulled down and my *** spanked by this company.     @EE @imjonnychambers He's reporting a key issue that will affect any and all users, and gave you all the info you need to investigate it. The 'leaky feeder' (as the old method in tunnels was called), isn't broke on the Tyne & Wear Metro between Gateshead and Gateshead Stadium. Investigate it!

    @EE I understand this isnโ€™t directly you. But we are being lied to. Everyone locally is complaining. And nothings being done. Youโ€™ve turned a mast off in the town centre. Thereโ€™s little or no signal, 4g and 5g barely works. Iโ€™m at home with 1bar. Where as before it was full.

    Iโ€™ve only been a @EE broadband customer for a few more and weโ€™ve had a few issues with our income through our fault of our own. I canโ€™t even begin to put into words how unbelievably helpful and accommodating and they have been. Absolute top-notch customer service ๐Ÿ‘Œ

    @EE took over when I was with BT. Since then service not so great and no reward for being loyal which is why Iโ€™m leaving and never coming back.

    @Benleo I had a similar issue with trying to get them to come out and do a cable repull after Openreach damaged the cable going to my house alone when doing external work. Itโ€™ll be 3 months in a week and still nothing, so much so that Iโ€™ve initiated a switch to @EE . Horrendous from VM
