    @JasonG84Gaffa @andy_cov93 @EE That’s gone up a hell of a lot. I got mine when it first come out and I threatened to cancel with 3 because of the joke of a contract they tried giving me for that phone so they apologised and gave me my sim for £10 a month

    @bt_uk @EE I am a blind customer and I am very confused and worried, from the 17th of September even though I am finishing with BT complete Wi-Fi I now discover I’m getting a new landline which isn’t what I wanted. Please can somebody sort this out

    @EE well thank you very much EE, I’m a loyal mobile phone customer and want to cancel my 4G wifi contract as it doesn’t work in my area. Can’t get on social media, Netflix etc. been told cancel cost is £462 but will only cost £300 to let it run. Absolutely disgusting treatment

    @EE No Network in my area since Saturday evening. Status checker said then (and still does) 16 hours until good service resumes. This is not good enough. When can I expect this to be fixed?
