@JasonG84Gaffa @andy_cov93 @EE That’s gone up a hell of a lot. I got mine when it first come out and I threatened to cancel with 3 because of the joke of a contract they tried giving me for that phone so they apologised and gave me my sim for £10 a month

@bt_uk @EE I am a blind customer and I am very confused and worried, from the 17th of September even though I am finishing with BT complete Wi-Fi I now discover I’m getting a new landline which isn’t what I wanted. Please can somebody sort this out

@EE so been on the phone with connectivity problems 20 minutes, got passed through to level 2(?) line DROPPED! Agent called back so im at the back of the queue again? Its coming to an hour now with zero resolution!

@EE You’ve not heard from me because when you eventually replied I would have received another late fee and it would have impacted my credit score if I’d have not paid the bill so I had to do it manually online. I’ve had loads of issues since I upgrade my phone in Feb now I’m stuck

My @ee pack had failed to renew, my phone is unusable and the @ee person I spoke told me there was no known solution to this, it was an IT issue with no prognosis. Not good enough. No info on Website or social media. Is this the vaunted @ee excellent customer service?
