Just spoke to your useless customer service team to be told SORRY. Unfortunately sorry and no communication from EE isnt good enough. I should of stayed with Vodafone.

They are increasing their price plans by 14.4% + an additional 3.9%. Also, network performance has been pretty bad of late. Shame, I used to like EE.
