@JasonG84Gaffa @andy_cov93 @EE That’s gone up a hell of a lot. I got mine when it first come out and I threatened to cancel with 3 because of the joke of a contract they tried giving me for that phone so they apologised and gave me my sim for £10 a month

@EE renewal time and want to keep plan but upgrade iphone to latest model. chat with your team and told I need more expensive plan as well. Checked Uswitch and can get phone and plan cheaper with 3rd party on your network. Strange, maybe saying goodbye.

@EE we've had very bad and unpredictable performance on the 4G network for almost two weeks now. Still no resolution in sight. I was considering moving from Vodafone for another service.... really not sure now. Both as bad as each other.
