@Joshy_ward @EE I’m lucky to get 2 bars of 4G anywhere I go in cov with them these days. At work in baginton I get 1 bar of “EE EDGE” which is ******* 2G no internet City centre it says I have full signal 5G but it takes about 5 minutes to send a WhatsApp. On iphone13 Shambles of a network

@JasonG84Gaffa @andy_cov93 @EE That’s gone up a hell of a lot. I got mine when it first come out and I threatened to cancel with 3 because of the joke of a contract they tried giving me for that phone so they apologised and gave me my sim for £10 a month

@EE please explain to me why my partner has waited at home all day for our broadband install only for you to text him to say he's missed the engineer and the next available date is in 3 weeks! (we've already waited 1 month) You never phoned to say you were on your way or knocked!

I surely can't be the only @EE customer that has neither a current passport or driving license, but more pertinently, why is this requirement not prominently displayed when choosing the "deliver to your nearest store" option? It could've saved a lot of pissing about.

@mouthwaite @EE I've been them for few years and never had reason to complain. Replaced my phone within 48hrs when I broke it, upgraded in less than 30 min phone call very recently and also very helpful during the moving house process.

@mouthwaite @EE They saw no problem with how I was spoken to. They advised I return to the store to speak to the manager (who was equally useless). Long story short, EE called me when I stoped paying bills and cancelled my account to make it all go away. Wouldn’t go with EE if you paid me!!

@mouthwaite @EE Tesco mobile service coverage has terrible reputation, you can't get signal on a tesco mobile in my mums village in Warwickshire what so ever or Vodafone Yet you can get EE 4G and Virgin at a push

@mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately EE are not the only mobile network that fall short of their customer service. Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care it seems they don't!.

@mouthwaite @EE Can't fault EE have really bad credit because of ex husband yet EE gave me a contract and it's obviously increased my credit, I had a recent issue and couldn't pay on bill date yet they reconnected my phone and allowed me to pay on the date I said I could
