  @EE who do I contact to get you to STOP sending me bills for someone that does not and has never lived at my address. I have repeatedly sent them back and also had to deal with a debt collection agency about this matter. If it continues I will seek legal advice.

  @EE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CRAP………..bots that answer your calls are hopelessly frustrating and it have taken me almost 2months to get everything working in my home since my so called UPGRADE!!! Two hubs because of a problem with initial hub, likewise with extenders!!! APPALLING!

  @EE We have not had a landline for over 5 weeks since an imposed switchover from BT. Now being told there isa problem with the number which we have had for over 50 years Then a DD which we have no notification about. What an unholy mess and nobody is interested in helping
