@smalltownhero @stumeech @EE I’ve been an EE customer for years. It’s not VAT, that doesn’t make any sense at all. So, check the details on the bills.
-
Andy Keir
(@AcKeir) reported
@EE I’ve sent a DM, I’d really appreciate a response soon. Really disappointed that I have now spent 2 hours 7 minutes on the phone & no one’s even answered yet. Not the sort of service I have come to expect from EE
-
Chris (Snow Queen Edition)
(@chrsphr) reported
@sunildvr @GilesPalaeoLab @EE Oh absolutely, and they basically train & pressure salespeople into doing this crap to hit targets. But if it’s less than 14 days you need to call them, they ought to be able to reverse anything and it’s a LOT easier to do before that deadline than after

@EE Hi, can somebody help me - trying to upgrade my phone requires a security pin sent to my existing phone but it's broke so I can't do it that way!

@EE can I get some help unlocking my EE device? I recently upgraded to 02 so I can’t login to the EE app to gain access to the supposedly instant unlock option? Please can someone contact me as this phone is for my mother

@EdNurse3 @cjingle1990 @EE I had a bad experience and wouldn't go back to ee but everyone to there own. There staff in the Bilston ranch are terrible so u professional because of then I would never be an ee customer no matter what the deal was on offer
-

I now EXPECT to be anxious, coerced, misdirected, mislead and uncomfortable in phone shops, its a bad look for @EE. Stores shouldn't feel like you're being scammed and this one did. Surely it's not sustainable for repeat business? Most people will simply avoid going in.
-

@EE Your customer service is atrocious. I’ve Never experienced anything like it. From failed call backs to straight up lies. Highly regretting taking out a new contract with you
-
Don
(@Donster22) reported
@EE It can be downloaded directly now from Google and loaded using adb. Fingerprint unlock slightly better but still terrible with a screen protector and very very bad in comparison to other phones. Apart from that. I like it.

@ee essentially what I am trying to get to is how I can best watch BT Sport and benefit from being an EE customer? Is loyalty actually valuable anymore? Or do I have to pay the £25 a month like any old random punter?
