I surely can't be the only @EE customer that has neither a current passport or driving license, but more pertinently, why is this requirement not prominently displayed when choosing the "deliver to your nearest store" option? It could've saved a lot of pissing about.

@EE That’s great to hear Joe - please provide a list of additional benefits I will receive for this extra 15%, because at the moment I seem to be paying 15% more for the same service - or I’m paying for you to expand your network to allow you to have more customers & more revenue.

  • ainnamani Anthony Nnamani (@ainnamani) reported

If the inflation index as at today is 10.03, why is @EE increasing there bill by 14.4%, citing (CPI) as there reason, why is it that we pay the most to these companies and they give us an epileptic service, @EE do we expect a reduction when inflation goes down

  • ArchAngelMyke ArchAngel 🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️ (@ArchAngelMyke) reported

  • Takariistorm Takarii (@Takariistorm) reported

@EE Thats fine. Your short term gain of £20 per month in the interim is going to lose you £130 per month once my end dates arrive. This isn't how you build and service loyalty.
