    @EE When I joined I was told my Apple TV box belongs to us after 14 days. The service has been awful and sadly we are leaving. Does the Apple TV box still belong to us. It is not clear in our information.

    @EE what a joke!! Putting prices up yet again even though I’m already paying a lot for a later model of an iPhone. Will not be renewing my contract with you guys after being a customer for 4yrs. Had enough of your ridiculous prices!

    Anyone else suffering from very slow internet speed from @EE, mine has been terrible for about a week now, I’ve cleared down everything, cache, history deleted etc but it’s like an old dial up🙁

    @EE Absolutely fuming. Placed brand new order for delivery to store and my phone is rejected. Just spoke to your useless customer service team to be told SORRY. Unfortunately sorry and no communication from EE isnt good enough. I should of stayed with Vodafone.

    @nhsuhcw hospital and @ee @NoServiceHereUK there is no service here unless I’m climbing out the window! Wi-fi here has been restricted to an inch of it life so when here good luck with contacting family! #NoServiceHere

    @EE who do I contact to get you to STOP sending me bills for someone that does not and has never lived at my address. I have repeatedly sent them back and also had to deal with a debt collection agency about this matter. If it continues I will seek legal advice.

    @EE I’ve just removed the £20 spend cap and re-added a £30 spend cap. Had SMS to confirm both and still have the same problem. I get an automated voice message saying I need to dial*611 for assistance, then it disconnects.

    For my last 2 upgrades went through @EE store in Camden and each time there has been some type of issue wether it preorder being put in wrong or stock issues actually getting tired of this crap each time

    Really annoyed Now. with @EE. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years. Was told the device would be delivered before 20th. Now they saying it’s gonna be up to 28 days. Totally unacceptable. What makes it even worse is the fact that my Friend Joined @EE From Three. Ordered the device Monday and got his yesterday. (So new customers being prioritized over existing customers, That is a bad way to retain customers in the long run)

    @EE hi, broadband has been struggling for the last few days, after a long battle got through to a technician on Wednesday evening, apparently we need a new power supply for our router, it’s still not arrived. The likes of Amazon would get it here in 24 hours. We now have no TV, radio etc and no options as we line in an area with a poor 3G signal. Help

    @orgogg @EE It gets better. The team handling social media for @EE seem even worse than the original customer service in the first place. Eg they have your mobile. But nothing else so you have to repeat everything to them?
