    The attitude of @EE call centre staff is usually a pleasure but for the little prick that has just called trying to offer me β€˜special discount deals’ because I’m a β€˜valued customer’. The deals were no different to what I can see online myself, so there’s nothing special at all!

    @EE who do I contact to get you to STOP sending me bills for someone that does not and has never lived at my address. I have repeatedly sent them back and also had to deal with a debt collection agency about this matter. If it continues I will seek legal advice.

    Anyone else suffering from very slow internet speed from @EE, mine has been terrible for about a week now, I’ve cleared down everything, cache, history deleted etc but it’s like an old dial upπŸ™

    @EE When I joined I was told my Apple TV box belongs to us after 14 days. The service has been awful and sadly we are leaving. Does the Apple TV box still belong to us. It is not clear in our information.

    @EE Chose the right day! My normal upgrade was September when I'm back working in a school. Hats off to the customer service at the Coventry store. Quick upgrade so I can go and enjoy the phone now.

    @virginmedia Now you have lost the boosters and powerline adaptor to solve the problem. Customer Services say it’s at @CollectPlus site but the site have checked and simply not there! Absolutely useless! In the meantime using @EE phone as hotspot!

    @EE Everytime I call your Customer Service team the signal is very poor and we are unable to hear each other. I’ve tried calling in several different locations but the same issue occurs. Is there any way that this issue can be looked into or I can be contacted in another way?

    @EE Thank you. I was able to get through to support on the phone and they resent the missing Next Steps email, so we are all good πŸ‘πŸ» Would suggest someone fixes the phone number verification on your website though; some people don’t have U.K. phones at the point they are ordering:)

    Seriously appalling service from @EE @BT. I have now spoken to 10 different people who don't know how to get a home telephone number transferred (these 2 companies are merging). I have been passed from the sales team to the tech team and all sorts and incurring extra charges,

    Well at least @ee helps. Fault on my broadband line, fair enough. Networks go down every so often. An extra 50Gb on my phone so I can use it as a hotspot while they sort it. Well done !!!

    @EE absolute useless customer care- transferred my number over to u- gave my number to business and business number to me- wasted 3 hours on phone ringing after various incidents connected with transfer- no resolution whatsoever and nobody seems bothered
