I got mine when it first come out and I threatened to cancel with 3 because of the joke of a contract they tried giving me for that phone so they apologised and gave me my sim for ยฃ10 a month

There doesnโt appear to be any way to provide feedback to EE. I donโt have a TV license. I do not want to be able to see BBC. I can delete from Firestick but not from EE.
