I got mine when it first come out and I threatened to cancel with 3 because of the joke of a contract they tried giving me for that phone so they apologised and gave me my sim for £10 a month

This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. We paid for a fibre upgrade in March, you only JUST installed it last Tuesday, 3 days later you switched it off. Help!
