Just spoke to your useless customer service team to be told SORRY. Unfortunately sorry and no communication from EE isnt good enough. I should of stayed with Vodafone.

This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. I am going to call again today.

I can use my work phone, which is on a different network, at the same time and it is super speedy and does everything I ask of it. My EE phone does nothing. Maybe take this as feedback and investigate the issue rather than send a generic response.

However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). One of my team have spoken to EE abd they’ve advised they’ve a significant technical issue in Europe. “A few minutes abd it’ll be resolved”…it’s not been resolved and as for the chat…should anyone, let alone a business account holder wait an hour!?
