@EE I was kept waiting for proof of purchase. Sorted that. This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. I am going to call again today.

@EE Been with @ThreeUK for years & the prices get better & better the longer you're with them. The communication aspect is hit & miss but they recently sorted out a problem for me so fast, I couldn't fault them. The speed is okay to me. Lower prices & I'd reconsider.

It seems so expensive to have #5G on @EE I am not sure if pay the cost & not upgraded. Come Jan21 we shldnt have to include EU automatically within the contracts. Bring the cost down. Beside #MiltonKeynes doesn't have 5G. #LoveMK

@EE I upgraded using my phone on 29 Jan. I just accepted the offer as EE sent by mailshot text. Realised too hasty. Called 29/1 re issues & contract. I was told to email. I did on 2 Feb and chaser. I wanted to amend contact. No response. Spoke to EE 10 days ago. They said too late.

@EE I have never been so disappointed with your customer service, I wanted to upgrade and was offered prices much much higher than other networks despite being a customer for 10 years and when I questioned this I was told it’s because you’re a better network and can charge more!

My iPhone 12 has died after 6 months with a black screen of death Shoddy @Apple devices & even shoddier customer service from @EE with a lovely offer of a 3 week+ repair. That's what you pay £500 a year+ for🤨 So wont be able to access me for a while via my mobile or WhatsApp
