    @EE Absolutely fuming. Placed brand new order for delivery to store and my phone is rejected. Just spoke to your useless customer service team to be told SORRY. Unfortunately sorry and no communication from EE isnt good enough. I should of stayed with Vodafone.

    @EE Hi. I am able to track my order no problem. However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). The link on quidco does indeed take me to your own official website.

    So frustrated with @EE and their lack of common sense. I can't even get a 2G signal indoors at home but as EE say the coverage is "fine there" according to their system, that's the end of the debate.

    @EE Yes, it was your tech team that offered the advice that I find someone with a phone put my Sim in it and see whether the 4G works bearing in mind I need to find someone that has an iPhone takes a nano Sim isn’t locked to a network and isn’t on EE.

    @EE I'm an EE mobile customer and the lady said the monthly cost is £26 a month inc VAT approx 41-67mbs or around those figures. We have virgin currently. I didn't know why we needed to pay for an engineers fee as nothing changes at the house apparently

    It seems so expensive to have #5G on @EE I am not sure if pay the cost & not upgraded. Come Jan21 we shldnt have to include EU automatically within the contracts. Bring the cost down. Beside #MiltonKeynes doesn't have 5G. #LoveMK

    @EE won't be upgrading with you again. Misleading customers into buying unnecessary products isn't good service. Always check your bill... what appears FREE maybe not be.

    @EE Very disappointed and not even been a new customer for 24 hours and the SIM card doesn’t work.! I’m stuck on 3G, I’m on long shift with my nhs employer and the best solution given, find a phone to try your sim in it to see if you get 4G.!! Thanks 👍🏻

    @EE received numerous texts to advise of problems in our area affecting my service which it has done!!. 31/8, 7/9, 14/9, 28/9 18/10, 19/10 and today What is going on and when will this be restored to normal? One or two days is fine but this is becoming tiresome. Thanks

    @EE my data isn’t working please help. Ive had no text message to say my data is low and When I click on the add on link it says “safari cannot open this page because your iPhone isn’t connected to the internet” I have checked and mobile data is on please help

    Dear @EE, I may be one of your oldest customers with 25 years and counting (mostly Orange). I’m in Croatia and, with no notice, you’ve cut my phone off today. I tried to call you and I can’t because you’ve cut off my phone signal and you won’t allow WhatsApp/FaceTime calls (1/2).

    Dear @EE, Your chat function is “down” and I gave up after waiting for 25 minutes calling from my wife’s phone. How happy are you with this service, for a customer of over 25 years, with (a) not being available; and (b) fixing the problem? N.B. I have no phone signal!

    You know when you get the frequent text from @EE saying our network doesn't work near you AGAIN please rely on wifi calling and then the ever reliable @KCOMhome is crap! This means I can't use my phone to call on so its pretty usless if my kids schools need me right now 😡😡

    @EE I reported fraud on my account 16 days ago, I have heard NOTHING from your fraud team and £200 of charges are still on my next bill. I’ve cancelled my direct debit and won’t be renewing it until it’s sorted. For info, @PayPalUK had my account fixed in 12 hours. THATS service

    @EE Thanks Stacey but i managed to eventually speak to someone. I will use the website to make a formal complaint that will hopefully be recorded, and possibly have some actual action to resolve the issue.
