Called 29/1 re issues & contract. I was told to email. I did on 2 Feb and chaser. I wanted to amend contact. No response. Spoke to EE 10 days ago. They said too late.

We have virgin currently. I didn't know why we needed to pay for an engineers fee as nothing changes at the house apparently

This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. Today I was told that the original engineer booking was never actioned in the first place! We will be leaving EE.
