However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). We have virgin currently. I didn't know why we needed to pay for an engineers fee as nothing changes at the house apparently

I can use my work phone, which is on a different network, at the same time and it is super speedy and does everything I ask of it. My EE phone does nothing. Maybe take this as feedback and investigate the issue rather than send a generic response.

Your service at Euston is worse than at least one of your competitors. 1000’s of people travel through Euston every day.
