    @EE Yes, it was your tech team that offered the advice that I find someone with a phone put my Sim in it and see whether the 4G works bearing in mind I need to find someone that has an iPhone takes a nano Sim isnโ€™t locked to a network and isnโ€™t on EE.

    @EE Absolutely fuming. Placed brand new order for delivery to store and my phone is rejected. Just spoke to your useless customer service team to be told SORRY. Unfortunately sorry and no communication from EE isnt good enough. I should of stayed with Vodafone.

    If you get a call from 020 4538 5628 saying they are calling from @EE please hang up & block the number. This is a scam & not a genuine call from EE

    @JasonG84Gaffa @andy_cov93 @EE Thatโ€™s gone up a hell of a lot. I got mine when it first come out and I threatened to cancel with 3 because of the joke of a contract they tried giving me for that phone so they apologised and gave me my sim for ยฃ10 a month

    @EE I'm an EE mobile customer and the lady said the monthly cost is ยฃ26 a month inc VAT approx 41-67mbs or around those figures. We have virgin currently. I didn't know why we needed to pay for an engineers fee as nothing changes at the house apparently

    @EE won't be upgrading with you again. Misleading customers into buying unnecessary products isn't good service. Always check your bill... what appears FREE maybe not be.

    @EE I am absolutely appalled by the customer service that you provide and how your staff think they can talk to me as if Iโ€™m thick. I know exactly what interest free means and donโ€™t try to then justify your actions by selling me something that is ยฃ40 dearer than Amazon and

    @AncientGleek Like most companies, they treat you rubbish right up to the point they think they might lose you. Should give the best service to loyal customers all the time. I was with Orange @EE for 30 years until they took my custom for granted.

    @EE Hi, is there a problem in the NN7 area? We have had very slow/intermittent or no WiFi recently. It makes working from home impossible. We are paying for a service we are not getting!

    @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 O2 signal is very bad, masts always going down, they now offer an extra charge if you want signal to use the new satellite scheme.

    @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before

    @EE It is terrible that I couldn't pay my bill on time. I phoned up & spoke to a very nice gentleman who said I was allowed to pay on 22/5/26. Yet you sent me an email saying you've tried to take dd again & it failed so I've been charged ยฃ12. I'm seriously considering leaving EE.
