Your service at Euston is worse than at least one of your competitors. 1000’s of people travel through Euston every day. Gavin Peacock’s Gilet (@korsikoff) reported from Milton Keynes, England@EE I commute into Euston every day M-F. It’s the same EVERY morning and evening. My EE phone doesn’t work, my work O2 phone is excellent. No issues elsewhere, so maybe look at improving your service in around Euston.

I can use my work phone, which is on a different network, at the same time and it is super speedy and does everything I ask of it. My EE phone does nothing. Maybe take this as feedback and investigate the issue rather than send a generic response.

I was even told that because my garden is in the middle of 2 masts my phone struggles to connect as it doesn’t know which one to connect to. Embarrassing
