I can use my work phone, which is on a different network, at the same time and it is super speedy and does everything I ask of it. My EE phone does nothing. Maybe take this as feedback and investigate the issue rather than send a generic response.

However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). Whenever I renew a contract they read me info about the landline being internet-based, & ask if I have a mobile should I need emergency services if the landline is unavailable. This is NOT progress.
