It seems so expensive to have #5G on @EE I am not sure if pay the cost & not upgraded. Come Jan21 we shldnt have to include EU automatically within the contracts. Bring the cost down. Beside #MiltonKeynes doesn't have 5G. #LoveMK

@EE Yes, I’ve spoken to them. They said about sending an engineer round but it then started working as normal. I can only assume that there is no fault, just a second rate service being provided.

@EE I upgraded using my phone on 29 Jan. I just accepted the offer as EE sent by mailshot text. Realised too hasty. Called 29/1 re issues & contract. I was told to email. I did on 2 Feb and chaser. I wanted to amend contact. No response. Spoke to EE 10 days ago. They said too late.

@EE I was kept waiting for proof of purchase. Sorted that. This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. I am going to call again today.

@EE I tried to use the My EE Android app for the first time in ages today. My god it's now awful. The old app was user friendly. The new app is a dog's dinner. Another 1 star review to add to your collection on the Play Store.

@EE Except when you pay to roam abroad, get abroad, and see no networks 🙄 Then @EE utterly fail to respond, and time is wasted by relatives back home to sort things out. NOT my network of the year, and we have 3 mobiles currently using it. That will have to change!

@EE I’ve reported it numerous times n you just go through the same things over and over. You have a bandwidth problem in my area but you won’t admit it. Every day is the same, great speeds early on but by midday they are pathetic. Struggle to stream music somedays never mind video

@MarcAllera @EE your vile money grubbing company have deactivated my 88 year old mum's in credit sim card for her mobile she uses for emergencies just because she's not had to use it for a while , as a result me and my family have moved to another network and will never use EE again !!
