This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. I am going to call again today.

However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). Your service at Euston is worse than at least one of your competitors. 1000’s of people travel through Euston every day. After going through a long winded online process, I did manage to speak to a guide over wi-fi calling who was very helpful (and welsh, which also helped) and then a tech guy who made some changes and fixed the issue this morning.
