@EE I upgraded using my phone on 29 Jan. I just accepted the offer as EE sent by mailshot text. Realised too hasty. Called 29/1 re issues & contract. I was told to email. I did on 2 Feb and chaser. I wanted to amend contact. No response. Spoke to EE 10 days ago. They said too late.

@EE @BTSopenreach Engineer came yesterday to fix our noisy phoneline took him a lot longer than expected he was patient, (we had lots of questions & phone wiring is v odd) he was funny & v polite credit to yr Co.

@EE Yes, I’ve spoken to them. They said about sending an engineer round but it then started working as normal. I can only assume that there is no fault, just a second rate service being provided.

@EE I was kept waiting for proof of purchase. Sorted that. This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. I am going to call again today.

So @RoyalMail are delivering 2 parcels today from @EE - don’t have a problem with that BUT …. Parcel 1 “delivery between 9.15am-1.15pm” Parcel 2 “delivery between 1.15pm-4.05pm” Why not just deliver them together as I now can’t go out 😶

@EE Just did that. I got an automated service ...got sent a text, which i replied to, but got a kick back saying the message was undeliverable. My experience with EE keeps going from bad to worse. I WISH ID STAYED WITH BT!!!

So annoying that my broadband has gone off 🤔 I've checked my account and the bill was paid. Nothing like staring at 4 walls because the TV doesn't work without internet and @EE doesn't open until 8am 🤔
