Called 29/1 re issues & contract. I was told to email. I did on 2 Feb and chaser. I wanted to amend contact. No response. Spoke to EE 10 days ago. They said too late.

This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. I am going to call again today.

I can use my work phone, which is on a different network, at the same time and it is super speedy and does everything I ask of it. My EE phone does nothing. Maybe take this as feedback and investigate the issue rather than send a generic response.

As Soon as i'm out of contract they gone. Would be nice if they let me out for providing a **** service.

After going through a long winded online process, I did manage to speak to a guide over wi-fi calling who was very helpful (and welsh, which also helped) and then a tech guy who made some changes and fixed the issue this morning. The router works & generally gives between 500to 800 Mb BUT although the four EE wifi extenders recommended & fitted by EE engineer glow aqua they have no connectivity = no TV, Alexa or heating

It's not my end as I've tried two different sims with the same result!
