  @EE I was kept waiting for proof of purchase. Sorted that. This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. I am going to call again today.

  @EE Interesting response. I can use my work phone, which is on a different network, at the same time and it is super speedy and does everything I ask of it. My EE phone does nothing. Maybe take this as feedback and investigate the issue rather than send a generic response.

  So frustrated with @EE and their lack of common sense. I can't even get a 2G signal indoors at home but as EE say the coverage is "fine there" according to their system, that's the end of the debate.

  @EE I commute into Euston every day M-F. It’s the same EVERY morning and evening. My EE phone doesn’t work, my work O2 phone is excellent. No issues elsewhere, so maybe look at improving your service in around Euston.

  @harryt84 @EE I had this issue on IPhone. Press volume up, then volume down then hold power button on phone until Apple logo appears, this restarts your phone it resolved my issue. Hope this helps you too 🤞🏻

  @EE It was suggested I get a WiFi extended but if the signal cuts (sometimes the TV buffers) I'm not sure that would help. Whilst that didn't bother me but explains recording fail because of lost power I didn't realise it was affecting team calls.

  @EE How do I report a case of fraud with you? Basically there is this company that are charging me a fortune each month but are not providing the services I signed up for. For example viewing my bill or trying to use this companies website or app is impossible. I feel like I have had my pants pulled down and my *** spanked by this company.   @EE Shocking service regarding my Z Fold 6. Misled by 150 agents, sent to a store that doesn't do repairs, then refused a warranty fix at Liverpool One for "dents" Samsung confirmed are fine. 2yo in tow, wasted train fare, and now your email bounces. DM me for the full complaint.
