I’m absolutely livid with @ee. They have cut off my phone service for an overdue bill, because their systems can’t collect money from my bank account or my credit card. I have spent hours on the phone trying to pay them. Variations of this problem have been recurring monthly.

complain to @O2 about poor signal and no data.. they agree to send you a new sim card in the next few days and decide to completely cut you off before you've got it. Absolute amateur hour. Worst decision leaving @EE 🥺🥺🥺

@hindleyoung @EE @MarcAllera As somebody who used to work for them, that makes me really sad. Unfortunately we got bought by BT, who promised not to screw us up, and then, erm, did. That’s why I left. Marc is a good guy though, so I hope he will fix things for you.

It seems so expensive to have #5G on @EE I am not sure if pay the cost & not upgraded. Come Jan21 we shldnt have to include EU automatically within the contracts. Bring the cost down. Beside #MiltonKeynes doesn't have 5G. #LoveMK

@EE I was kept waiting for proof of purchase. Sorted that. This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. I am going to call again today.

@EE I upgraded using my phone on 29 Jan. I just accepted the offer as EE sent by mailshot text. Realised too hasty. Called 29/1 re issues & contract. I was told to email. I did on 2 Feb and chaser. I wanted to amend contact. No response. Spoke to EE 10 days ago. They said too late.

@EE Good afternoon! What on earth is going on in the SY11 area? This is the 5th consecutive day there have been problems with little or no mobile signal in Gobowen, SY11 3 . . area. I have had more texts from you saying normal service will be resumed in 14 hours than I can count!

@EE I know she has 14 days to switch away as it was purchased over the phone but I prefer to get this fixed for her and she can be happy if not to cancel is it just switch out using her PAC code within the 14days seen as she cannot even receive calls properly @juleshoyle

@EE there’s a clear problem with my broadband. For days it’s been dropping out, but now it’s constantly off and the red broadband light is staying on. Called up to be told we’ve had a new electrical appliance… err no we haven’t. Downdetector indicates there’s a clear issue!
