They have cut off my phone service for an overdue bill, because their systems can’t collect money from my bank account or my credit card. I have spent hours on the phone trying to pay them. Your service at Euston is worse than at least one of your competitors. 1000’s of people travel through Euston every day. Just a little acknowledgement of the problems there and a note to say you would look into it would do wonders

However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful).
