Called 29/1 re issues & contract. I was told to email. I did on 2 Feb and chaser. I wanted to amend contact. No response. Spoke to EE 10 days ago. They said too late.

They have cut off my phone service for an overdue bill, because their systems can’t collect money from my bank account or my credit card. I have spent hours on the phone trying to pay them. Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is so more expensive than before. This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. I am going to call again today.
