    @hindleyoung @EE @MarcAllera As somebody who used to work for them, that makes me really sad. Unfortunately we got bought by BT, who promised not to screw us up, and then, erm, did. That’s why I left. Marc is a good guy though, so I hope he will fix things for you.

    @EE I spent an hour and a half trying to get the hub to function - should have been in bed for an early morning Teams call. I was more annoyed that there was no technical support - everywhere was saying use the EE community but as you saw that wasn’t available either.

    Unhappy with the poor service from @EE . Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is so more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Losing a loyal customer here. :(

    @chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.

    @EE Hi. I am able to track my order no problem. However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). The link on quidco does indeed take me to your own official website.

    It seems so expensive to have #5G on @EE I am not sure if pay the cost & not upgraded. Come Jan21 we shldnt have to include EU automatically within the contracts. Bring the cost down. Beside #MiltonKeynes doesn't have 5G. #LoveMK

    Been with @VodafoneUK for 8 years and utterly disappointed by their upgrade offers. I can get the iPhone 13 pro with @TheO2 and @EE for far cheaper even being a new customer.

    @aaron_f15 @skytv I never get anything like that from my phone and broadband provider @EE. #EE never send crap like what #skytv do. I suppose letters are still better than back in the day when suddenly there was a knock on the door and it was a Joop or Kouros smelling aftershave Sky salesman.

    @EE I've called them now. That's the tech support line but I've asked them to open an official complaint all the same. If I get no joy there I'll be opening an official complaint with EE also. Why is the customer doing all the running around here? It's unreal
