This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. I can use my work phone, which is on a different network, at the same time and it is super speedy and does everything I ask of it. My EE phone does nothing. Maybe take this as feedback and investigate the issue rather than send a generic response.

Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Have tried to reduce package to lowest, but tied in till end of 2027. £22 a month for; NowTV incl HBO and Netflix Basic. I realise is independently it cost 15.98

Darren Hayhurst (@HayhurstDarren) reported@EE No my contract is up Dec 27. Just trying to sort the issue out without having to buy a 3rd party router. I need to be able to prioritise online gaming but that cant be done on a smart hub 2. To get a 3rd party router and set up is a challenge.
