I was more annoyed that there was no technical support - everywhere was saying use the EE community but as you saw that wasn’t available either.

They have cut off my phone service for an overdue bill, because their systems can’t collect money from my bank account or my credit card. I have spent hours on the phone trying to pay them. Your service at Euston is worse than at least one of your competitors. 1000’s of people travel through Euston every day. Called 29/1 re issues & contract. I was told to email. I did on 2 Feb and chaser. I wanted to amend contact. No response. Spoke to EE 10 days ago. They said too late.

Calling 150 and every other route we’ve tried just sends us round in circles, with seemingly no way to speak to a human being :(
