Allister (@AlSoprano) reported from Milton Keynes, England@EE Hi. I am able to track my order no problem. However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). The link on quidco does indeed take me to your own official website.

Gavin Peacock’s Gilet (@korsikoff) reported from Milton Keynes, England@EE Oh dear. Another corporate standard response. Your service at Euston is worse than at least one of your competitors. 1000’s of people travel through Euston every day. Just a little acknowledgement of the problems there and a note to say you would look into it would do wonders

purple granny🌑 save our NHS (@PurpleeileenE) reported from Milton Keynes, England@EE @BTSopenreach Engineer came yesterday to fix our noisy phoneline took him a lot longer than expected he was patient, (we had lots of questions & phone wiring is v odd) he was funny & v polite credit to yr Co.

Steve Perry (@pezzaspurs) reported from Thame, Englandcomplain to @O2 about poor signal and no data.. they agree to send you a new sim card in the next few days and decide to completely cut you off before you've got it. Absolute amateur hour. Worst decision leaving @EE 🥺🥺🥺
-

Steve H (@Me_Scuba_Steve) reported from Aylesbury Vale, England@EE I spent an hour and a half trying to get the hub to function - should have been in bed for an early morning Teams call. -

Flyfour (@flyfour) reported from Milton Keynes, EnglandSo frustrated with @EE and their lack of common sense. I can't even get a 2G signal indoors at home but as EE say the coverage is "fine there" according to their system, that's the end of the debate.
-
Gavin Peacock’s Gilet (@korsikoff) reported from Milton Keynes, England@EE Interesting response. I can use my work phone, which is on a different network, at the same time and it is super speedy and does everything I ask of it. My EE phone does nothing. Maybe take this as feedback and investigate the issue rather than send a generic response.
-
Mark Stanborough (@markstanborough) reported from Aylesbury Vale, EnglandUnhappy with the poor service from @EE. Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Losing a loyal customer here 😔
