I was more annoyed that there was no technical support - everywhere was saying use the EE community but as you saw that wasn’t available either.

I can use my work phone, which is on a different network, at the same time and it is super speedy and does everything I ask of it. My EE phone does nothing. Maybe take this as feedback and investigate the issue rather than send a generic response.

They have cut off my phone service for an overdue bill, because their systems can’t collect money from my bank account or my credit card. I have spent hours on the phone trying to pay them. There is absolutely no justification for such predatory and greedy pricing which disproportionately older citizens or people on lower income.
