I’m absolutely livid with @ee. They have cut off my phone service for an overdue bill, because their systems can’t collect money from my bank account or my credit card. I have spent hours on the phone trying to pay them. Variations of this problem have been recurring monthly.

@EE your website is awful. Just tried to upgrade my current tariff / phone - 5 times(!!!) - and got a ‘Sorry We Could Find That Page’ each time on checkout! Can’t be asked anymore, been a customer for three years and the new contract was worth £34x 24. Unusable website. Cya.

@EE Thanks. The problem is that when you contact you via X there are replies seemingly from EE Claim Desk and EE Customer Relations that appear asking to contact via WhatsApp. You need to investigate this and get this closed down.

@EE How can you provide the best customer service when, 7 weeks ago, one of your call handlers allegedly book me in to have fiber connection. Two days before, I found out the equipment was not ordered , also never updated the file re call alarm in the property was on a different
