    @EE your website is awful. Just tried to upgrade my current tariff / phone - 5 times(!!!) - and got a ‘Sorry We Could Find That Page’ each time on checkout! Can’t be asked anymore, been a customer for three years and the new contract was worth £34x 24. Unusable website. Cya.

    @EE ridiculous rang through twice to make account changes hold hold 30 minutes each time, get through and your representatives hang up. Absolutely disgraceful from a company who claims that customer service is important

    Hi @EE do you know of any issues in the KY12 area with mobile broadband? My download speed dropped to 2Mbps early evening yesterday and is still there. Have tried usual hard reset of the router etc and the external antenna is pointing correctly…. Was supposed to be WFH today 😕

    @EE absolute joke of a service, trying to call a UK landline number and it says “you’ve dialled an incorrect number”. It rings fine from any other network. Have contacted ofcom and they’ve said EE need to update their data tables because the landline number was ported recently!

    @EE Yes and that's the problem. It appears the top up can't be redeemed on my existing number. It's like being punished for loyalty.

    @EE When are you going to fix the mast at BA6 9LH? No mobile reception at home 100m away! It's been broken since the big storm months ago, you keep saying you need a specialist climbing team...so get one then!!! Useless service thru Plusnet from EE! FIX THE DAMN MAST!!!

    @EE absolute useless customer care- transferred my number over to u- gave my number to business and business number to me- wasted 3 hours on phone ringing after various incidents connected with transfer- no resolution whatsoever and nobody seems bothered

    Seriously appalling service from @EE @BT. I have now spoken to 10 different people who don't know how to get a home telephone number transferred (these 2 companies are merging). I have been passed from the sales team to the tech team and all sorts and incurring extra charges,
