    @EE your website is awful. Just tried to upgrade my current tariff / phone - 5 times(!!!) - and got a ‘Sorry We Could Find That Page’ each time on checkout! Can’t be asked anymore, been a customer for three years and the new contract was worth £34x 24. Unusable website. Cya.

    I have a new @SamsungMobile A51 and it's utter crap. Fingerprint sensor rarely works, camera very average, super laggy doing anything, changes settings & a really unresponsive screen. Totally rubbish & I'm gutted (3 yo @Huawei was superior) . Can I do anything @EE

    @EE @nikikaka Yeah they are not the only one been waiting since Nov 2020 then got done 3 week ago only for ee to cancel my order with openreach now we are without Internet thank you ee will be making a complaint to the ombudsman trying to blame openreach aswell terrible service terrible

    @peterbouncyball @EE This is the most boomer thing I've seen. You're wrong and are blaming the company for your mistake. Glad you've found a cheaper service, but it's literally your fault that you were charged.

    @padoir @SGiangregorio @EE I did. I submitted an online complaint and had a call back. They were able to provide VAT invoices up until October when they switch billing systems, supposedly. This also coincides with the end of my contract.

    @EE my sim card keeps 'failing' and the phone says there's no sim card in the phone, normally takes a few restarts to fix it. Is this a sign my sim card has broken?

    @SkyHelpTeam It's extremely difficult getting a signal on my mobile to connect to the internet atm. Without my SKY WiFi I am unable to browse. @EE doesn't have a phone mast in my area, which is why I am reliant on wifi

    Hi @EE my phone signal has disappeared. Usually get 4G but now have nothing. My husband also on EE but private contract has full signal. Happened after I got a msg about settings being updated. Can u help?
