    @EE your website is awful. Just tried to upgrade my current tariff / phone - 5 times(!!!) - and got a ‘Sorry We Could Find That Page’ each time on checkout! Can’t be asked anymore, been a customer for three years and the new contract was worth £34x 24. Unusable website. Cya.

    @EE you need to fix your wifi, I cannot even connect to my wifi in my own room, i have to use my 4G just to get online. I even had to buy a 10 metre ethernet cable just so i can connect to my PC. cmon guys, I need my good wifi back.

    @RealMattLucas @EE I agree it could be fraud. Raise a complaint to EE and contact action fraud to log it also. Stay in touch with EE at least once every 28 days and if its not resolved after 8 weeks, complain to the communications ombudsman 🙃

    @RealMattLucas @EE Matt if they do end up putting something on your credit report, you can dispute it via the credit reference agencies and they'll raise a dispute with EE on your behalf and then correct accordingly. Plenty of free tools like @creditkarma to help with this. Happy to take a DM.
