    @EE your website is awful. Just tried to upgrade my current tariff / phone - 5 times(!!!) - and got a ‘Sorry We Could Find That Page’ each time on checkout! Can’t be asked anymore, been a customer for three years and the new contract was worth £34x 24. Unusable website. Cya.

    @EE I have no signal at all on Hayling Island, the signal has been really bad for a few days, but today I have no service at all.. I can see there is an outage, so you know when this issue will be resolved please?

    @EE have just charged me £147.13 for a phone I do not have - know it will take forever to get money back so I'm trying to cancel a direct debit for one phone I do have & another 'fictional' phone Spend half my day wasting hours on things like this - machine bullying
