@EE your website is awful. Just tried to upgrade my current tariff / phone - 5 times(!!!) - and got a ‘Sorry We Could Find That Page’ each time on checkout! Can’t be asked anymore, been a customer for three years and the new contract was worth £34x 24. Unusable website. Cya.

@EE @EE The there is not signal in central Glastonbury since the storm. And before, the connection was not good either. The engineers are not fixing the problem. Your clients in Glastonbury should not pay the bill for a service that we are not able to use since almost 1 month ago.

Can we all just remember that @EE like every company experience issues. So yes the broadband is down at 1am but it's not the end of the world and it doesn't make them incompetent either.
