    @EE your website is awful. Just tried to upgrade my current tariff / phone - 5 times(!!!) - and got a ‘Sorry We Could Find That Page’ each time on checkout! Can’t be asked anymore, been a customer for three years and the new contract was worth £34x 24. Unusable website. Cya.

    @EE 's double standard, they don't give a **** about their customers! .. I found a lost iPhone and with the help of @Apple I managed to get MEID, SN, IMEI and ICCID numbers. However, @EE 's customer service refused to help and inform the owner that the phone is still there...

    disgusted with the service at our local @EE shop. My 71 year old mother goes in to enquire about upgrading her old Samsung S7, is told the cheapest they can do her is a Google Pixel phone for £30+ a month??? taking advantage of little old ladies... for shame

    @EE we have been told something different every day. This morning we we told we had 600mb allowance this afternoon 120mb - even though our contract is unlimited. No one knows what they are doing. Absolutely dreadful service. I’m now going to the ombudsman 🤬🤬
