    @EE any network issues you’re aware of preventing incoming calls and answerphone messages not getting through? 24 hours now and supposedly received 2 important missed calls that have gone straight to answerphone but nothing come through 😱😱

    @EE I think as a customer of 11 years that maybe you should cut back on paying celebrities massive ad fees and instead focus on giving your customers their refunds. 18 days now for a refund you were happy to take the charges for initially within a day. #sackkevinbacon

    @EE Yes that’s right. We’ve had notifications several times in last couple of weeks about problems close to ‘Home’. This is difficult for people working from hone on Zoom

    @EE Hi Michael. i can confirm that it doesn't work. So even though i have FTTP the 'best option' is really that i have no way of logging a fault online for my EE Broadband other than ring a number between 8AM & 8PM. I appreciate your help but this is a shonky way to do support.

    @foolhandy @EE It was far better the BT TV - can't believe @MarcAllera allowed to go! He should have rebranded it as BT TV merged BT's service into it
