@EE your website is awful. Just tried to upgrade my current tariff / phone - 5 times(!!!) - and got a ‘Sorry We Could Find That Page’ each time on checkout! Can’t be asked anymore, been a customer for three years and the new contract was worth £34x 24. Unusable website. Cya.

@EE Let's start with some facts. I live in Central London, in a well-served 5G spot. I won't reveal my exact location, but the service is marked (By @EE ) as good connection indoor and outdoors.

@ItsJamesPowers @EE Why do you need to trade in your handset ? This part I don’t understand. Eg when you take out a contract phone for eg 2 years (you’ve obviously got the phone) you just then pay for sim only at a fraction of the price then later on down the road 4+ years you get another phone

Little bit disappointed with @EE, always found your customer service to be second to none but a friend has been trying to reduce her bill with you, she's got way more data than she needs but apparently you can't do anything except charge her nearly £200 if she wants to leave.

@EE But it isn't cpi +3.9% is it your putting 4.4% on top of cpi and can you post a breakdown of investment to support your need to go full cpi when your profits are sky high already everyone is in financial hardship so your not really being fair on all the rest of loyal customers

@ItsJamesPowers @EE Just don’t pay anything. Cancel your direct debit through your bank. Opt for a new eg Vodafone or 02 or three etc . Don’t go for BT as that’s part of EE
