I’m absolutely livid with @ee. They have cut off my phone service for an overdue bill, because their systems can’t collect money from my bank account or my credit card. I have spent hours on the phone trying to pay them. Variations of this problem have been recurring monthly.

@EE your website is awful. Just tried to upgrade my current tariff / phone - 5 times(!!!) - and got a ‘Sorry We Could Find That Page’ each time on checkout! Can’t be asked anymore, been a customer for three years and the new contract was worth £34x 24. Unusable website. Cya.

Question for tech boffins: on an @LNER train to London and the on-board Wifi is rubbish. Tether to me mobile (@EE ) and there is no problem. Why is the mobile coverage better than the one on the train?

How disappointing that @EE are offering free headphones with the phone I've just bought (offer ends in July) but when you actually go to redeem it says the offer ended in May and no way to redeem. What a let down. No headphones for me, I was looking forward to that.

@EE hey team 👋 Are you able to advise what the fault is for the network around CM3 3JL and when it might be back up? Pretty much no mobile internet for a week due to signal strength when normally 4G is fine. The last update on Friday just said it’s taking longer than expected

@ojngill @LNER @EE Switch wifi on your phone OFF. It interferes with the 4G coming in through the (big) train windows. The train wifi only connects to an antenna on the locomotive that then links to mobile coverage. Cut out the middleman!

Disgusted with @EE 'freshening' SIM-only plans so closing current plan! 'Offering' new plan with everything else same except costing a lot more with data reduced from 4GB to 1GB! #EEripoff #EE appalling customer service! App no longer working after forced update, nor website!
