@EE your website is awful. Just tried to upgrade my current tariff / phone - 5 times(!!!) - and got a ‘Sorry We Could Find That Page’ each time on checkout! Can’t be asked anymore, been a customer for three years and the new contract was worth £34x 24. Unusable website. Cya.

@EE And be on hold again for ages? I was promised a call back on Friday and that didn’t happen then your systems went down twice on Friday and it took me around 6 hours in total to order my phone and you wouldn’t even help with a gesture of goodwill for being messed around

@EE Is there something wrong with your automated system? I’ve requested a call back multiple times to be told I will be called with in the next 15 minutes. Only for no call to come. This comes on top of my order being deferred and being told I would be contacted in 48 hours. With no call coming. This comes on top of now looking like having to wait 28 days to get a device due to an admin error of EEs part that wouldn’t allow me to do the upgrade on pre-order day. This is simply not good enough and not a good way to treat loyal customers.

@imogenscone @EE Yup. Been with them for almost 2 years but to their credit, this is the first issue I’ve had with them. Previous provider had issues once every 2 to 3 weeks lol.

@EE Digital Voice just gets worse and worse the problems with it are endless, phones don't work, echoing and masses of interference on the line. When are you going to sort out the infrastructure needed?
