    @EE your website is awful. Just tried to upgrade my current tariff / phone - 5 times(!!!) - and got a ‘Sorry We Could Find That Page’ each time on checkout! Can’t be asked anymore, been a customer for three years and the new contract was worth £34x 24. Unusable website. Cya.

    @EE Hey....I've managed to upgrade my phone twice 😎 do I need to ring up to cancel one of the upgrades? Both our phones are on the account, but only mine is due for an upgrade (sorry to be a pain!)

    @EE best communication, best customer services, best this best that you say but your payment part of the app has never really worked. Time to put some resources into that, instead of customers having to go to the website or have a dreaded direct debit

    Service for signal in KY6 are for @EE very limited if at all …. Coming up for 24hrs, second ‘outage’ in the 4 months since joining. Even if you mentioned why it’s down we would understand more than some problems ‘take a little longer than usual to fix’ 😡

    @EE So if you can't provide her with a signal in her own home (even though your ads are constantly telling us that you are the best network) can she cancel her contract early without penalties and move to a supplier who can provide her with a signal?
