Jess Iszatt (@jjiszatt) reported from Hertfordshire, EnglandConsumer law says that the place you got the phone (for me this is the EE store) need to sort this at no cost, as it is a 2 year warranty, but when I asked in the @EE store, they said I needed to bring it in, and it gets sent away for 2-3 WEEKS to get independently reviewed (wtf)

Your service at Euston is worse than at least one of your competitors. 1000’s of people travel through Euston every day. Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Losing a loyal customer here 😔
