Internet is very slow. Had 4G and it was so much better. EE has deteriorated. Problems with EE 5G since I upgraded months ago.

Called 29/1 re issues & contract. I was told to email. I did on 2 Feb and chaser. I wanted to amend contact. No response. Spoke to EE 10 days ago. They said too late.

This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. I am going to call again today.

Typically 20GB roaming data would cost the UK network about £65 so the UK network was always losing money on roaming. The change in legislation just means they can now charge.
