This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. Internet is very slow. Had 4G and it was so much better. EE has deteriorated. Problems with EE 5G since I upgraded months ago.
