Your service at Euston is worse than at least one of your competitors. 1000’s of people travel through Euston every day. Got someone from DPD rang saying spoke to driver and will deliver parcel this afternoon 10min later got a text saying sorry we missed you. Went on DPD chat they said driver came to my house at 1:08pm never did as was in my chair looking out the window
