    @EE 17 days since ordered the iPhone 11 pro was 1 day dispatch that turned to 7 but no emails or contact of any delay have had two returns envelopes sent if I had traded in I would of been without a phone for nearly 3 weeks 😩 not the best service when I’ve been with you for 10y+

    @chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.

    @EE I spent an hour and a half trying to get the hub to function - should have been in bed for an early morning Teams call. I was more annoyed that there was no technical support - everywhere was saying use the EE community but as you saw that wasn’t available either.

    Unhappy with the poor service from @EE . Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is so more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Losing a loyal customer here. :(

    @EE are you having issues with connecting people with their WiFi. I work for the NHS and I am working from home. My WiFi has connected to my laptop fine this morning now it states there is no internet however it’s working for my partner and my phone. Please advise.

    @EE Hi. I am able to track my order no problem. However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). The link on quidco does indeed take me to your own official website.

    @EE My bill is consistently between £79 & £99 per month. Suddenly & suspiciously there's £239 extra charges. Surely you can flash this as an issue to the client, happened to log in notice it. Been pushed through 3 companies so far to solve the issue.

    @EE At the London Excell for a massive event. Get congestion but I've got full 4G coverage but no Internet connectivity. Restarted my phone but nothing. You would have thought you would have sufficient bandwidth on the network considering this area is no stranger to events.

    @EE My EE App on my iPhone won’t load soo i can’t gift data to other people on my account. Running iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 16.4.1 and v5.14.1 of the EE App. Tried the usual tricks (force closing App, restarting etc), but to no avail. Plenth of signal.
