    @EE Hi. I am able to track my order no problem. However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). The link on quidco does indeed take me to your own official website.

    @EE My friend didn’t take a new contract he looked online at 3rd party he phoned up and asked could you match it and you did hence my comment it’s a shame you treat customers differently. I did the same and was told no.

    So frustrated with @EE and their lack of common sense. I can't even get a 2G signal indoors at home but as EE say the coverage is "fine there" according to their system, that's the end of the debate.

    @SHAZAngel24 @jonpearse @EE SMS is one part of the mobile/cell networks signalling system, where the operator can send your phone details about the network (like how to send data to the internet; e.g. APN), that config is either sent with or as part of the SMS (sorry, can’t remember exact details).
