  • MsTashaShepherd
Natasha Shepherd ♡ (@MsTashaShepherd) reported from Luton, England

@EE Having issues with home broadband staying have no internet connection. WiFi lights are on but not working. Have turned it on and off but still nothing. Been like this for 24 hours. Help!

  • markstanborough
Mark Stanborough (@markstanborough) reported from Aylesbury Vale, England

Unhappy with the poor service from @EE. Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Losing a loyal customer here 😔

  • SEOkaye
Jason Kaye (@SEOkaye) reported from London Colney, England

@EE Yes, I have a full signal and data use now, but can't call

  • jjiszatt
Jess Iszatt (@jjiszatt) reported from Hertfordshire, England

Consumer law says that the place you got the phone (for me this is the EE store) need to sort this at no cost, as it is a 2 year warranty, but when I asked in the @EE store, they said I needed to bring it in, and it gets sent away for 2-3 WEEKS to get independently reviewed (wtf)

  • sharron333
Sharron C Best (@sharron333) reported from Shefford, England

@EE Yesterday I posted about our area not having any issues with calls etc. As a disabled person with sleep issues/insomnia/painsomnia I rely on my TV thru the night very much. I'm now unable to do this as my TV package is now not working! Obv the issues have spread further...

  • DaveLuton
David Cox (@DaveLuton) reported from Luton, England

No network all day in Luton. Please update me @EE

  • flyfour
Flyfour (@flyfour) reported from Milton Keynes, England

So frustrated with @EE and their lack of common sense. I can't even get a 2G signal indoors at home but as EE say the coverage is "fine there" according to their system, that's the end of the debate.

  • sharie76
sharon rennie (@sharie76) reported from Barton-le-Clay, England

@EE My friend didn’t take a new contract he looked online at 3rd party he phoned up and asked could you match it and you did hence my comment it’s a shame you treat customers differently. I did the same and was told no.

  • chris_dolan
Chris Dolan (@chris_dolan) reported from London Colney, England

Shocking service from @EE & @DPD_UK. Absolute amateur hour.

  • Julian16722400
Julian (@Julian16722400) reported from St Albans, England

@EE What the number if it 150 I already tried give me a direct number preference to speak if possible the big mangers sorry don't want to sound rude

  • adntaylor
Alex Taylor (@adntaylor) reported from Tring, England

@hindleyoung @EE @MarcAllera As somebody who used to work for them, that makes me really sad. Unfortunately we got bought by BT, who promised not to screw us up, and then, erm, did. That’s why I left. Marc is a good guy though, so I hope he will fix things for you.

  • m25dave
M25 DAVE (@m25dave) reported from Sandridge, England

@EE Dear ee. I have lost count of the amount of times service has been interrupted this summer AL4 area. Kindly sort it or loose a loyal customer

  • philmonkey
Phil Rogers (@philmonkey) reported from London Colney, England

@EE Using hotspot on my iPhone XS - but exhibiting the same SSL problems I’ve been moaning about on here for the past few weeks - that said the laptop reveals more detail to the error

  • dazzgedd73
dazz ii am (@dazzgedd73) reported from London Colney, England

  • penfoldholes
Richard Barker (@penfoldholes) reported from Shefford, England

@EE virtually no service in BR5 area of Orpington for several days AGAIN and no update since 7.00 am yesterday. What’s going on ?

  • Solo_B
Sohāil (@Solo_B) reported from Luton, England

  • jamie_2127
Jamie Taylor (@jamie_2127) reported from Dunstable, England

@EE Yes, I’ve spoken to them. They said about sending an engineer round but it then started working as normal. I can only assume that there is no fault, just a second rate service being provided.

  • Me_Scuba_Steve
Steve H (@Me_Scuba_Steve) reported from Aylesbury Vale, England

@EE I spent an hour and a half trying to get the hub to function - should have been in bed for an early morning Teams call. I was more annoyed that there was no technical support - everywhere was saying use the EE community but as you saw that wasn’t available either.

  • paulondon666
pavlin yankov (@paulondon666) reported from London Colney, England

@EE Why are you not responding anymore to calls and emails about customer service or returns ? Its a third day I am calling for hours.

@EE And another btw @EE you say that the signal coming into my house is working wonderfully but the problem is with YOUR EQUIPMENT in my house but you seem to NOT CARE about that aspect…… your equipment, not mine, yours… EE’s equipment!!!!

  • krish_shah1999
    Krish (@krish_shah1999) reported

@jamie_wallis @EE @TomTugendhat I’m also with EE in London, frequently have issues - had zero signal at Liverpool Street the other day!

    Jessica Zeun (@jessicazeun) reported

@grewky @EE Same network but not the same wifi routers or service.

  • ArthurAssendune
    Arthur Assendune 🇪🇺💙🇺🇦 (@ArthurAssendune) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Yes Tom, but the objective is to maximize profit NOT provide you with a functioning service. Golden rules of Capitalism: 1. Charge the maximum you can get away with. 2. Deliver the least you can get away with.

  • adamtranter
    Adam Tranter (@adamtranter) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE They have bike lanes and crossings in France too. It’s a bit weird blaming them for the lack of signal in a privatised and for-profit mobile phone network.

  • C_Small_
    Charles Small (@C_Small_) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I've had better signal on top of a volcano in Indonesia than in parts of London with O2

  • RyanNoKneel
    CookieBuoy (@RyanNoKneel) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Charge it to the taxpayer on expenses and get the govt to bankrupt them. And then **** off, parasite

  • gavmarten
    Gav Marten (@gavmarten) reported

@BidSurreal @EE @TomTugendhat It’s mainly because our 4G mast equipment is old and oversubscribed. They aren’t updating them, blaming slow networks on delayed 5G rollout. However, 4G speeds are decent enough for most tasks.

  • britgermanbloke
    Dr Steve Fleischer (@britgermanbloke) reported

@RichardBentall @drew_carver @EE Agree. I signed a bb contract in January, paid the bill by direct debit so didn't pay too much attention to it. Found out last week it was never put into their system! I've been paying much more than I should have been. 3 trips to shop this week and app still shows wrong price.
