@MarcAllera @Qualcomm_EU @EE That’s all great Marc but if it takes your team weeks to fix a broken mast then it’s all a bit of waste of time, isn’t it? Half of St Albans has been without decent service since before Easter and your team can’t tell us when it’s going to be fixed

@EE Yes, I’ve spoken to them. They said about sending an engineer round but it then started working as normal. I can only assume that there is no fault, just a second rate service being provided.

@EE @BTSopenreach Engineer came yesterday to fix our noisy phoneline took him a lot longer than expected he was patient, (we had lots of questions & phone wiring is v odd) he was funny & v polite credit to yr Co.

@EE We're on it. We expect good service within 16 hours, but some fixes take a little longer. This is taken just now from my local area please tell me this is not true? This is a disaster as even wi-fi calling is not working .
