Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! There is a complete disconnect there over assisting me. Your Guides are limited in what they can do to assist. How do we progress this?
