@EE I was kept waiting for proof of purchase. Sorted that. This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. I am going to call again today.

@EE I upgraded using my phone on 29 Jan. I just accepted the offer as EE sent by mailshot text. Realised too hasty. Called 29/1 re issues & contract. I was told to email. I did on 2 Feb and chaser. I wanted to amend contact. No response. Spoke to EE 10 days ago. They said too late.

Yep - managed to extract the IPA, and it’s been built in Flutter… Everything feels like a web page. It’s horrible and slow. The new design is awful too - there’s no visual flair, no visual identity. It looks like it’s totally unstyled. Really, really not impressed @EE!

@VodafoneUK 2 weeks left on my phone contract. Have contacted many time the last 4 weeks to find the right renewal deal. Am being told by advisors 2 go 2 @EE or @TheO2 as 'New customer' deals elsewhere can't be beaten. Or to come back in a few months when the deals are better.

@EE There are large parts of the UK including the road network with very poor service. I can't understand why 5G is getting pushed when we have such coverage issues.

@EE I'm not there any more but thanks for following up. I was at Gatcombe Magic Millions Festival of Eventing nr Minchampton. Mostly no bars and then "liebars" when it looks like you have service but data is 0bps.

@EE Hi yes please, I have 1 bar of signal then drops out as soon as I get a call I have a 4G plan but only ever get 3G (nothing loads) I report all the time do all the steps get told there is no problem with the mast etc but no improvement. I don’t get any signal in my house at all.
