@hindleyoung @EE @MarcAllera As somebody who used to work for them, that makes me really sad. Unfortunately we got bought by BT, who promised not to screw us up, and then, erm, did. That’s why I left. Marc is a good guy though, so I hope he will fix things for you.

@EE #5G #network EE has terrible 5G in London West End. Using my phone today in Covent Garden and it constantly drops calls. Internet is very slow. Had 4G and it was so much better. EE has deteriorated. Problems with EE 5G since I upgraded months ago.

@EE It didn’t help, it made it worse. It went from 96% battery life to 90% after the latest update and I usually leave updates a few days before installing as well.
