@EE Hi. I am able to track my order no problem. However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). The link on quidco does indeed take me to your own official website.

It's not my handset, it's their lousy coverage. I even showed them @rootmetrics maps showing how bad it is round here. "Sorry we can't rely on that data"... So it's goodbye @EE and hello @VodafoneUK

@chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.

So frustrated with @EE and their lack of common sense. I can't even get a 2G signal indoors at home but as EE say the coverage is "fine there" according to their system, that's the end of the debate.

@EE Hi thank you for your response. I purchased the contract whilst in store at curry’s however the router I have doesn’t project the wifi very well which is why I wish to cancel the contract. I thought cooling off period was law?
-
「Ben」

.@EE's insistence on breaking the law by refusing to let me exercise a legal right to exit my contract after their higher-than-inflation price hike is... interesting, to say the least. Guess I'll cancel my direct debit and see what @Ofcom and @OmbudServices have to say to them🤷

Hey @ThreeUK when I signed up to your All-you-can-eat data plan I didn't realise you signed up to an Eat-all-of-my-time plan with your really poor/inconsistent network speeds, e.g. often <200Kb/sec at the same location @EE is well over 10Mb a sec ...
