@EE i can add an extra to my account for free, but how hard do you make it to set it up!! Ive ticked BT sport as my add on in my account. But nothing text wise has appeared. This is not a customer friendly experience.

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

@iD_Mobile_UK @EE Thank you for asking 🙏Allegedly being investigated !!! Two days running I have contacted customer services both agents say they have fixed issue but I must wait 24 hours for number to receive incoming calls 😢
