  Consumer law says that the place you got the phone (for me this is the EE store) need to sort this at no cost, as it is a 2 year warranty, but when I asked in the @EE store, they said I needed to bring it in, and it gets sent away for 2-3 WEEKS to get independently reviewed (wtf)

  @EE Yes, I’ve spoken to them. They said about sending an engineer round but it then started working as normal. I can only assume that there is no fault, just a second rate service being provided.

  @EE @MarcAllera I’ve been in touch about my attempt to upgrade. I’ve only been a customer for about 10 years but whilst your team try to be helpful sadly I couldn’t feel less valued. Guess it’s time to move. I’ll cancel my upgrade, get my money back and give another network a try

  @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before

  @EE your customer service is terrible. Your representative was extremely pushy and made me feel uncomfortable when I tried to cancel my wifi. The process is also extremely difficult for no reason
