Shane (@Beasty177) reportedI’ve never known signal to be so bad on @EE as it has been for the last few months. Constantly one or two bars and calls cutting off.
-
Halloween Jack (@red_mutant_eyes) reported@EE you ignored my message. Your DMs are automated and don’t read messages and your app chat bot doesn’t help either. My mobile network has been down for days. This is the second time in a couple of weeks. Your ‘updates’ say nothing. How are we meant to know what’s happening
-
CasualObserver (@Lone_Striker9) reported@PaulDevine70 @EE Happened to me mate, the ongoing signal issues round our way over the last 12 months are beyond a joke!
-
Rob Myers (@RobLMyers) reported@EE Kind of pointless doing that. It’s your general customer service number and, unsurprisingly, none of the options are relevant. The help section on the website is also of no help whatsoever.
-
Mandy (@mandydunne_x) reported@EE Cant call either as everytime i try i keep getting 'no network or service available'

-
Steve Hill (@SteveHill11) reported@EE Okay, lines are closed sadly but Would my service still continue if my current deal runs out tomorrow?
-
Irfan (@IrfanAlMoha) reported@EE 01282 573603 The above number claimed they were you, please could you check and confirm? And action as a customer who's been with you for years this number should be investigated and communicated to UK authorities and BLOCKED/CANCELLED.
-
FitBritchickNike (@ALMORAH) reported@EE Why is your operator refusing to take back and refund my phone which I had bought for £900! And one of the seal is damaged! I am not a customer of EE and I never will be after this treatment but I've just received this phone 2day sealed in a box only 1 seal damaged
