    @EE Yes, I’ve spoken to them. They said about sending an engineer round but it then started working as normal. I can only assume that there is no fault, just a second rate service being provided.

    @mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately I'm having the same issues with O2, signal drops out in an area where I should get minimum 4g, they constantly double bill me, one for a number I've never had

    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    @EE i can add an extra to my account for free, but how hard do you make it to set it up!! Ive ticked BT sport as my add on in my account. But nothing text wise has appeared. This is not a customer friendly experience.

    Shoddy customer service from @virginmedia compared to amazing customer service from @EE. Called EE today, immediately crediting my broadband bill after an error. Virgin media complaint still outstanding after two months.

    @EE shocking company !! My dad has been a victim of fraud and no one will help sort it ! Just passed it off !!! Won’t speak with us … as can’t get through the checks ??? Well how we me t to when we don’t know the answers ! Shocking !!! Do not use this mobile company

    @cockney_yid @EE @ThreeUK I’ve been palmed off for years, I use my Wi-Fi at home so I’ve let it side, I’ve just checked it and it’s still ****, less than 2mbps, 100m up the road I can get 5g and 200mbps+

    @EE we have had internet issues and no phone signal for weeks. What is going on.multiple devises with no signal sometimes all day this is now the third week I don’t understand. No apologies,no communication no support. 3 WEEKS !!!!! Postcode TN27

    @EE I was able to get into contact with the customer support line through mobile and they identified the issue as being a faulty landline, and I've been told that it is now being worked on.
