    @thatdanaxe @EE Can't believe how long it's been. I'm often quite slow to complain as I expect it to resolve over a reasonable time. I've been too patient. It's been really complicating life. And like you say, compensation is appropriate here. Fingers crossed. Good luck with the call!

    @VodafoneUK , @ee haven't a clue, constantly getting emails saying that we'll have a good signal within 16 hrs,then a message to say they need to send an engineer to the mast (120 hours since the problem started) & not to expect an update till the 25th. Bye bye EE me thinks!

    If @EE and @ThreeUK find that 3,000 customers suddenly leave in September it’s because the local college has become a dead zone!!! No signal at all.

    @KatieSuze @EE Thank you Katie!! I knew it wasn't just me 🤔 hopefully they can provide a statement and some reimbursement for the patchy service. I will be on the phone to them later this afternoon with my complaints hat on if there's still no public acknowledgement of these network issues 🧢

    @EE Yes I have tried a signal booster but it wouldn't reach enough, also it was a pain to sort because the router doesn't have a WPS button
