@EE Hello I am unable to get data on my phone. It was working earlier. I even reset the phone. It's a new account and phone with you, bought end of Dec. I am having to use my Rep of Ireland phone to tweet and it costs so much. Please help, nothing is working.

@EE What a time I’ve had getting an Apple Watch, I ordered a 44mm Apple series 5 watch two weeks ago, last week the wrong watch arrived a 40mm watch, DPD failed to collect the watch yesterday and I cannot reorder an other 44mm watch until is returned to EE, Cst service so useless

@EE I was called the next day to say that the engineer had an 'access issue', which I'm afraid must be false - we were present all day and even had other tradesmen come and go. Now I can't get online til Thursday which is affecting my work schedule.

I've just been told that @EE is not going to fix the broken mast near my home until the end of November. The end of bloomin' November! I really hope that this is a joke as it's already been broken for over 2 weeks! Surely @EE that time frame isn't correct. What am I paying for?

@EE So 1 month on and the problem with my local mast still isn't fixed. I have absolutely no signal at all in either my partners or my own house. WiFi calling isn't really a solution when out and about. Hope this is fixed very very soon!

@EE after 2 great years of service with EE I get charged for xtra add to plans not on my account both in November and December resulting in huge bills at Xmas. Bank statement showing bill paid as alway until 13th of jan! Never missed a payment and no reminder or warning from ee

Yep. Thank you Joan x Phone dies under @EE contract and they won’t even replace it so that she can continue to honour her end of the contract - paying for a workable service. Disgraceful.

@EE why do I have to pay the full price of my monthly bill when the service in my area has been down for 3 weeks now and you can't tell me when it will be fixed? I can't make/recieve calls without the other person not being able to hear me or the call just dropping completely 😡

@EE Miss-sold Contract, lied to. Call to complain, told team leader will call back, next day I call, told another team leader will call back, 2 weeks later, no call, I call, told my complaint was closed & told a team leader will call me in 2 hours. Guess what? No call back.
