@EE So 1 month on and the problem with my local mast still isn't fixed. I have absolutely no signal at all in either my partners or my own house. WiFi calling isn't really a solution when out and about. Hope this is fixed very very soon!

@EE Unable to cancel an order placed today. No option in my account where it says “manage order”. EE unable to cancel it over the phone even though it’s due to be delivered in September! Good customer service? EE a joke.

@EE This issue is not fixed. I have had no service signal on my mobile since yesterday morning. I spent 3hours with one of your operatives yesterday and still no update or service today- this is abysmal. Please advise as to the signal issues. I have tried troubleshooting suggestions.

@EE why is it so difficult to unlink my EE Games Pass? I left EE broadband in March, @XboxSupport can't do anything because you control the game pass account, I've spoke to your customer service team several times who can't find my broadband account.

@EE What a disaster your systems are! How do you manage to cancel a confirmed order when it’s been committed? And your systems allow only to place a complaint through your app. That’s ludicrous. #poorcustomerservice #mobilephoneUK #EE please DM me for details.

Dear @EE it’s nice that you can get my broadband up and running if it fails, it’s nice that there are super deals I can choose. But do you know what would be nice? A mobile signal that works in the flattest area in the country. Please do something about the signal.
