@EE So 1 month on and the problem with my local mast still isn't fixed. I have absolutely no signal at all in either my partners or my own house. WiFi calling isn't really a solution when out and about. Hope this is fixed very very soon!

@EE My friend's mobile has rarely had a signal since he moved in Feb. After many calls to EE, he's now had a landline installed which was due to be activated yesterday. The line's still dead. EE wont discuss with me. My friend has to ring...HOW?????

@EE I’ve just upgraded and was assured my discount (that states it cannot be removed and has followed me through 6 upgrades thus far) would carry over and I’ve just had my bill through and no discount had been applied. Please help

@EE my partner has been unable to use their phone for SIX days now because you refuse to unlock the handset. They’re unable to leave the house as they’re afraid to be without any method of communicating and feels unsafe. Please let me know how you can fix this immediately
