@EE So 1 month on and the problem with my local mast still isn't fixed. I have absolutely no signal at all in either my partners or my own house. WiFi calling isn't really a solution when out and about. Hope this is fixed very very soon!

Typical @EE. Take money out of my account for my bill for it to then have technical issues from your side to then refund me 24 hours later and have the cheek to tell me my bill is overdue. Constantly left waiting ages wasting my time trying to resolve the issue. Joke of a company

@simoncgray @EE Completely 100% agree! can not reach customer service, like it doesn't exist, no news or updates. Newsfeeds all saying statement from EE "the technical issue has been resolved everything is good".. what was the technic issue in the first place and why wasn't customers told?!

@EE what is going on with the network, London is still down with no incoming or out going calls ONLY data calls/messages via WhatsApp.. unable to reach your customer service and all the while you state to news outlets and online that the outage have been resolved and all's good?

@EE Our landline hasn't been receiving calls since yesterday and today I can't make calls - When I call the landline from my mobile the number is not recognised? Can you advise if this is a network issue? And if so when will it be fixed?
