    Shoddy customer service from @virginmedia compared to amazing customer service from @EE. Called EE today, immediately crediting my broadband bill after an error. Virgin media complaint still outstanding after two months.

    @EE My wife isn’t able to register online so can’t get our account number to cancel. The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.

    @EE i can add an extra to my account for free, but how hard do you make it to set it up!! Ive ticked BT sport as my add on in my account. But nothing text wise has appeared. This is not a customer friendly experience.

    You know what’s insane? The fact that my Pixel 5, that has been on contract for a year and a half with @EE, would still cost me over £500 to cancel early - I’ve got 7 months left. Pixel 5 cost £500 brand new even back then! That’s like a £2k contract for a £500 phone!!

    Never dropped my phone in water, never spilled anything over it. Won’t turn on. Told by @EE that not covered under warranty for repairs due to ‘water damage’. Not sure where the water came from, I know it rains a lot in England but surely @google Pixel should withstand rain... 🤨

    I sent a DM to @EE and was told that “you may receive a message like this from time to time, and restarting your phone simply allows it to reconnect to the network so that you're getting the best service possible” no explanation for why the message is from Unknown and not EE.

    @EE I told them I just bought a new phone and changed my contract a few months ago. He insisted I told him what phone I had and when I said a OnePlus 3 times which he didn't understand he put the phone down on me saying I was wasting his time. Hence why I thought it was a scammer
