@EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

Shoddy customer service from @virginmedia compared to amazing customer service from @EE. Called EE today, immediately crediting my broadband bill after an error. Virgin media complaint still outstanding after two months.

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

An @openreach engineer repaired my @EE Broadband which was 49mg instead of 59mg which it once was. He found a faulty wire and repaired it. Line jumped to 59mg for about an hour or so then dropped back down to 49mg. EE not sending back engineer because fault 'fixed' ? @MarcAllera

@EE I tried about an hour ago and received one email for verification but upon clicking the link it said link invalid and to try again but again no email for the retry. It is a sim-only pay monthly contract that we bought a few months ago but never registered for an online account

@EE hi there. Joined via the store on Saturday, awaiting mobile number coming across from bt mobile. As I am a bt halo customer at the address the bt sims at I was able to get double data and 10% off. Received a bill today with full price and Iv not got my double data. Thanks

@EE First a salesperson took a contract without my permission, then I was told a manager would contact me, then I was told my case had been closed without resolution, then contract was finally removed, was told loyalty team would contact me and this was a lie AGAIN.
