@EE i can add an extra to my account for free, but how hard do you make it to set it up!! Ive ticked BT sport as my add on in my account. But nothing text wise has appeared. This is not a customer friendly experience.

@ee broadband has not been working for two months now since April. Today was the fourth time you have cancelled the confirmed and booked engineer appointment. No communication for cancellation again. Waited in vain. Cannot work from home without wifi. Shocking customer service

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

@ee report a network issue 6 months ago don't get fix ring up for pac codes to leave and all I had is phone calls from you ever since try to see what you can do. Fix tge signal would be great. Funny part was first call dropped out the second the person could no hear me.

I’ve called 3 times now and no delivery date given yet. I never saw a 28 day waiting period when I ordered but it’s there now

Shoddy customer service from @virginmedia compared to amazing customer service from @EE. Called EE today, immediately crediting my broadband bill after an error. Virgin media complaint still outstanding after two months.

@EE EE is the worse out of all the network I have tried. Most of the time can't even get signal to make a phone call. Even though I got unlimited internet but I hardly use few GB of data because most of the time no signal or very slow internet.

@EE I moved to 3 as I couldn’t make calls on EE in my home without standing by a certain window! No problems with data speed or making calls using 3’s network and it’s a lot cheaper too!

@lufcgilly @EE I had the same problem. Wanted iPhone 13. They put me through days of delays promising to beat my £39 a month through @ThreeUK and then said ‘best we can do is £56, but it’s worth it’ yeah mate nearly an extra £400 over 2 years. Left after 10 years.

@EE Hi. We have sim broadband at home. Do you have an extender which would increase the signal in the property as devices away from the unit are showing a weak signal.
