    @ee report a network issue 6 months ago don't get fix ring up for pac codes to leave and all I had is phone calls from you ever since try to see what you can do. Fix tge signal would be great. Funny part was first call dropped out the second the person could no hear me.

    Prepping for school our youngest.. New phone.. Cheaper contract thru online 3rd party still with @EE...tried to get a deal but they just give you a story that has no meaning to a client its all about them! Trying to cancel orig contract took details put on hold now 35 mins 👹

    @EE Yes I am it's really annoying as keep getting an automated email saying on way and can't check on my account, now being told your taking money out of my account based on old contract which I am not paying, is this fair and good customer service?

    @EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

    @ee broadband has not been working for two months now since April. Today was the fourth time you have cancelled the confirmed and booked engineer appointment. No communication for cancellation again. Waited in vain. Cannot work from home without wifi. Shocking customer service

    @EE hi, I’m trying to change my direct debit date but not having much luck. I called 150 to but the automated service just set me up a new direct debit ! All I simply want to do is change the date ?

    @EE Can anyone help me with a BT Sport login issue? I have BT Sport as an inclusive extra with my contract, but it's asking to verify my identity in order to be able to login, which I already had done last summer when I set the account up! I try to verify myself and it fails!

    @O2 Just want to say how incredibly impressed I am with your super helpful and friendly customer service. Thank you! @EE could learn a thing or two, everyone I have spoken to there recently has been aggressively rude and seemingly gone out of their way NOT to help me.
