Shoddy customer service from @virginmedia compared to amazing customer service from @EE. Called EE today, immediately crediting my broadband bill after an error. Virgin media complaint still outstanding after two months.

@EE Hi, I’d like to know how my 83 year old mum has been sold an 18 month broadband contract, from my bank account, when she only popped in for mobile help. Complaint raised, no response, but you’re already started billing me. Impressive, she only popped in last Saturday!

Prepping for school our youngest.. New phone.. Cheaper contract thru online 3rd party still with @EE...tried to get a deal but they just give you a story that has no meaning to a client its all about them! Trying to cancel orig contract took details put on hold now 35 mins 👹

@EE Hi Mickey, I purchased this separately and wasn't included as part of a damage cover/insurance scheme. Can't say I'm very happy with the product. The case included is okay but I'm really not happy with the screen protector that was included.

Why do I pay £60 a month for @EE signal to just go down literally ever hour...whats going on? I always payed extra for a good connection...please sort it out!
