Prepping for school our youngest.. New phone.. Cheaper contract thru online 3rd party still with @EE...tried to get a deal but they just give you a story that has no meaning to a client its all about them! Trying to cancel orig contract took details put on hold now 35 mins 👹

@PureSasori @Jessica85079057 @EE I ended up reversing the DD and cancelling it. I’ve spoken to them on two occasions and all they have done is close the complaint. The Fraudulent charges are still on my bill!!
