  @ee report a network issue 6 months ago don't get fix ring up for pac codes to leave and all I had is phone calls from you ever since try to see what you can do. Fix tge signal would be great. Funny part was first call dropped out the second the person could no hear me.

  @EE Hi, there appears to be a network issue in the SG16 and SG17 postcode regions. Several of us in the region have no mobile phone or data reception. It’s impossible to report via 150 when you have no reception. The Report A Problem web page is down and tells us to phone! 🤯

  @EE My mum has been without broadband for 7 days. Four days ago, my stepfather died at home. She is grieving and vulnerable, yet the service is still not fixed. EE promised a welfare team call at 7pm tonight. No one called. This is beyond unacceptable. We need urgent action NOW.

  @EE Spent 73 minutes on phone with Sebi (23 mins), Graham (12 mins) & Henry (38 mins) of EE earlier. I have a big issue that Henry promised he would find a solution for & then call me back. That was nearly 5 hours ago! He initially said he'd be back to me in 10 minutes. DISGRACE!

  @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.
