@HRLambert Ha! You just tried to use @EE 4G at Liverpool Street didn’t you...... They can see this all they want, but until I have enough network capacity to read an email at 17:30 on a weekday at Liverpool Street, I’ll remain non plussed.

Prepping for school our youngest.. New phone.. Cheaper contract thru online 3rd party still with @EE...tried to get a deal but they just give you a story that has no meaning to a client its all about them! Trying to cancel orig contract took details put on hold now 35 mins 👹

@Pdouglas1970 @EE I had to call them via a FaceTime to inlaw Stuff to do Settings/mobile data/mobdataoption the voice and data to 4g Then if no good manually select network to T-Mobile You may have to remove dial assist It then worked Let me know as there was other bits of not

@EE had a horrible experience with EE. I tried to save money by cancelling BT Sport which has two months remaining (£30) EE charged me £59.90 to do it. Make it make sense. They didn’t tell me during the call that I would be charged this fee. I found out via my extortionate bill t
