-
AgentGrizzle ™ © (@AgentGrizzle) reported from Tottenham, England
Hello @EE 👋 Just wondered, as a current customer on a soon to be expired Swappable Benefits plan with you, if I were to put my SIM card into a 5G enabled phone, would I gain access to 5G signal or would I still only have 4G access? (Hope this makes sense)
-
Chris Hudson (@Ch1Hudson) reported from Broxbourne District, England

-
Jason Coppin (@jason_coppin) reported from London, England
@EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳

Baby J (@DisneyDreamer30) reported from Tottenham, England
@EE Is there a problem with My Account? It says I have no devices and I need to add a number?
-
Markus Mühlberger (@mmuehlberger) reported from London, England
@ExperianExperts @Experian_UK @EE It is not EE’s decision, if you’re unable to provide me with a credit report claiming you can’t “identify who I am”, while NEVER asking for additional details or evidence. I’ve been trying for 8 months now to get this sorted.
-
Kevin Newman (@KevinWNewman) reported from London, England
@ianvisits Pointless arguing against the machine 🤖! Take your business elsewhere Ian. I’m sure @EE or @O2 will be willing to help out!
-
Markus Mühlberger (@mmuehlberger) reported from London, England
Thanks again @Experian_UK for being a shitty company. You are messing with my life. After 18 minutes on hold, your employee just hung up. I have no bad credit, but can’t get a £20/mo phone contract with @EE, because you’re not willing to identify me (or help you do it).
-
Emyr Glyn Rees (@emirrelevant) reported from Tottenham, England
. @EE I’ve been requesting a call back from your business support for over a month but getting nothing. Call in, I get an answer phone saying try later. Currently paying over the odds because contract is up and you have no interest in helping me. Call me, please.

-
Baby J (@DisneyDreamer30) reported from Tottenham, England
@MsIndieGo @EE @chunky_mufc Not aware of any issues? Are you joking? Every person you are now responding to is having the same issue!
-
Last Stand (@martin_namara) reported from Broxbourne District, England
Dear @EE yiu got problems? Can't access voicemail.....
-
Louis Esner (@louioo) reported from Enfield Lock, England
@EE I keep getting a notification from voicemail that I haven't activated my voicemail. I have recently (via EE website live chat) asked for my voicemail to be activated, which they confirmed they did. Could someone please help me as I currently have no voicemail #NoVoicemail
-
Adam Dent (@Dent29Dent) reported from Tottenham, England
@EE hi, I ordered a new phone yesterday and I have a confirmation email (without a reference number on it) but details as to when it will be delivered. Can you help?
-
John (@Dadyougeek) reported from Harlow, England
I’m guessing that @EE won’t admit there is a problem with gifting data which is why they won’t response to my customer service tweets
-
Emyr Glyn Rees (@emirrelevant) reported from Tottenham, England
@davechaps @EE Bruv. They are ***************, and about £45 a month too much from me. Business customer too. Idiots.
-
GraemeT (@75Snapper) reported from London, England
@EE come on guys the wife has two callbacks regarding an upgrade process that’s gone wrong at this rate you’ll be losing a valuable customer or even still lost it already #notahappywife

Andy Downes (@AndyDownes888) reported
@EE @denkmit I've been an EE customer for a long time and I rate the network over the others I have been with, but this is just a terrible decision to take. I also pay for two other contracts for my children. Looks like it could be three lost contracts when it comes to renewal time.
-
Kate (@kateraegan) reported
@EE what’s wrong with your app, I’ve not been able to sign in for days now 😒. I know my login info is ok as I can log in through the website but prefer the app.
-
Ingo (@infromatiker) reported
@EE Glad I’m not an @EE customer by the way.
-
Mrs Szy (@MySzyVoice) reported
@__Michael_Prior @EE Great. I do though hate All things Sky lol… BUT it’s good to know! Companies just change their minds and really couldn’t care less about us. Bit like this government although no where near as stupid
-
Rebecca W (@ReallyRew) reported
@EE I’m taking it that the ‘upgrading’ part means that when a current contract comes to an end the charges will apply? Can see I’m not alone in wondering why I’ve stuck with you (I was an 🍊 customer) Introduce this with new contracts, but surely loyalty counts for something?!
-
PaulTM™ 🇳🇱 #BlijfThuis (@Trogdouser) reported
@EE Hi there, You’re re-introducing roaming charges within Europe. I’m not a new customer, or upgrading. So how does that work?
-
Giselle #FBPE #FBPPR (@giselle97) reported
@EE @Kb19031160 You really have gone to rock bottom by mentioning NHS staff in your tweet to try to justify this hypocrisy! (An EE customer with my own dual SIM mobile!).
-
Stu (@SAnderson78uk) reported
@KrisReynolds @EE @EE That will be me moving networks. I am glad I found this out just before my contract ends and not after. Really poor. I am sure many customers will follow suit.
-
Craig (@craigus999) reported
@EE I appreciate you comments and sadly in my area the signal has gone from the best to barely registering at my home. Investment doesn't seem to be sufficient and I wonder how you would have done this if we still in the EU?
-
SignorC (@signoralbertoli) reported
@EE @AdiGaskell this is a pathetic answer. improving the network is mot “a pressure” but the least you cand do in a competitive market. Say goodbye to this roaming customer too.
