@EE ‘We will send an engineer to come round and fix your internet’. Engineer comes round and says there’s no problem, another engineer comes and checks outside, says it fine. So why do I have no broadband? Don’t ever get EE broadband. Pathetic

Karen Bull (@karenbull2301) reported from Shenley, England

@EE Hi, I’d like to know how my 83 year old mum has been sold an 18 month broadband contract, from my bank account, when she only popped in for mobile help. Complaint raised, no response, but you’re already started billing me. Impressive, she only popped in last Saturday!

@EE So.... @EE say they’re working on the prob. (Pretty much what they told me 10 yrs ago) I told them that it was BS. Not heard a peep from them — over 24hrs later! Appalling phone service matched w/ appalling customer service. Well, I suppose they’re consistent... @ThanetCouncil

  • Dibbssa
Sandra Dibble (@Dibbssa) reported from Walthamstow, England

@EE why do you, as a supposed leader in the tech world, send out eSims by Snail Mail? I am still waiting for one. Surely there must be a more efficient way. And don’t suggest I go to a store. Your staff are rude and unhelpful.

  • emirrelevant
Emyr Glyn Rees (@emirrelevant) reported from Tottenham, England

. @EE I’ve been requesting a call back from your business support for over a month but getting nothing. Call in, I get an answer phone saying try later. Currently paying over the odds because contract is up and you have no interest in helping me. Call me, please.

  • picklefork1965
Tony Rumsey 🐓🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@picklefork1965) reported from Ilford, England

@EE What a joke of a company, two hours spent on the chat trying to sort out an issue of a tablet upgrade, and being charged for two tablets. All I get is bullshit, by no marks, almost trying to insinuate its my fault. Not taking it laying down. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

  • GreyWolfDesignz
Alex 🇬🇧 🇩🇪 (@GreyWolfDesignz) reported from Barnet, England

  • Dadyougeek
John (@Dadyougeek) reported from Harlow, England

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Yes Tom, but the objective is to maximize profit NOT provide you with a functioning service. Golden rules of Capitalism: 1. Charge the maximum you can get away with. 2. Deliver the least you can get away with.

  • paalston
    Peter Alston (@paalston) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better

  • gavmarten
    Gav Marten (@gavmarten) reported

@BidSurreal @EE @TomTugendhat It’s mainly because our 4G mast equipment is old and oversubscribed. They aren’t updating them, blaming slow networks on delayed 5G rollout. However, 4G speeds are decent enough for most tasks.

  • STEVEOLUCKY7
    Steveo Davies🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@STEVEOLUCKY7) reported

@emsdoesnothing @EE Its total ****. I have been complaining for months. Never get what I was promised constantly resetting my router, going through fault check . 2nd router plus engineer visit still the same had a tits full. How do I find out when my contract is up so I can go elsewhere.. 😡

  • SiDix67
    Sarah Dixon (@SiDix67) reported

@EE Been through all of this. I am then directed to the App, using my data because I have no Wifi. New router and still no connection. You use AI Bots and close down technical support at 8pm. Frustration is not a strong enough term. I will be picking this up again later today.

  • HansMaulwurf51
    Hans Maulwurf (@HansMaulwurf51) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Any network connectivity in London is a joke

  • hanmark
    hanmark (@hanmark) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom doesn't use bike lanes or crossings so nobody else should be able to. Tom likes to show off that he lives in a more expensive area than you but thinks your tax should solve his connectivity problems. Tom hasn't heard of broadband or WiFi. Don't be like Tom.

  • drhanko2
    Dr Hanko Honkasson (@drhanko2) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom Tugendhat suggesting that somehow the Government is responsible for very poor coverage by privately run mobile networks in Dulwich, and that taxpayer should be funding improvements for companies like EE (2025 profits £1.2 billion) as infrastructure rather than cycle lanes.

  • scunnyplumbist

@wsmsteve @EE Me too.had BT not a problem.went to EE broadband it’s no where near as good

  • JohnAH190975
    John A Holman 🇬🇧 🇺🇦 🇵🇱 🇺🇸 🇩🇪 🇫🇷 (@JohnAH190975) reported

@EE really you ******* penalised me for not paying my phone bill but you ******* can't even fix the ******* EE App as I said before the ee app is ****** because it doesn't allow me to look at my bills which gives me the option to pay my bills
