  @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are THE worst company I have ever, ever had to deal with. The customer service online, on the phone, everything is just diabolical. Thank god I left and went to @EE who’s customer service are impeccable.

  @EE very disappointed with the new Smart Hub 6 Plus router. The BT router it replaced had a far better Wifi signal and now, every day it assigns various devices in our home with the same internal IP address which results in none of them being able to connect with doorbell.

  @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Who is virtue signalling? "But we’re spending £4.5 billion in bike lanes and crossings" Know what Paris now also has? Far superior bike infrastructure, in addition to their better mobile network buildout. Perhaps you should have countered 5G fears better when in government.

  @EE good evening , after trying all day to reach customer services and actually “ speak” to someone I am constantly directed to a message service that tells me all is working fine 😱 it’s not or I would t be wasting my time . I’m losing the will to live and out of contract

  Love how I pay a small fortune to @EE and still have shocking broadband and have to hot-spot my phone..one day off I get and can't have two items on at the same time. Done the checks, had new router and engineer visit still crap. How hard can it be to get what you pay for

  @EE I take out a 5g phone and can’t get any signal even when it drops to 4G I pay good money each month and the signal is **** ! Don’t say check the area to see if theirs a fault either ! Sort or it goes in the bin !

  @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Marylebone hardly has any signal either I got way better signal in the countryside in Indonesia than in parts of major UK cities
