@EE Help! My SIM is no longer provisioned so I'm completely cut off. This after the wrong phone was delivered to me. And several lengthy calls to customer service with no joy. I've been with Orange and now EE since 2002.

@EE I've just been cut off from my second customer service call of the day (after 21 and 14 mins respectively) I'm requesting an e-sim. New dual sim phone arrived today but apparently I need an e-sim. Please help as even with data calling I don't get good coverage at home.Thanks

@EE So took 31 minutes to get through, only to tell me that they can't help with this and I should communicate with store A. I started with communicating with store A, which told me to call store B, which told me to call this number. Great, after an hour made a full loop, no progress
