  @EE data would not work all day yesterday. Not the first time. In general on a daily basis, service is bad.please don't blame the storm. This is ongoing for a long time now. My phone continously cutting out and says no service. Mostly reliant on my home broadband for wifi calls!

  @EE I've called 150 to report a fault and seek assistance two days running now, as well as emailing your consumer resolutions address on both days. I'm being ignored. A customer for ten years, longer for my mobiles, loyal despite a long history of past complaints. EE is a disgrace.

  @LeilaniDowding @EE That ship has sailed. The old analogue phone network is being switched off in January. Either you have a mobile as backup or you buy a battery backup. (Uninterruptable Power Supply UPS). BT/EE or whatever their name is this week will supply them for vulnerable people.
