Consumer law says that the place you got the phone (for me this is the EE store) need to sort this at no cost, as it is a 2 year warranty, but when I asked in the @EE store, they said I needed to bring it in, and it gets sent away for 2-3 WEEKS to get independently reviewed (wtf)

Am I the only prick that gets a phone call once a month from @EE trying to sell me shit I honestly don’t need and tell them that every time they call, although I do tell them to stop calling but they clearly don’t listen to that either.

@HRLambert Ha! You just tried to use @EE 4G at Liverpool Street didn’t you...... They can see this all they want, but until I have enough network capacity to read an email at 17:30 on a weekday at Liverpool Street, I’ll remain non plussed.

@EE Have you turned 4g off now? I couldn't watch the semi final on my tablet the other night because your service is rubbish. My missus got mugged off with an EE contract but as soon as it is finished it is gone.

@EE thanks Olivia. Is there some sort of network guarantee like @VodafoneUK have where if i dont like it i can leave. Last time i was on EE it was PAYG and my phone was regularly on GPRS or Edge which is obviously not good

@seafordroly @EE @ThreeUK I used to get the occasional area with 3 when at work where it drops. So I thought id try EE as Vic said theybwrre good. Now im battling to get signal far more often! Id imagine in Towns and Cities EE are probably very very good. But in my experience 3 are better geographically.

@kevinbacon @EE can you please help me get a refund from EE because they have cancelled an Active pay as you go SIM card and advised me to then purchase another one which they are now not activating. It’s not much money but it’s the principle and have technically STOLEN from me
