    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are THE worst company I have ever, ever had to deal with. The customer service online, on the phone, everything is just diabolical. Thank god I left and went to @EE who’s customer service are impeccable.

    @EE why do you, as a supposed leader in the tech world, send out eSims by Snail Mail? I am still waiting for one. Surely there must be a more efficient way. And don’t suggest I go to a store. Your staff are rude and unhelpful.

    @ee EE 5G is useless. I wish I could turn it off and use their 4G network. It's slow and intermittent anywhere in the country.

    @EE If you can fix the EE Wifi on London's Tube Network, then I'll engage in open dialogue. Otherwise I am simply wasting my time as I have complained about this on multiple occasions and nothing ever gets resolved. I am aware it piggybacks off of Virgin's Wifi, but even so....

    @EE Straight from a script, more customers means more revenue. These new customers are using the same network not a new one. I would imagine your capital growth far exceeds your capital expenditure

    @EE Gutted! Less than a week into our new ee mobile broadband contract and we've gone from 70mps to a non functioning 0.75! Can't get through to CS on the phone either. Can you help please,?
