Shocking few days of service from @EE this past week. But fantastic customer service earlier on hooked up another wifi connection on the broadband which has speeded everythingback up. Normal life can now resume.

@EE I've been waiting 6days to get my old PAYG number transferred to a new SIM only monthly contract with you. The advisors I've spoken to have lied to me stating it will be done within 24 hrs. If this issue isn't sorted today I'm cancelling the contract. Really disappointed.

@EE your customer service is great when entering a new contract but when I opted to exercise my rights under the 14 day cooling off law I experienced defensive, rude and inconsiderate staff - and you didn’t know you have a shop in enfield....

@harwood_steve @O2 @EE EE service is shit around Chingford guys I work with never get a service I'm o2 never had a problem. Probably the country you're in. Plus we always get upgraded at the o2 by the o2 Angel's.

@EE Already been told my upgrade hasn’t even been processed to dispatch even though it was once again meant to be delivered yesterday/today. Absolute joke with poor customer service or care in the world THIS UPGRADE HAS BEEN ONGOING SINCE 9th NOVEMBER!!!
