@EE Morning team. Moved residence and my indoor signal is 1 bar and out doors 2. Usage is virtually impossible most of the time. Wifi calling helps but how can I find out if there’s any plans for a increase in area coverage?

@virginmedia have the worst customer service I know of... @EE & @SkyHelpTeam are SO much better. I messaged Virgin at 10:30 on Thursday, as a very longstanding customer & waited over an hour for them on the phone before giving up. At 5:30pm Friday, they still have not replied!

@EE Giffgaff has unlimited everything for £35 and even that is very expensive and crazy for the price in the current day’s we are living networks need to help their customers

@markgosy @EE At least they have a pretty decent Wi-Fi service on the low level platforms, but it isn't ideal. I think there's soon going to be work on the Northern City Line (Drayton Park to Moorgate), starting perhaps with platforms and then the tunnels. Can't remember all the details.

@EE following up on the bad signal in the area I now stay in, can’t even have a call while walking in the neighbourhood, I may have to make a drastic decision and move to @O2 I’m in a 12 month contract so what are the cancellation terms if you can not provide a reliable service?

@EE you guys are a ******* joke. Every year, 3-4 fraudulent lines get added to my account and you can’t seem to stop it. Just called customer service, and I got transferred from customer services, to business accounts, to sales, then to billing! Get your act together!!!!!!

Constantly wondering how @EE wouldn't let me have an S22 Ultra for less thank like £85 a month, when Three would have given me one for like £40. Friends have got them cheap as chips and I'm stuck with this garbage Pixel. Feel like someone's had my pants down here.

@EE Nearly a fortnight ago you "accidentally" changed my number without me asking. You have consistantly failed to change it back. I registered a complaint, and was told I would receive a call on Sunday about it, yet nothing. Is this normal service for EE?
