    @EE Good evening,i upgraded my contract on sat eve, new phone was told via mail to ring 0800 0790531,due to some minor details b4 the new mob is despatched, 5-5hours later u cant get through as always busy.. Why ask a customer to ring in when u know the lines are soo busy?

    @EE Morning team. Moved residence and my indoor signal is 1 bar and out doors 2. Usage is virtually impossible most of the time. Wifi calling helps but how can I find out if there’s any plans for a increase in area coverage?

    @EE Roughly how long is ‘shortly’ when referring to waiting for ‘a member of the team’ to ask about my returns pack for my old phone? (I’m guessing if I never get through I’ll still be charged for not returning the old phone?) (I know it’s over 20 mins...)

    @virginmedia have the worst customer service I know of... @EE & @SkyHelpTeam are SO much better. I messaged Virgin at 10:30 on Thursday, as a very longstanding customer & waited over an hour for them on the phone before giving up. At 5:30pm Friday, they still have not replied!

    @markgosy @EE At least they have a pretty decent Wi-Fi service on the low level platforms, but it isn't ideal. I think there's soon going to be work on the Northern City Line (Drayton Park to Moorgate), starting perhaps with platforms and then the tunnels. Can't remember all the details.

    @EE Giffgaff has unlimited everything for £35 and even that is very expensive and crazy for the price in the current day’s we are living networks need to help their customers

    @EE following up on the bad signal in the area I now stay in, can’t even have a call while walking in the neighbourhood, I may have to make a drastic decision and move to @O2 I’m in a 12 month contract so what are the cancellation terms if you can not provide a reliable service?

    @EE I’m having the worst customer service with you lot ever. All I get is Covid this due to Covid that. It’s absolutely disgusting the way I’m been treated😡 I can’t even get anyone to talk to. 1 hour 15mins still holding and then get cut off

    @EE Hi, I’ve finally managed to speak to someone on 150. They have sorted it. They advise it should be generated within the next couple of days. They aren’t sure what the problem was.

    Hey @VodafoneUK your networ has some SERIOUS reconnecting issues in Newcastle/Gateshead areas. Unlike @EE it doesn't work underground on the @My_Metro system, but when coming back outside it only ever connects to H+ Put airplane mode on and off, 4G/5G pops, tried after 20m wait

    @EE I’m in Norther Ireland and I haven’t had 4G wifi since Friday 17th June. I’ve phoned EE once and used the online chat twice over the past week and still the issue is not resolved. I am very unhappy about this. EE how are you going to get this sorted?
