@EE I was given false information, the lady that signed my new contract assured me it was cheaper than the previous year, that turned out not to be true and now there's a £4 rise. Time for a change, the huge increase in the cost of living benefits EE but not the customer

@O2 your 4G is worse than a late 90’s dial up, when it works of course. As you are consistently failing to provide…well any service what so ever, I can break my contract no questions ask and go back to @EE that I wish I’d never left?

@EE very poor signals (reception) coverage since last 10 days around Redbridge Station (IG1) area. Can you please rectify this as it’s causing so much issue and unable to make calls and use internet most of the time. Thank you

@EE If you work for ee then my issues has gone to complaints and no manager had attempted to call me like advisor have said. I spoke to on the web chat who clearly was reading from a script saying he’s a manager. But wasn’t even in this country.

I’ve just had the pleasure of talking to @EE customer services. The person I spoke to kept insisting that the government set inflation and that EE have no choice about increasing their prices. Apparently the government makes them. Duh.

Given cost of living crisis should @EE adopt @VodafoneUK’s approach on phone/airtime deals by setting up 2 contracts: 1. An open ended one for the phone service 2. A handset repayment plan, not subject to CPI increases, which automatically ends once paid off? Please retweet

I had a phone repair in EE as no visible damage or anything at a store that did 2 hour repairs, I had to leave my phone in overnight as they asked Google tech support for advice over something (lord knows what?) And I asked them to change the SIM just in case it was that.

@EE Either that or the first time your colleague was incompetent and couldn't help fix it and if someone now can via the phone... whilst overall that'd be good, it'd be again worrying why this didn't happen sooner given that we already have called and talked to someone
