    @EE Giffgaff has unlimited everything for £35 and even that is very expensive and crazy for the price in the current day’s we are living networks need to help their customers

    @markgosy @EE At least they have a pretty decent Wi-Fi service on the low level platforms, but it isn't ideal. I think there's soon going to be work on the Northern City Line (Drayton Park to Moorgate), starting perhaps with platforms and then the tunnels. Can't remember all the details.

    @EE Morning team. Moved residence and my indoor signal is 1 bar and out doors 2. Usage is virtually impossible most of the time. Wifi calling helps but how can I find out if there’s any plans for a increase in area coverage?

    @EE Good evening,i upgraded my contract on sat eve, new phone was told via mail to ring 0800 0790531,due to some minor details b4 the new mob is despatched, 5-5hours later u cant get through as always busy.. Why ask a customer to ring in when u know the lines are soo busy?

    @EE I’m having the worst customer service with you lot ever. All I get is Covid this due to Covid that. It’s absolutely disgusting the way I’m been treated😡 I can’t even get anyone to talk to. 1 hour 15mins still holding and then get cut off

    @EE I have been trying to get someone to call me regarding me current bill. I have had to chase this twice, then told it had been raised as a complaint, then the case was closed within an hour and I still have not heard from anyone? Can someone please help- unhappy customer here!

    Just been watching a consumer programme and an analyst says @EE customer pay more for their monthly contracts than anyone else in Europe ,and that's before without roaming charges come in ,they are a rip off .

    @DPDgroup_news That page is not helpful in the slightest. I got through to someone on live chat who tell me I need to talk to my service provider for a refund. I phone @EE and they tell me you need to give the refund!

    Was days away from getting a contract with @ThreeUK, following @EE bringing in roaming charges. However after todays news I wont be. @O2 Fancy a new customer or are you also bringing roaming charges back too?
