  @EE please tell me why your service has been so bad over the last 12 months plus.. i rarely get more than 2 bars on my phone. Live in London E6 and whole area has shocking service. All day in Cambridge yesterday and only one bar. I have 3 phones on EE contracts and all the same.

  @EE Hi Jo, I didn't no. Am currently on a SIM only with yous, phone was bought as a PAYG. If I try using My EE, it advises me that the phone isn't linked to my phone number. It asks me to call in, but cust service desk just redirect to the website.

  @EE Rubbish service - end though I purchased data allowance on roaming in Delhi. Upon arrival my data didn’t work , couldn’t call as outside hrs, recorded message asked me to contact business chat but in the absence of data I could not even do that !

  @EE Have just spoken to your customer service team - appalling- not willing to compensate for the failure to connect to roaming- closing the case before speaking to the technical team - really shocked at this appalling service
