    @EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

    @EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

    @EE Hi Peter. It’s just the past of town I was in it wasn’t working. Fine about a mile either direction but in the main shopping area there was no signal, well, just really poor 3G which wasn’t loading anything. Usually get at least 1-2 bars of 4G there. There’s 5G down the road!

    @EE I've paid for 2 months of home broadband that hasn't been working - still, no one has come out to help. Luckily, I'm at the end of my contract and won't be renewing, but I'm seriously disappointed and would like to have a refund resolved

    @EE Your Customer Service is usually exemplary. Not today! Absolutely abysmal. I spent a long time on the phone earlier to EE in Ireland and was given totally wrong information. My password was changed and I’m now locked out of my app. I’ve sent 2 DMs to you today - HELP PLEASE!
