@EE Help! My SIM is no longer provisioned so I'm completely cut off. This after the wrong phone was delivered to me. And several lengthy calls to customer service with no joy. I've been with Orange and now EE since 2002.

@virginmedia Known issue reported. Estimated fix: 24+ hours after issue began 🙄… Wouldn’t be as bad if everyone weren’t tethering on their phones as a result of the outage. Seeing only 2 Mbps @EE when on 4G 🤨

@EE I've just been cut off from my second customer service call of the day (after 21 and 14 mins respectively) I'm requesting an e-sim. New dual sim phone arrived today but apparently I need an e-sim. Please help as even with data calling I don't get good coverage at home.Thanks

@virginmedia I spoke to your team already. Really poor service. They said there was nothing they could do. As I can’t be without a phone for 5 days I’ve signed up with @EE instead. I was able to walk into their shop this afternoon and get a new sim immediately.

@EE @M_Davieswrites You say it’s because you have a growing network, if you’re networks growing then it could be assumed you have more customers and more income into the business. We have been told now to ask for pay rises this year because it will fuel inflation yet we have a multi million (2/3)
