  @EE @WeAreOpenreach The order was placed ages ago the equipment fitted but connection to post outside couldn't be made as there is an issue with it we were informed along with our nextdoor neighbour we could ask if they could use the electricity pole to run the cable

  @MsVespertilio @EE EE are awful they charged me 270 pounds for a supposed breach of contract , they admitted that they have no proof but I had to pay in protest!! 15 years as a customer down the drain never again with @EE
