    I remember when @EE would pursued you to stay as a customer and offer a nice deal, now they aren’t bothered, I guess that’s cos they are the biggest, they can’t transfer you to a manager as they are working from home!!!

    From my perspective this highlights how big companies like @EE need to work harder on their customer experience. They are prioritising processes over people rather than being customer-centric and finding a solution that leaves them happy.

    @EE Please help out. I know I’ve asked this before but we not in the 90’s anymore. On my iPhone I’m unable to merge calls, eg I call someone, put them on hold and call another then merge. When is this basic feature that all phones have going to be enabled on ur network?

    @EE I’ve noticed that over the last 6months or so, network reception round the area I live has suddenly started dropping out, so much so I can barely make a call when I’m out. What has gone on? Can you fix it?

    @EE Hi Chris, nothing happens. I love tried with numerous calls. The conference call function just does not work. You welcome to try it your side on your phone and you’ll see. EE doesn’t support this feature it seems.

    @VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

    I joined @EE not 4 weeks ago. Check out their record... 1) sent my chip to the wrong address 2) conflated my account with them with some other poor soul. Therefore mixing all and theirs details! 3) then after 3weeks of no phone use, they send me a data only sim... Meanwhile...

    @EE Congrats. I've worked in Telecoms so I know you rarely if ever get a good response on the product (it either works in the background or it's evil) but I've never had reason to complain, decent app, and I like the Add to Plan. Being back Orange phone fund and wider choice though.

    @EE I've been in EE for twenty years now, can't fault the network personally but I do have three concerns. 1 - Surrounded by 5G but not my town. 2 - Pricing is extremely expensive. 3 - No loyalty consideration. I doubt I'll leave the network but I'll be going SIM only most likely.

    @EE hi I never use up my 4g however it has almost ran out I will need to wait till 29th for renewal cant understand why this has happened
