    @EE Reach the 12th month in April I think. Plan on going into a store to re-negotiate another year but as @virginmedia use your network and if they offer the same services then really comes down to paying less for receiving the same :) no hard feelings 😘

    @EE My data’s ok, as are my texts. Someone just tried to call me 10 times! It’s been a problem with my signal but nothing to this extent

    I’m connected to a 4G service in central London but the service is slower than the old GPRS. Interesting to see that @EE recently one best network in Birmingham. Experience on the ground is utter shite if anyone bothered to step outside EE HQ and take a look.

    That feeling when you switch to @EE and you realise you can’t call back home (internationally) because of company protection policy that says: If you new customer you are not trusted as you might make big bill and not pay it ... what a joke !One reason to never be the best!Shame

    Thanks @ee for using only #IPv6 great for you to force this on users when not every #ISP provides support for it so now my 3CX app wont work as its hosted on a IPv4 server as the ISP dont supply IPv6

    @EE just feel that we were told the wrong information, and now we’ve paid £172 for something that your store team said would be sorted. That’s £172 that, like many, can’t afford to waste which is why we moved to BT in the first place. Been a loyal customer for so long!!

    @EE love how my girlfriend is getting texts from you about her data allowances in the isle of man while we stand atop Grassmoor- in the lake district a meager 70km east. Honestly if your towers are that bad I can see how the police can't find missing people #useless #notpaying

    Hi, really upset with my treatment from EE this morning. Forcing me to pay a £6 premium charge when I’m supposed to have a spend cap. Rest assured this loyal customer will be taking their and their family’s business elsewhere when my contract runs out. @EE

    I am not an @EE customer and considering how I've been passed from pillar to post by them over a simple task, I never will be. Literally been sent in circles and it's impossible to talk to a human being. Absolute disgrace.
