  Ok, my mb isn't that old. I'm being bombarded with messages from @EE to upgrade! Now notifications are hit & miss. Service is hit & miss with emergency calls only. Thing is, I changed supplier when I got this phone & it was brilliant. Doesn't add up! Time for a new supplier.

  So after 3 of @EE #broadband "quality" assurance team break their appointments with no apologies with one lying about trying to phone late, the fourth says reason for poor service is my @Sonos equipment. So I have to live without sounds for 24hrs. #ee #badcustomerservice

  @EE Already done that. They were no help. Flatly refused to provide an extender which Sky did without question. There doesn’t appear to be any way to provide feedback to EE. I don’t have a TV license. I do not want to be able to see BBC. I can delete from Firestick but not from EE.

  @EE help my broadband has broken and I can’t get a new one until Monday at the earliest. Can you get it to me any soon or does any EE shops have any stock of routers that I could collect ,my girls having a sleepover on Saturday to watch movies on @NetflixUK and on @sky streaming
