@EE worse customer services - called 3 times throughout the day with no answer - held on for 30 minutes each call ! Sending back my broken EE tv box and cancelling subscription for broadband and box !

@EE Morning guys I am pretty annoyed I work in NW5 1LB and again there is a SERVICE issue at this location - this has been going on for weeks now - it gets fixed then a few days later it breaks again can you update and indicate when this issue will be solved permanently Thank U

@EE please confirm when you’ll resolve the issues in KT6. This has been ongoing for over 4 weeks already with the services barely usable in that location. Last update from the service status now shows several more weeks minimum, which is not acceptable.

Can I just say a massive thank you to @Ecclesiastical and @EE. After someone I was trying to help stole my mobile phone from the desk in the Vicarage study, EE sorted the blocking and blacklisting in minutes as well as proof of purchase and I already have a phone on its way!

@EE Yes. It was a long hard lesson with @three that on paper they offered the same for more than half the price but in reality it was a dumpster fire of a service. Terrible customer support. Smug social team and diabolical data speeds and coverage. So not cheap at all really!

@EE Yes I don’t that a number of times over the past few weeks , I only ever have issues in the DA9 area it’s worse at Bluewater I know I am not the only one as I have looked on FB and a number of people have said the same

@ciarale01 @EE Hi, anyone whom gets texts like this should NOT respond to them. Please go into your local mobile provider store, the staff are trained to help you and they will tell you if this texts real or not.

@EE Hi my network on my phone keeps cutting out and have had no signal all day. Person in the same room with same phone has full signal and no issues. I’ve reset phone and network settings. P.s it’s an iPhone 12 Pro Max. Please help!

@EE My daughter keeps losing data and the calls drop from time to time we have complained countless times and she gets told to reset her phone which she does again and again she's had new sim cards as well your not providing the service she is paying for
