Which is understandable, people let you down, especially outside of your organisation. I'm just dissappointed with 1) The time it took to tell me that the agreed date was no longer happening

In any mobile statistics page I've seen that is almost a non existent or very poor signal. South Gilmerton is a black hole when it comes to phone reception.

Is it usual for you to cut customers off and leave them entirely in the dark about it? They like their fraud! They don't want to stay in business by the looks of it
