  @EE Reported my wifi keeps dropping, the lady I spoke to said she could see it had been dropping for a few days & changed the channel. Also said she would send a text with a link if it dropped again - that never happened! Wifi still dropping & spent 20 minutes on phone in a queue.

  @EE Because the signal strength and Wi-Fi channel are identical to my neighbors. This usually happens when the a single access point is broadcasting multiple SSIDs for multiple networks.
