  @VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

  @EE Hi, You keep asking me to create a new profile as I'm apparently on an old profile. When I try, it states my email addresses is already in use. Why couldn't you just migrate user accounts to the newer profiles instead of causing issues? Technology is great if you use it properly.

  So I have people who sometimes can’t connect to me. Says number doesn’t exist. I then have people calling me and saying they have a missed call from my number when I haven’t called. @EE how do I actually get this resolved? The number has a routing issue that no one will help sort

  @grantaddick100 @EE Those, and all the ones with a ‘higher than average’ call waiting time and then cut the phone off after a set time so you always end up at the back of the queue. Employ more people, pay them better, actually help your customers.
