@ee broadband has not been working for two months now since April. Today was the fourth time you have cancelled the confirmed and booked engineer appointment. No communication for cancellation again. Waited in vain. Cannot work from home without wifi. Shocking customer service

@ee report a network issue 6 months ago don't get fix ring up for pac codes to leave and all I had is phone calls from you ever since try to see what you can do. Fix tge signal would be great. Funny part was first call dropped out the second the person could no hear me.

Prepping for school our youngest.. New phone.. Cheaper contract thru online 3rd party still with @EE...tried to get a deal but they just give you a story that has no meaning to a client its all about them! Trying to cancel orig contract took details put on hold now 35 mins 👹

@EE on 17th October, I paid upfront cost of 100£ to place a pre-order for the new iPhone 12 pro, after a month of waiting, I’ve cancelled it, because it was getting ridiculous. Since 17-18 November I’m still waiting to get MY MONEY BACK. Again, EE customer service at their finest

@jabrils_ My Pixel was in for warranty repair recently (great service from @EE) and I went back to using a @Moto Droid (the original one, sliding keyboard, smart dock, automatic car mode). Took a while for the muscle memory to come back. Modern Android is perfection in comparison to iOS

@kevinbacon Just wanted to let you know that @EE ain't all that. They've constantly broken their promise to @Penbrynhir to provide a signal booster box so that she and my Stepdad can use their phones in the house. My Stepdad has to walk up the road to get a signal.

@EE I'm having issues with my note 20 ultra I got for you It's having random presses and when I plug it in the screen becomes very buggy and can't really use it whilst on charge. Is a replacement possible?
