@EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?
-
Jaysica Marvell (@jaysica) reported from Stevenage District, England
@ChatMarketingUK @EE I’ve been waiting two weeks for mine and the last time I called up EE, just as they were about to explain the line disconnected and they didn’t call back. I’ve called 3 times now and no delivery date given yet. I never saw a 28 day waiting period when I ordered but it’s there now

@EE hi I need to request a standard disconnection from abroad. I had a family’s emergency and I am staying indefinitely in Spain. My contract is over. What can I do?
-
Phoenix Rahman (@Phoenixrahman) reported
@EE @bryonydixon It’s funny you say that you guys are “investing into our leading customer service” and yet go do the one thing that goes opposite of that statement. Break your promise. That is no way to be a “leading customer service”.
-
Jim (@jimcox82) reported
@EE Nice job, I wont be renewing my contract with you over your reintroduction of roaming charges. Over 10 years as a customer and this is how you behave after saying you wouldnt introduce them. I'll be going back on my word to finish paying the rest of my contract.
-
Just don't call me crackers (@FadedOnCookies) reported
@EE Stop blaming the roaming charge on the NHS 'support' you offered last year, absolutely disgusting sidetracking
-
Dave_In_The_House (@BrothProf) reported
@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK Hang on, I thought it was only O2 who were reintroducing roaming charges? Wait, I’m confused…
-
Jez (@ASC_Jez) reported
@EE @WeAre8Official I’ve been happy with your service for years now and would’ve previously recommended you to others, but your decision to reintroduce EU roaming charges after previously announcing you wouldn’t is shocking. A fair use data cap would’ve been reasonable but this is pure greed.

@StanCollymore @EE EE, Sky and BT are the worst telecommunications companies in the UK.
-
David Hodges (@DavidHo58081299) reported
@EE only a few more months and I will ditch you for your broken promise on EU roaming. And to do it when you think nobody will notice.
-
Andrew (@revelationspace) reported
@EE So what tangible benefits will I, an EE customer, get from this change?
-
Stan Collymore (@StanCollymore) reported
Nice to see @EE unable to resist the tap in of charging Britons roaming charges without an iota of a viable reason to. If you're paying roaming charges for Europe in 2021, you're absolutely mad. Go with any network who wouldn't charge , because there's no good reason to. None.
