@EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

@ee broadband has not been working for two months now since April. Today was the fourth time you have cancelled the confirmed and booked engineer appointment. No communication for cancellation again. Waited in vain. Cannot work from home without wifi. Shocking customer service

@EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

@EE I have done. Took a while but sorted. I have unlimited data with EE and force ultra high resolution on Apple Music and HD on YouTube. Not once have I had to deal with buffering. Not the most reliable data connection I've had. The most reliable internet connection full stop.

@EE can someone help me please. Can get through on the phone. It won’t connect. My bill is produced on the 20th. A bill has appeared out of nowhere and you’ve applied a £50 charge for an upgrade that shouldn’t be there! Every time I change something or upgrade there’s an issue!

I’ll never forget the time in ‘13 when @EE @EldonSqNCL made me wait for 2hrs in their new, empty store while they deliberated over whether or not to sell me a phone. Conditions were a credit check and £200. I left. Don’t screw young customers, they grow up and accrue wealth.
