  @EE @MarcAllera I’ve been in touch about my attempt to upgrade. I’ve only been a customer for about 10 years but whilst your team try to be helpful sadly I couldn’t feel less valued. Guess it’s time to move. I’ll cancel my upgrade, get my money back and give another network a try

  @_NFFCJosh @EE frustrating. downdetector is reporting it. my issue my downstream fibre (installed 6months ago) has gone from 900Mb to 60Mb. whilst my upstream is still 70Mb and i dont know if its to do with their "app" issues and knock on effect or my end. i've rebooted all and its the same

  @EE Why are u telling me this now I was unable to ring any of those numbers earlier. When I try to ring EE, I received a message to say you had tried to call earlier. Not spoken to EE for over a week while they’re trying to resolve my issue. 25 times best provider is rubbish.
