@EE My wife isn’t able to register online so can’t get our account number to cancel. The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.

@EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

@EE so far this year you have advised me 20 times of a problem with the network in my area. Now I'm no expert but maybe you need to change aerial suppliers. And some advice: no signal still = no signal even after restarting my phone... just want a reliable signal 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

@EE what’s going on with your network in PO4 and PO1 areas? Calls are not coming through and keep failing. Usually have full signal but both me and others now only have 1. It’s been like this since the start of the week.
