    @EE My wife isn’t able to register online so can’t get our account number to cancel. The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.

    @EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

    @EE & would attempt the next day. No attempt & sent back to EE. Called CS & was told nothing they could do & to ring returns who said nothing they could do & and ring CS! But redelivery likely to take a week. Phone for work so cannot wait that long! Been a customer for 16 years!

    @EE A day late. worked out its a poor connection in the box you put on my wall. any tiny knock from the curtain as we draw it, and the cable moves in the socket. need a new socket, that holds the cable in properly.can you sort that out please?
