@EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

@EE My wife isn’t able to register online so can’t get our account number to cancel. The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.

@EE Hi I’ve performed a software update on my phone and toggled the flight mode off and on and restarted my phone and it still says “No Service” I’ve not had signal since Friday afternoon and my account is up to date with billing etc.
