@EE My wife isn’t able to register online so can’t get our account number to cancel. The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.

@EE Just tried ringing@EE can't get through. Absolutely brilliant. Paying nearly £80 a month for having a poor signal nearly most of the time. Not happy

@EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

@Stevieboys7 @EE I’m on 4G and it went to 3G then nothing and later I saw where the EE logo is said EE EDGE and next to the signal strength I got E, even with 3G I couldn’t get on the internet I could text my son and called him his phone is on my plan he said his fine

@EE I’ve been without internet all day ! But it’s like they said the other day when I rang them they don’t guarantee signal. Now they don’t guarantee internet which apparently I used 100 gig of in 24 days I must have been using my personal hotspot for the NW
