    @EE Yesterday I posted about our area not having any issues with calls etc. As a disabled person with sleep issues/insomnia/painsomnia I rely on my TV thru the night very much. I'm now unable to do this as my TV package is now not working! Obv the issues have spread further...

    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    @EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

    @EE My wife isn’t able to register online so can’t get our account number to cancel. The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.

    @EE @MarcAllera I’ve been in touch about my attempt to upgrade. I’ve only been a customer for about 10 years but whilst your team try to be helpful sadly I couldn’t feel less valued. Guess it’s time to move. I’ll cancel my upgrade, get my money back and give another network a try

Cyberpunk is the mess it is because of poor management, they deserve no accolades. And neither does Last of Us 2 or any game that harboured under the illusion that crunch was 'necessary'.

    @EE are a scumbags! They messed up, ignored my complaint, limited my network when I went to the ombudsman so I couldn’t make a call and then shut off my network when I refused the remedy so I can’t receive calls. Now they’re refusing to accept electronic proceedings

    @EE big shame to ee. Every agents giving different answer to customers. And when you accept one of the agents offer they say you are given wrong information. EE, You are loosing a valued customer.
