The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.

I'm now unable to do this as my TV package is now not working! Obv the issues have spread further...

I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. Getting a phone from EE is great, the team on the phones are brilliant Once a phones goes wrong and you walk in to a store.. they are horrendous.
