The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.

I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE so now two weeks since my BT broadband was changed to the faster 1.6 mb option and since the 22nd of July - 2whole weeks ago all I have had is apology after apology as to why when transferring from BT to EE things still haven’t been set up correctly- now I have to wait another 5 working days - so another week for a service was promised would be up and running after midnight on 23rd July - absolutely appalling service from a provider who apparently has been voted the vast for the last 25 year what a pile of 💩

You really need to train your instore staff and phone staff. Only decent store staff was ava in trafford centre

We’ve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & they’ve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.
