I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

I spoke to the customer service more than 1 hour and 1 person ask all the details and waste 20,25 minutes and pass the phone to another and she asked me the same questions and pass to the other. EE supply chain giving a time slot 9am to 5pm 1/1

Don't worry, I wont take out new stuff with you but I'll keep my mobile with you as your charges are ok. They wont name the bank so I can call the bank to say Mrs Susan Burne is a fraudster etc! Refused to help
