@EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

@EE My wife isn’t able to register online so can’t get our account number to cancel. The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.

@EE i can add an extra to my account for free, but how hard do you make it to set it up!! Ive ticked BT sport as my add on in my account. But nothing text wise has appeared. This is not a customer friendly experience.

@EE Yes, I’ve spoken to them. They said about sending an engineer round but it then started working as normal. I can only assume that there is no fault, just a second rate service being provided.

I'm a long standing @EE customer that spends in excess of £200+ every month for a service I'm not currently receiving, this highly disappointing. Today marks 4 days without any broadband, which is just not good enough. I've had an engineer out today and still have no service.

@EE We are paying our bills every month, but frankly, we are getting nowhere near the service we should be. The signal strength is so poor in our locality (and has deteriorated) - in an emergency, I certainly wouldn't want to be stuck. Fix it, please.

@O2 Sorry I am unable to DM you The issue is that I have contacted 8 times, listened to all your telephone directions to frustration. Each time, someone either tries to resolve the issue, or fills out a form I simply cannot get access. I've changed my PW 8 times or more. @EE
