    @packlam73 @O2 @EE That's not how that works (speaking as an ex-network guy who worked on building the EE née T-Mobile / Orange 4G network.) Also, EE were the only bidder ;-)

    @EE Just spent another hour on the phone asking for a number back which has been shut down due to lack of use. The same no, belonging to my husband, that we had to fight for following his passing last year. Your bereavement policies and empathy are non existent.

    @EE It’s not active on my old phone because before there was the issue that it wouldn’t set up the new sim unless the old was deleted from the phone

    @EE still no new iphone, still can’t get through to you on the phone, still fobbed off by your social media dm’s who now tell me delivery was attempted (it wasn’t), incredibly bad customer service and lack of accountability

    @EE your customer service has been so bad. I need to sort out two of my contracts and having to wait 40 mins to get through to someone who ‘can’t help’ isn’t helpful. Might just move to O2 or Vodafone at this rate 😒
