Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Fowlmere and nearby locations:

  • jane_cambridge Jane Cambridge (@jane_cambridge) reported from Hadstock, England

@EE I’ve tried DM but got the standard automatic reply - I think you have a problem as my Husband and I both use EE and neither can phone out on our phones using Wi-Fi calling or 3G etc

  • pavlosant Pavlos (@pavlosant) reported from Saffron Walden, England

@ee broadband has not been working for two months now since April. Today was the fourth time you have cancelled the confirmed and booked engineer appointment. No communication for cancellation again. Waited in vain. Cannot work from home without wifi. Shocking customer service

  • clarethurgood Clare Thurgood (@clarethurgood) reported from Waresley, England

@EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

  • craigeybhoy Craig Mcvey (@craigeybhoy) reported from Waterbeach, England

@EE what’s going on with my ps5 order? All I’m seeing is lots of people receiving them and I’ve still heard nothing, I ordered before 8:30am on 19/11 and I’ve heard nothing back. This is awful customer service

  • helengalletley Helen Galletley (@helengalletley) reported from Fowlmere, England

@EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

  • hertscooke Lee Cooke (@hertscooke) reported from Royston, England

Come on @EE get this sorted out! A loyal customer being treated like this isn’t good for your PR....

  • sjelms Stephen Elms (@sjelms) reported from Baldock, England

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

  • OdstSuper Asgaardian Afloat (@OdstSuper) reported

@EE It's still running slower then normal and I see no statement has been made on the fact your data went down and all people were getting was a pre made response about social networks being Down this was bigger then a Facebook issue and would like to know why it went down.

  • JackMulhall92 Jack Mulhall (@JackMulhall92) reported

@EE @rchlwrd No greater network (certainly in Lincolnshire) than EE

  • TourdeMancBloke Tony R (@TourdeMancBloke) reported from Manchester, England

@BattyeB @EE I'm afraid I can't recommend @O2 even if they have good coverage where you are... you can't get any service from them. Been trying to get through for an hour this time #notfitforourpose

  • lywyn dARREN (@lywyn) reported

Asked for mobile performance data by someone looking at a new phone so I did 5 speed tests on @EE mobile and averaged it for him. Down: 4.6 Mbps Latency: 71ms Upload: 13 Mbps He is obviously as puzzled as me why the download is higher. I think he'll try another network :)

  • chazjp - (@chazjp) reported

On hold @EE for a total of 29 minutes ATM. Great service

  • latchford1973 Adrian Latchford-Evans (@latchford1973) reported

@EE This company has gone really downhill since I was with them. They take the upfront cost whether you pass the credit check or not. Customer service were terrible #refund

  • bgdcarlisle Dave Park (@bgdcarlisle) reported

@EE Hey Olivia. The problem seems to have resolved itself now. Thanks.

  • RMCB_86 RMB (@RMCB_86) reported

@EE I think the whole country was experiencing issues. Soon as fb, Instagram and what's app went down. Networks starting experiencing issues with data and 4g. As I was unable to open Web pages or use data.

  • Chris14817 Chris w (@Chris14817) reported

@twatbadger101 @EE That’s good, thought you were experiencing the horrific @ThreeUKSupport problems all over again.

  • ItsAaronHeree1 Aaron McGonagle (@ItsAaronHeree1) reported

@EE just became an employee with BT and got given the EE employee codes but i’m an existing customer any way to add this code to my contract and start the discount or would i need to purchase a new handset for this?
