Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Fowlmere and nearby locations:

  • craigeybhoy Craig Mcvey (@craigeybhoy) reported from Waterbeach, England

@EE what’s going on with my ps5 order? All I’m seeing is lots of people receiving them and I’ve still heard nothing, I ordered before 8:30am on 19/11 and I’ve heard nothing back. This is awful customer service

  • clarethurgood Clare Thurgood (@clarethurgood) reported from Waresley, England

@EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

  • pavlosant Pavlos (@pavlosant) reported from Saffron Walden, England

@ee broadband has not been working for two months now since April. Today was the fourth time you have cancelled the confirmed and booked engineer appointment. No communication for cancellation again. Waited in vain. Cannot work from home without wifi. Shocking customer service

  • sjelms Stephen Elms (@sjelms) reported from Baldock, England

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

  • helengalletley Helen Galletley (@helengalletley) reported from Fowlmere, England

@EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

  • hertscooke Lee Cooke (@hertscooke) reported from Royston, England

Come on @EE get this sorted out! A loyal customer being treated like this isn’t good for your PR....

@EE I need help I'd Really love a McDonald's... But I'm thinking that's not what you meant but God loves a truer lol be safe

  • stevecounsell :steve: counsell (@stevecounsell) reported

@EE @EE data speed in the NN6 / Crick Northants area continues to degrade. Yesterday, download speeds were down to less than 500kbs (half a meg). When is EE going to spend some of the HUGE profits on fixing this? It's been a problem since Nov. 2019!

  • superssonic David Hawkins (@superssonic) reported

@EE my phone keeps losing calls and 4g in same area. I report it and get told there is no issue. What a joke

  • OwenBrowo003 OwenBrown97 (@OwenBrowo003) reported

@EE I recently upgraded 2 months ago however on my phone bill I'm still paying for 2 contracts. How can this get sorted, spoke to an online advisor and was no help at all

  • RemaynOfficial Remayn (@RemaynOfficial) reported

@EE - I’ve been a customer of yours for over a decade, just called to discuss an upgrade and was told the BEST offer I could get is £3 knocked off the monthly cost of a new deal. For a customer of my level of loyalty I’m disgusted at how little that counts for.

  • mtnsofscotland Mountains of Scotland (@mtnsofscotland) reported

@CiscoUKI The reality is somewhat different due to lack of signal around Scotland in my case from @EE. They may have 5G in London but up here two cans connecting with a piece of string works better.

  • fintanbear Andy N (@fintanbear) reported

@EE Hello. I’m trying to track an order placed on Tuesday, but there is no order number in the confirmation email. I wonder if you could help me find out if it’s available for collection yet? Thank you

  • johngittins19 john gittins (@johngittins19) reported

Not sure whats going on with @EE text messaging but over the past 2 weeks had 3 sent to me and then told by contact centre to ignore them as there is a problem with the system.

  • Michaelc2481 Michael Clark (@Michaelc2481) reported

    @EE They're crap

  • RemaynOfficial Remayn (@RemaynOfficial) reported

@EE I’ve been a customer for over a decade and have just been told the best upgrade deal I can get is a measly £3 off the monthly price, or a whopping increase of £620 on the handset if I reduce the monthly cost! Is this really the reward loyal customers get? Time to change providers
