@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

@ee broadband has not been working for two months now since April. Today was the fourth time you have cancelled the confirmed and booked engineer appointment. No communication for cancellation again. Waited in vain. Cannot work from home without wifi. Shocking customer service

@EE I’ve tried DM but got the standard automatic reply - I think you have a problem as my Husband and I both use EE and neither can phone out on our phones using Wi-Fi calling or 3G etc

@EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

@EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

@EE Hi, I've pm'd you earlier about a no signal fault which is happening everyday. Am not able to report it as is within 48hr since I last reported it!! ....even though the status is saying it has been fixed😭

@DPDgroup_news @EE One if you have totally stuffed up. I order a new phone and it gets delivered to the wrong address. I tell EE and all you say is that when it gets returned etc. no access to customer service at dpd what about the inconvenience to me, the customer

Have to say EE as a company is simply awful... I've had nothing but trouble which takes ages to sort cos you can't speak to them.. cannot wait to be rid but in mean time can someone from EE please call me?!?!!! @EE

@EE the only consumer power I have us to let everyone know what an awful company EE are.. literally ripped me off for over £2000.. unfortunately stuck with them till my contract ends, need to speak to them but can't. . Dreadful service once yr caught
