@EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

@EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

@EE beyond furious. In Egypt with no network available, called EE yesterday and got cut off, nobody has contacted me, no email address for issues, NO NETWORK AVAILABLE despite having paid for roaming plan-HELP!

@EE from the 7th May I’ve had nothing but signal problem and no compensation at all over it sometimes ask why I pay my monthly bill when you don’t keep your side of the contract

@Trevski_LFC @EE Oh! I don't remember adding anyone - I think it was automatic so you might need to give them a call (I phoned a few weeks ago as app was down and son needed data urgently and they were really quick and helpful).

@EE They’ve said I can leave! Such outstanding customer service. I’m now left with holes drilled into my house for the EE broadband, and the hassle of finding new broadband and new telephone contracts for our 3 iPhones. Like you I thought something would be done for loyal customers

@EE It's stress I could have done without during exam time. Never ever had an issue like this switching different companies, expected with @BT and @EE to be same company for it to be the same. Would have been easier switching to another supplier, still might.

Slightly disappointed that @Plusnet signal isn’t as good as @EE - swapping between sims two bars on EE zero on PlusNet, is this due to you not accessing full range of frequency? Sent you a DM to cancel within 14 day cooling off period.
