    I know I’ve said this before but I can’t say it enough. Every single interaction I have with @EE customer service is exemplary. I don’t know how they recruit or train but whatever their secret is, I wish every company would take a lead out of their book. 10/10 every time.

    @EE I’ve tried DM but got the standard automatic reply - I think you have a problem as my Husband and I both use EE and neither can phone out on our phones using Wi-Fi calling or 3G etc

    @EE Just tried ringing@EE can't get through. Absolutely brilliant. Paying nearly £80 a month for having a poor signal nearly most of the time. Not happy

    @EE great work guys. Advertise an offer that closes at midnight tonight, then start a pre-planned maintenance outage at 2200. That’s quite a few sales scuppered I’ll wager.

    @EE what’s going on with my ps5 order? All I’m seeing is lots of people receiving them and I’ve still heard nothing, I ordered before 8:30am on 19/11 and I’ve heard nothing back. This is awful customer service

    @UKPowerNetworks short (7 minute) power outage experienced in CB245** @virginmedia service lost as well as @EE service too. I know the value of a UPS and while I recognise that residential broadband isn’t protected, I’m shocked that the EE mobile service was compromised.

    @EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

    @JoeBaguley What’s your 4G like when you lose power? Often when we have a powercut both the broadband and 4G signal dies too. I’m running a UPS but guess @virginmedia / @EE don’t protect their kit 🤔

    @EE shocking customer service. Rude and sarcastic. Can't get through on the phone or live chat EVER but then told its my fault my account isnt cancelled as I shouldnt have written to their sunderland address to cancel, but should have called. Maybe answer your phones then!!!!

    @EE Well I have spoken to them and looks like they can’t transfer the number over without loosing the credit I have on my phone (£15). Why force people to buy a new sim when purchasing a phone. It’s awful.

    @indextwo @jemjabella @EE Yeah I've noticed that phone companies in general are really bad with that. Had the same thing with 3 where they charged me for something despite me cancelling the product. They said they had technical issues & they couldn't refund me 🙄 They refunded in the end.

    @EE had an issue. Current contract customer of yours and had two numbers call me today with very similar numbers. One in fact was one digit down!
