@EE Just tried ringing@EE can't get through. Absolutely brilliant. Paying nearly £80 a month for having a poor signal nearly most of the time. Not happy

@UKPowerNetworks short (7 minute) power outage experienced in CB245** @virginmedia service lost as well as @EE service too. I know the value of a UPS and while I recognise that residential broadband isn’t protected, I’m shocked that the EE mobile service was compromised.

@EE what’s going on with my ps5 order? All I’m seeing is lots of people receiving them and I’ve still heard nothing, I ordered before 8:30am on 19/11 and I’ve heard nothing back. This is awful customer service

@EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

@JoeBaguley What’s your 4G like when you lose power? Often when we have a powercut both the broadband and 4G signal dies too. I’m running a UPS but guess @virginmedia / @EE don’t protect their kit 🤔

I know I’ve said this before but I can’t say it enough. Every single interaction I have with @EE customer service is exemplary. I don’t know how they recruit or train but whatever their secret is, I wish every company would take a lead out of their book. 10/10 every time.

@EE I have been trying to negotiate a new deal. The way we are being treated as existing customers is quite frankly poor. The deals are not competitive, and to gain an extra, I have to lose an add-on this, especially having been a customer for 10 years. Can someone help?

It seems that @EE are having a portal issue and users cannot log in. I want to download my bill but cannot login so EE want to charge me a fee to do this. How is this fair? An issue that is their fault means that I have to pay for a service that is free to use when the portal!

@EE absolutely rubbish service from EE received a new phone upgrade on the 23rd of December and have not had a working phone service since. Customer service is a disgrace never get a call back and nobody on their technical team can get the phone working.
