@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@ee broadband has not been working for two months now since April. Today was the fourth time you have cancelled the confirmed and booked engineer appointment. No communication for cancellation again. Waited in vain. Cannot work from home without wifi. Shocking customer service

@EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

@EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

@EE Well I see that EEs dreadful customer service has not changed. Was Miss sold a item. Never mind will return it and choose another network .

@EE daughter beenhaving problems with service for a while and after countless emails and messages and calls still no improvement. Number 1 it says its rated number 1 for doing nothing in my opinion.

@EE No just received it, my wife has all the details, In her name so I have to wait for her now which won't be until tonight Find it strange this happens when many people are buying online instead of going into the shop ...seemed an obvious fault and not because of delivery damage
