    @EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

    @ee broadband has not been working for two months now since April. Today was the fourth time you have cancelled the confirmed and booked engineer appointment. No communication for cancellation again. Waited in vain. Cannot work from home without wifi. Shocking customer service

    @EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    @EE network speeds below 1mbps again in EX32 9--. If you dare to tell me this is a one off again, I'm completely ******* done with you lot. This has been an issue for 6 WEEKS NOW!! I don't know what is going on with you clowns, but it needs to be sorted. This is unacceptable.

    @EE I’ve been trying to upgrade online but it keeps showing an erro. Contacted you teams and they keep telling me it will be fixed that day but never is. I need to upgrade online as I need to apply a discount code. Can someone please help

    FINALLY new phone day after @ee cocking everything up… maybe I’ll get to upgrade without any problems at the end of this contract eh? 🤔
