@EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@EE Feel woefully let down. After mis-selling me roaming broadband. I was forced to use my separate phone contract data allowance, and then activate ‘hot spot’ to enable my I-Pad. Unable to access emails for 5 days. Now forced into 12 month local wifi contract. #networkfiasco

@EE So I’ve got the anytime upgrade yet you can’t get on this system to offer my price plans, yet any Tom **** and Harry can order a phone if they don’t have this plan. This is really poor from EE this happened last year you’d think they would have learnt
