    @EE I’ve tried DM but got the standard automatic reply - I think you have a problem as my Husband and I both use EE and neither can phone out on our phones using Wi-Fi calling or 3G etc

    @EE How do I escalate a complaint ? I have been lied to my a member of EE customer service . But surprise surprise EE cannot find any recording of it.

    @EE Well I see that EEs dreadful customer service has not changed. Was Miss sold a item. Never mind will return it and choose another network .

    @ee broadband has not been working for two months now since April. Today was the fourth time you have cancelled the confirmed and booked engineer appointment. No communication for cancellation again. Waited in vain. Cannot work from home without wifi. Shocking customer service

    @EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    @EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

    @EE officially the worst for coverage. I've been having problems with my mobile signal since beginning of April and had problems with my broadband for the last month! Switching to someone else

    @EE hi, there is something wrong with my plan I believe.. I’ve EE broadband at home along with EE rolling contract mobile plan.. there are some allownances missing and price is different than my deal with EE.. could you help me please?

    @EE You sent a relative a WiFi router. The box wasn't security sealed, (no outer bag), and it's far too big to go through a letterbox due to the poor packaging design. Royal Mail staff can also make a note of the SSID & Password by looking inside, not many people will change it.

    @EE you and your broadband, your customer care, and your affiliation with @WeAreOpenreach are a rule unto yourself! 2 weeks and 1 day (and counting) - same excuses, same wrong fix date and still no broadband Today’s calls should be used in your training on what not to do & say!

    @EE Got a txt saying my network will be down for 2 days for repair? Not good enough I pay a fortune on this phone for **** service as it is have to use all data as a result, disgusting

    @EE why as an existing customer of 13 years do I not get offered the deals showing online for existing customers? Online 50GB is £14 and for me it is £18. The 25GB offer online is £12 and it’s not even an option for me? Disgusting
