    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    @EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

    Hey @EE, I spoke to a really helpful person earlier who was going to call me back. The callback wasn't needed in the end because they managed to solve the problem offline. That means I didn't get the chance to give them mad props for the help. So... this will have to do

    @EE When I get home from work I can look at my monitoring and see any small drop outs they may have triggered the sending of an email to me(only sent if down for more than 5 minutes) still need to talk to them again about another issue I tweeted about some time ago

    @EE Thanks for getting back to me. Basically it doesn’t auto connect. I have to manually select the wifi at each station. Auto connect tab is on, I’ve restarted my phone multiple times, makes no difference. It doesn’t allow me to ‘forget the network’.

    @adz232 @O2 @EE No thank you, EE are owned by BT, just as Plusnet are,so I would rather have anybody else rather than BT. I am sure O2 will get it fixed but my last company mobile was on EE and that was rubbish. O2 just need to fix this one.

    @EE is there an issue with the app or online billing? I've done multiple things to try and refresh my bill and its only showing last months as paid.. my bill date has past so should be showing already
